Marvel: You Call This A Sorcerer?

Chapter 99: Ch.99 Want to Make It Big?

Just as they were chatting, Peter Parker suddenly blurted out a curse word.

The direct translation of this curse word is "holy crap," and its meaning is self-explanatory.

Ronan's face was rather peculiar, and he subconsciously moved the phone away.

He didn't want to be on a call with a pile of crap.

"Explain it clearly—what do you mean Tony Stark blew up?"

Ronan raised an eyebrow, thinking, "Could there really be such a good thing?"

If Tony Stark was blown up, did that mean Iron Man would need a replacement?

"Oh, sorry, I got too excited."

"Just now, Mr. Stark's house was attacked!"

"Holy crap, a ton of missiles—Mr. Stark's house has been blown to pieces!"

Peter Parker's voice grew increasingly high-pitched, clearly having witnessed a shocking scene.

However, from the other end of Peter's phone came a very disapproving voice.

"Peter!"

"Don't use foul language!"

Without a doubt, that voice belonged to Aunt May.

Peter quickly apologized and promised not to use such language again.

"Ah..."

"So that's what it is."

For some reason, Peter Parker could hear a hint of disappointment in Ronan's tone.

He wondered if he had misheard.

"The news said several helicopters appeared and used missiles to directly turn Mr. Stark's house into ruins."

"Right now, Mr. Stark is also missing—his life or death unknown."

Peter stared at the TV, watching as the reporter animatedly delivered the breaking news.

After all, this was a so-called "big story."

These reporters spent their entire careers wanting to cover something big.

Ronan raised an eyebrow; he had a rough idea of what had happened.

A few days ago, when Happy was attacked, Tony Stark had, in his frustration, revealed his home address.

And today, he was attacked. It seemed like Killian and those guys were no pushovers.

Serves him right!

That's what you get for showing off!

"Really?"

"Too bad I wasn't there, otherwise..."

Ronan shook his head with a look full of regret.

If he had been there, he would definitely have mocked Tony Stark, and then...

"Hey, kid, are you by yourself?"

Just as Ronan was imagining giving Tony Stark a good thrashing, a shadow blocked his sunlight.

Ronan took off his sunglasses and looked at the person standing before him.

A voluptuous, beautiful woman.

If bikinis were considered revealing attire, then what this beauty was wearing could definitely be described as being practically nude.

The two "bombs" she carried were practically on full display, with only the fuse hidden—every part of the bomb was there for observation.

If someone's eyesight was sharp enough, they might even be able to analyze what model it was and what material it was made of.

Whether it was original or imported—or perhaps an industrial product.

Of course, maybe due to excessive deforestation by humans, large swathes of forest had been turned into plains.

Exposing the dry riverbeds.

"Hello? Hello?"

"Ronan, why aren't you saying anything?"

Peter Parker's voice rang out again.

This time, though, Ronan wasn't in the mood to humor the kid.

"Sorry, Peter. I've got something to deal with here."

"I'll call you back later."

After saying this, Ronan swiftly hung up.

His gaze returned to the woman.

Seeing Ronan like this, the woman couldn't help but smile.

However, Ronan's next words took her by surprise.

"If you don't mind getting arrested for having deep interactions with a minor, then you can lie right here."

"I could even cover your room and board."

Ronan patted the spot next to him, motioning her to join.

The woman's expression froze slightly, but she still lay down beside Ronan.

Judging by her movements, the "bombs" seemed to have turned into mere bubbles, changing their form entirely.

Hmm, they were innate, after all.

"As long as you don't say anything, and I don't say anything..."

"Then who would know?"

The woman gently caressed her thighs, capable of squeezing a person to death, and looked at Ronan seductively.

Ronan, meanwhile, acted like a proper gentleman, as if he saw nothing.

The woman, however, did not intend to give up so easily.

She gently reached out her right hand and moved it to Ronan's perfectly defined eight-pack abs.

She even began moving it lower...

Attempting to slide and unlock.

Snap!

Ronan caught her wrist with one hand, taking off his sunglasses again.

This time, though, his eyes held an amused glint.

"If you really don't mind, then how about we go somewhere else to talk?"

"After all, there are too many eyes here—you wouldn't want a live broadcast, would you?"

Ronan narrowed his eyes, revealing a knowing smile.

For some reason, the woman suddenly felt her heart skip a beat, as if something bad was about to happen.

But soon, she brushed the thought aside.

What bad could happen with such a young minor?

So, the woman shyly smiled, allowing Ronan to lead her by the hand.

The two of them walked across the beach and headed directly to the largest five-star hotel beside the shore.

As one of the VIPs of this five-star hotel, when Ronan returned with a gorgeous woman, the lobby manager even gave Ronan a wink.

Showing a smile that everyone understood.

Ronan simply smiled in return, and under the lobby manager's envious gaze, took the woman into the elevator.

Soon, the elevator stopped, and the two reached the luxurious suite at the top floor.

It wasn't the presidential suite, but it was pretty close.

"Didn't think you'd be so well-off."

"Are you a rich second-generation kid?"

The woman looked around Ronan's room, her eyes growing brighter.

She looked just like a woman who'd gotten caught up in wealth.

"You could just think of me as a rich second-generation kid."

Ronan sat on the plush sofa, staring at the woman with great interest.

He had to admit, her figure was something that Westerners would call "top tier."

With her looks and figure, even if she just became an influencer, she'd surely have many wealthy admirers after her.

"You're really in a hurry."

"You're not going to let me take a shower first?"

The woman took two steps forward and sat gently in Ronan's lap.

Feeling her weight, Ronan couldn't help but sigh.

He actually wanted to know what it felt like.

But, this had to be poison!

"How about we skip to the main part?"

"Like what?"

Ronan smiled at the woman.

Hearing this, the woman gave him a playful glare, but then slowly leaned in, her lips moving toward his.

Inevitably, Ronan was about to become a bomb-defuser.

"And then..."

"Drain me dry, right?"

However, Ronan's next words made the woman freeze mid-movement.

She quickly put on a flirtatious expression, her face slightly blushing, as if embarrassed by what Ronan had said.

As for Ronan, he sighed again.

What a pity, what a pity. If this woman hadn't leaked a bit of her energy, Ronan might actually have thought he'd gotten lucky.

After all, a woman this beautiful hunting for a fling in broad daylight?

Wouldn't it be like a pie falling from the sky?

"Didn't Mephisto ever tell you guys..."

"Succubi can seduce anyone, but they should never get close to a sorcerer of Kamar-Taj?"

As Ronan said this, the woman's expression drastically changed!

She immediately planted her legs on the sofa, trying to use the momentum to escape from Ronan's embrace.

But, there was no way Ronan was going to let her succeed.

The mirror dimension slowly expanded throughout the entire room, and Ronan grinned.

"I've been wanting to try this for years, but never got the chance..."

"So, I really should thank you."

"Bear Hug Slam!"
