Marvel: Multiversal Chat Group Admin

Chapter 3: Testing Powers, Making Plans, and Explaining the System

I had a lot of problems.

Waking up in Marvel's New York City was bad enough. Waking up in a different body with only 1% synchronization to my so-called cheat abilities made it worse.

But now?

Now, I had to deal with a multiversal group chat where Spider-Man was freaking out in my DMs, a literal anime character had just joined, and the system had just invited someone else without my permission.

🕷️ Peter Parker: Okay, I think I'm calm now. Sort of. Mostly. …No, never mind, I'm panicking.

👾 Administrator (Me): Just breathe, dude.

🕷️ Peter Parker: Breathe??? That's easy for you to say, Admin!!

💀 I'm Not a Bad Slime: …What the hell is this?

👾 Administrator (Me): Oh, shit.

⚔️ The Lone Wolf: Where am I? Who's responsible for this?

👾 Administrator (Me): Oh no.

I froze.

"The Lone Wolf?"

No. It couldn't be.

Could it?

I hesitated before typing.

👾 Administrator (Me): Uh… who are you?

⚔️ The Lone Wolf: …My name is Raiden. Who are you, and why do I have a glowing screen in front of me?

🕷️ Peter Parker: Wait. Raiden?? As in—cyborg ninja Raiden?!

💀 I'm Not a Bad Slime: Oh, I know that name. Guy with a sword who cuts through everything, right?

⚔️ The Lone Wolf: …I see my reputation precedes me.

👾 Administrator (Me): Oh, you have no idea.

Okay, New Rule: Stop Assuming the System Only Picks Marvel Characters

First, Rimuru Tempest. Now Raiden from Metal Gear?

At this point, I was done trying to understand how the system picked people.

I sighed and pulled up my status screen again.

📍 Location: Queens, New York

🕒 Time: Pre-Avengers Era

👤 Status:

• Name: Evelyn Reyes

• Gender: Female (Transmigrated – No Prior Ownership of Body)

• Physical Condition: Normal (Minor Headache)

• Funds Available: $1,500 USD

🎮 [Template System Active]

🔄 Current Template: Dante (1% Sync)

✅ Unlocked Abilities:

• Demonic Regeneration – (Heals at an accelerated rate. Still limited.)

• Swordsmanship Styles – (Gains basic knowledge and minor muscle memory. The rest is up to her.)

• Demonic Energy Generation – (Self-explanatory. But very weak right now.)

• Marksmanship – (General proficiency with firearms. Not at Dante's level yet.)

❌ Locked Abilities: Further synchronization required.

✅ Unlocked Arsenal:

• Rebellion (Dante's Sword)

• Ebony & Ivory (Dante's Dual Pistols)

"Alright, let's see what this body can actually do."

I rolled my shoulders and stood up from the bed. My apartment wasn't much—just a small, barely furnished place with a cheap bed, an old nightstand, and a kitchen that looked like it hadn't been used in months.

I walked over to the window, pulling the blinds open just enough to peek outside.

Yup. Definitely Queens.

That meant I had two immediate priorities:

1. Test my powers without getting arrested.

2. Find a way to make money.

I was in Marvel. That meant danger was inevitable. The sooner I got stronger, the better.

Step One: Power Testing

I changed into something decent—a loose hoodie, jeans, and sneakers—before heading to the roof of my apartment building.

The city was loud, but up here? It was almost peaceful.

"Alright," I muttered, cracking my knuckles. "Let's see what I can do."

First test: Demonic Regeneration.

I grabbed a kitchen knife I'd brought with me and hesitated.

Do I really want to stab myself?

I sighed. "Okay, let's start small."

I nicked my finger, watching as a small drop of blood formed—then slowly disappeared. The cut sealed up almost instantly.

"Cool. That'll be useful."

Next up: Demonic Energy.

I focused, trying to pull up whatever power I had, imagining the way Dante fought in Devil May Cry.

At first? Nothing.

Then, a faint, red glow pulsed around my fingers before fizzling out.

"Alright, so I have magic, but it's about as strong as a dying lightbulb."

I groaned. "Great. Next."

Explaining the System

After finishing my power testing, I figured it was time to explain the system to the chat group before they started making wild assumptions.

[Multiversal Chat Group]

👾 Administrator (Me): Alright, listen up, everyone. I need to explain how this system works before things get out of hand.

🕷️ Peter Parker: Oh, good. Because I'm very confused.

💀 I'm Not a Bad Slime: Yeah, I'd appreciate an explanation. One minute, I was handling kingdom matters, and the next, I got a floating blue screen demanding I join a group chat.

⚔️ The Lone Wolf: This isn't how I expected my day to go, either.

🕷️ Peter Parker: At least you weren't eating a sandwich when it happened. Almost choked to death.

👾 Administrator (Me): Moving on… Here's how the system works.

Multiversal Chat Group Basics

🔹 1. This is a cross-reality communication system.

• It allows members from different universes to talk to each other in real time.

🔹 2. The system runs on a point-based economy.

• You earn points by completing missions, helping other members, or making significant personal progress in your world.

🔹 3. The Administrator (Me) has limited privileges.

• I can create missions and approve requests, but I can't force anyone to do anything.

🔹 4. System Store & Upgrades.

• Points can be used to upgrade abilities, unlock multiversal knowledge, and even buy real-world resources.

🔹 5. Limited Membership.

• Right now, we can only have five people in the group until I level up the system.

🕷️ Peter Parker: Wait, wait, wait. You're telling me we can literally get stronger using this chat?

💀 I'm Not a Bad Slime: So it's basically an RPG system, but in real life?

⚔️ The Lone Wolf: …I'm listening.

👾 Administrator (Me): Oh no, he's interested.
