Seeing the light blue light appearing in front of his eyes, the corners of Lockhart's mouth curled up slightly. As a Transmigrator, he naturally had his own unique advantage—a system he called the "Reputation Lottery System." The primary function of this system was to award prizes based on reputation points. These points were earned from people who either had a close relationship with him or held him in high regard. The higher their level of recognition, the easier it was for him to acquire their most valuable spells, abilities, and even talents. This was also why he is confident enough to face Dumbledore. It was his means of enhancing his strength and pursuing the truth, as well as his trump card for transforming the narrow, backward, and class-stratified wizarding world.

Fortunately, he had been a well-known writer and had amassed a large number of fans, which provided him with an abundance of reputation points and a wide pool of prizes to draw from. Although most of his fans were home wizards and many were ordinary witches who mastered only basic magic spells, Lockhart spent the past month frequenting public places, meeting fans, and spending reputation points on lottery draws. By the end of the month, he had mastered the basic spells that every wizard should know, and he was no longer considered weak. There would be no more infamous incidents of him being defeated by a second-year wizard.

The only drawback was that among his fan base, there were very few combat wizards or Aurors from the Ministry of Magic, and almost none were powerful. Over the month he transmigrated, it became even harder to meet them, let alone draw from the lottery. However, with his continuous study and scientific practice throughout the month, he mastered some combat spells. He discovered that his talent in magic is not inferior to that of the original Lockhart, perhaps even stronger. This, make him realized, this must be the result of the fusion of two souls

Lockhart also has another advantage that boost his confidance.

Lockhart's confidence boosted by "world shuttle" function of his system, as displayed on the lower right side of the system panel:

[The countdown to the world shuttle is 240 minutes, host please prepare for the shuttle.]

Specifically, every months, he would automatically travel to another world and stay there for a month before returning to the Harry Potter world. This cycle repeated continuously. Although Lockhart often wondered if the system was escaping from something, given its relentless shuttling between two worlds.

He also appreciated that time did not change during his travels. The exact second, he left was the second he returned. This allowed him enough time to study magic and improve his skills significantly. If he gained more opportunities in another world and greatly enhanced his combat power, he would feel more confident in facing Dumbledore and other future challenges.

Lockhart had been in the Harry Potter world for almost a month. In four hours, he would automatically travel to another world, an event he eagerly anticipated.

Gilderoy Lockhart's home at night.

[The countdown to the world shuttle is 3 minutes, host please prepare for the shuttle.]

Lockhart watched the screen of light that appeared in front of him, holding his magic suitcase and tightening his grip on his wand as he waited quietly. Time passed minute by minute, and the three-minute countdown soon began.

[World travel is about to begin; host please be prepared.]

[World shuttle countdown 3, 2, 1]

[The first world shuttle begins, anchoring the new world.]

[Anchoring in progress]

[Opening a world shuttle channel]

[Note: A large number of energy fluctuations have been discovered, which can reduce some energy losses.]

[In automatic selection, according to the deduction, some energy can be saved, energy reserves can be increased, and better services can be provided to the host. At the same time, it will not bring additional negative effects to the host and is allowed to descend.]

[Progressing to travel around the world.]

[Warning: After staying in this world for 30 days, the soul will gradually be imprinted with the mark of this world. You need to leave this world in time to avoid being infected by the breath of the world]

In 2011, United States, outside a small town in New Mexico, at night. A modified black van was driving through the wilderness outside the town. Jane Foster sat in the car, holding a camera, and kept looking out of the window. She seemed to spot an aurora appearing in the sky not far away and quickly shouted to Daisy Lewis, who was driving next to her, "It's an aurora, hurry up, Daisy."

"Come on, Daisy, go, go, go!" Eric Selvig, who was sitting in the back, looked at the aurora in surprise. Knowing the rarity of the aurora's appearance, he also began to urge Daisy. "Daisy, hurry up, maybe with this you can finally finish your paper."

When Daisy heard this, her face lit up, she immediately stepped on the accelerator, held the steering wheel tightly, and sped towards the aurora.

At this moment, Lockhart's vision went dark, and he suddenly found himself in a colourful energy channel, falling continuously downwards. He felt a little scared and subconsciously shouted loudly, "Ahhh."

Immediately, he realized that he is not affected in the slightest, but just descending as if he were in an elevator, so he quickly calmed down, picked up the magic suitcase in his left hand, and grasped the wand in his right hand. He secretly cursed the system's unreliable transmission process.

Then, Lockhart's expression changed as he discovered a tall, blond man with a handsome face appearing not far away. This made him alert; he raised the wand in his hand and mobilized the magic power in his body, ready to act if the opponent made a move. He was a little confused. There were no energy fluctuations in the other party's body, as if he were a Muggle. But that is impossible—how could ordinary Muggles appear here? Maybe the other person was also a Transmigrator like him.

What a broken system! Could it be possible that world shuttle channels could be shared? Lockhart complained secretly, his expression becoming increasingly wary. He felt that the face of the blond man not far away seemed familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere before.

And this teleportation scene looked increasingly familiar. Before he could reflect further, Lockhart felt the transmission suddenly pause. He landed safely on the ground, but the blond man next to him seemed to be unlucky; he appeared to be hit by a car upon landing and was knocked unconscious. This brought a smile to Lockhart's face, and he was glad he was not the unlucky one.

But seeing this scene, Lockhart felt it was more and more familiar, so he held the wand in his hand tightly and watched silently, constantly searching his memories. After the car braked suddenly, a middle-aged man and two young women got out. The trio seemed panicked because they had hit someone with their car.

Immediately afterward, Lockhart heard one of them shout,

"Jane, legally speaking, this is all your fault."

"Stop talking about this, Daisy, and get the medicine kit quickly."

Soon, the sturdy blond man who was knocked unconscious by the car quickly woke up, stood up, looked around, and shouted, "Hammer, hammer, my Mjolnir."

Then he looked up to the sky and shouted, "Heimdall, I know you are watching, send me back quickly."

Seeing the scene in front of him and hearing the words shouted by the blond man, Lockhart instantly knew which world he was in—Jane, Heimdall, Mjolnir, Hammer. Where else could it be but the Marvel world? Lockhart's expression changed, and he cursed inwardly. How could he be in a high-risk world like Marvel and encounter the plot of Thor 1? This is troublesome. Not only is the God King Odin watching this scene, but the Ancient One would definitely not overlook the arrival of the son of Odin on Earth. If Odin and the Ancient One are paying attention at the same time, how could he avoid it?
