As Peter sat down, still processing the fact that he had actually pulled it off, the cafeteria remained abuzz with murmurs and reactions. Conversations barely had time to settle before Harry Osborn stood up.

Just like before, all eyes locked onto him.

Felicia nudged Gwen. "Alright, now I know this is a bet. Three friends, three promposals in a row? No way that's a coincidence."

MJ groaned, rubbing her temples. "Please tell me Ned isn't about to stand up next. I don't think I can handle a fourth one."

Michelle, still scrolling through her phone, smirked. "If Osborn's in on this, he probably put money on himself. He likes winning."

Gwen sighed, watching as Harry casually adjusted his blazer and strolled toward Liz Allan's table. "Well, whatever this is, Liz isn't going to make it easy for him."

Felicia smirked. "Good. He needs to work for it."

The cafeteria's attention shifted once again, the hum of conversations lowering to a buzz. If Nova had set the standard and Peter had gone for the direct approach, then everyone was eager to see how Harry Osborn—the guy with money, confidence, and a reputation for always having a plan—would play his hand.

Liz Allan, seated with a few of her friends, immediately noticed his approach. Amusement flickered in her eyes as she leaned back in her chair, arms crossed.

One of her friends whispered, "Oh, this should be good."

Felicia leaned toward Gwen. "Alright, I take it back. This is definitely going to be fun."

Liz tilted her head, her tone teasing. "Harry Osborn, to what do I owe this honor?"

Harry smirked, placing a hand on the table and leaning in slightly. "Liz Allan, we both know I don't do things halfway. And after seeing Nova's little performance, it'd be criminal if I didn't give the people a show."

Liz chuckled, arching an eyebrow. "Oh? So this is for them?" She gestured toward the captivated audience. "Not for me?"

Harry placed a hand over his heart, feigning offense. "Liz, you wound me. Of course, this is for you."

Liz rolled her eyes, though her grin remained. "Alright, Osborn, you've got my attention. What's your play?"

Harry exhaled slowly, then, to the surprise of everyone—including his own friends—he smoothly pulled a single red rose from his jacket pocket and twirled it between his fingers.

The cafeteria responded immediately.

"Where the hell did he get that?" Peter muttered.

Ned adjusted his glasses. "This guy planned."

Nova just smiled," Ofcourse he planned, he is Harry Osborn."

Harry twirled the rose once more before offering it to Liz, his smirk never faltering. "Prom is a night of elegance, charm, and unforgettable memories. And if I'm going, I want to go with someone who makes every moment worth remembering." His voice dipped slightly, smooth and confident. "So, Liz Allan, will you be my date to prom?"

Liz raised an eyebrow, clearly impressed—but she wasn't about to make it easy.

"Hmmm… tempting," she mused, twirling a strand of her hair. "Buuuut… what exactly do I get out of this arrangement?"

Harry didn't hesitate. He leaned in just slightly, lowering his voice so only she could hear. "An amazing night, great company, and the satisfaction of knowing that every other girl in this cafeteria wishes they were in your place right now."

Liz blinked, caught off guard for half a second before breaking into a full grin.

"Damn," she muttered. "Alright, Osborn. You win." She plucked the rose from his fingers, spinning it playfully between her own. "Pick me up at seven. Don't be late."

The cafeteria erupted.

"That was smooth as hell."

"Nova set the bar, but Harry just walked over it."

"Osborn and Allan? Power couple energy."

Felicia smirked, leaning over to Gwen. "I like this one. He plays the game well."

Gwen sighed, shaking her head. "Yeah, yeah. Let's see if Ned can survive his turn."

Nova clapped Harry on the back as he returned to their table. "Not bad, Osborn. Not bad at all."

Harry smirked, stealing one of Peter's fries. "What can I say? I aim to impress."

---

The cafeteria turned once more, all eyes locking onto Ned Leeds—the last man standing.

As Ned Leeds stood up, the cafeteria—already electrified from the previous three promposals—fell into complete silence.

At the girls' table, MJ, Gwen, Felicia, and Michelle exchanged knowing looks.

Gwen tapped her fingers against the table. "Okay, now this is definitely a bet."

Felicia smirked. "Three best friends doing this back to back was already suspicious. But four? No way this isn't some kind of challenge."

MJ leaned forward, watching with mild amusement. "I almost feel bad for Betty."

Michelle, barely looking up from her phone, muttered, "I don't—because if she says no, Ned's about to go viral."

Felicia chuckled. "Oh, she's not saying no. Look at her."

Sure enough, Betty Brant—who had been chatting with her friends—had just spotted Ned approaching. Her eyes widened slightly, lips parting in realization.

Ned swallowed hard as he reached her table. His heartbeat thundered in his chest, but if Nova, Peter, and Harry could do it, so could he.

Taking a deep breath, he dropped to one knee.

Gasps rippled through the crowd.

"No way, he's really doing it!"

"Four in a row? What's in the water these guys are drinking?!"

"Bro, if she says no, he's never living this down."

Betty blinked, clearly caught off guard, though amusement flickered in her eyes. "Oh my God, Ned."

Ned cleared his throat dramatically. "Betty Brant."

Betty raised an eyebrow, crossing her arms. "Is this a bet?"

The cafeteria froze.

At the girls' table, the four friends lost it.

Gwen clapped her hands. "I knew it!"

Felicia smirked. "Oh, I love her."

MJ leaned forward, grinning. "Let's see how he gets out of this one."

Michelle, barely looking up, muttered, "If he fumbles, I'm recording."

For half a second, Ned panicked. Then he straightened up, placed a hand over his heart, and gave Betty his most serious expression.

"A bet?" he repeated, shaking his head solemnly. "Betty, how could you even think that? This isn't a bet—this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment."

Betty narrowed her eyes playfully. "Uh-huh. So the fact that all of you did this on the same day is just a coincidence?"

Ned nodded. "Absolutely. Pure, undeniable coincidence. Nothing but fate bringing us all together in the most dramatic way possible."

Betty pursed her lips, clearly fighting back a smile. "You're such a dork."

Ned grinned. "But I'm your dork."

The cafeteria collectively aww'd.

Betty sighed, shaking her head with a laugh. "Fine. Yes, Ned, I'll go to prom with you."

The cafeteria exploded into cheers.

Ned pumped his fist in the air before pulling Betty into a hug. "YES! Let's go!"

Nova clapped him on the back as he returned. "Not bad, Leeds. Not bad at all."

Peter groaned. "Man, I was the one who almost got rejected, and you still look more nervous than me."

Ned grinned. "Betty's scary when she asks questions, dude."

At the girls' table, Gwen shook her head, amused. "I still think this was a bet."

Felicia smirked. "I mean, if it was, they won."
