Marvel : Godly Lottery System

Chapter 365: Lucky

"The Eye of Observation" is the symbol of becoming our lord."

Zane felt like he'd been set up. "Then what about that Merlin outside? Didn't you call him your lord?"

"Previously, we did indeed approach Lord Merlin to be our leader," came the reply.

"But Lord Merlin said he wasn't suitable for the role. He helped us only because he was acquainted with our former lord."

"So now, it's more like we're just residing in the Domain of Watchers temporarily. Sometimes, we share observational intelligence with the Starlight Fortress."

Uatu's tone had grown noticeably more respectful compared to earlier.

Zane suddenly understood: there was no getting out of becoming the new lord of these Watchers.

And those three conditions he had just proposed? They felt more like a formality now. After all, wasn't it natural for his subjects to provide intelligence to their lord? By the same logic, the treasures in the museum were also naturally his to claim as their leader...

At this moment, Zane looked at the shrewd and cunning "big-head" before him and felt like he was outsmarted.

Just then, Zane's stomach growled loudly. Since his arrival here, he'd been so busy that he'd forgotten to eat. Even though he did not need to eat he still made his body so that it felt hunger just as a human would. So that he could enjoy his time with his family and for the taste of it.

Suddenly, before either Zane or Uatu could react, a steaming, fragrant hot dog appeared in midair between them.

"An S-rank artifact: the *100% Lucky Charm Hot Dog*!"

Zane instantly recognized its origins and, without hesitation, grabbed it out of the air. Not knowing how long the hot dog would remain, he swallowed it in one gulp as soon as he caught it.

Then, turning to the bewildered Uatu, he shouted:

"Big Baldy, open this pocket dimension!"

*Whoosh!*

Sensing the surrounding seal lifting, Zane vanished in an instant.

Less than a minute later, Uatu was left staring in disbelief. His once carefully-guarded *Museum* was completely empty.

There was no need to guess: the vast collection of rare treasures from across the multiverse had been thoroughly looted by his new, somewhat reluctant lord, Zane.

Meanwhile, Zane reclined comfortably in the palace Uatu had prepared for him, watching as his *Mana Furnace* churned out replicas of the universal treasures.

In less than ten minutes, he had successfully duplicated most of the collection, enough to fully stock his *King's Treasury*.

He smirked, satisfied. At last, he had put the *100% Lucky Charm* to good use.

"That sly old fox... Serves him right for trying to scam me. Consider this a little interest payment."

"The only regret is that I didn't get him to hand over *The Eye of Observation* itself..."

"Ah, well. Since he needs my help, there'll be plenty of opportunities to claim it later."

It wasn't long before the Watcher Uatu personally delivered their clan's secret treasure, *The Eye of Observation*, along with the raw data of all the treasures in the *Universal Museum*, to the planet where Zane was residing.

This gesture made Zane feel a bit more at ease.

He was now pondering how best to utilize these treasures and data.

The first step was to visit the dwarven planet again.

According to their earlier agreement, after the dwarves finished crafting young Thor's *Stormbreaker*, they were supposed to follow Zane and await his arrangements.

It had been quite some time since then, and by now, they should have not only completed Stormbreaker but probably a few *Infinity Gauntlets* to spare.

As for how to arrange the dwarves, Zane already had a plan in mind.

During his stay in the Domain of Watchers, Zane had taken the opportunity to explore extensively.

He learned quite a bit and deliberately observed the differences between the Domain of Watchers and his own [Divine Realm], reflecting on areas where his [Divine Realm] could be improved.

After all, as that bald-headed Uatu had mentioned, Zane had reached the level of a high-tier seven-dimensional being.

He was entirely capable of creating his own *Pocket Universe*.

When his [Divine Realm] eventually upgraded into a *Pocket Universe*, accommodating a mere thousand or so dwarves would be effortless. In fact, even Earth's entire population could fit without issue.

This was the foundation of Zane's plan for the dwarves.

The only uncertainty was whether living beings entering the [Divine Realm] would generate faith energy for Zane.

Although Rocket, Groot, and Gamora counted as living beings, their allegiance to Zane aside, their small numbers meant any faith energy they might produce would be drowned out by the countless soul forms within the realm, making it impossible to gauge.

Zane then delved deeper into his thoughts. Once he had settled the dwarves, what would be the next move for him and his companions?

He was well aware that after killing so many members of the Celestials, the Celestials and the higher powers of the Marvel Universe would not let him off easily.

Although Zane wasn't afraid of a Celestial ambush, he also knew that eliminating the remaining Celestials wouldn't yield him much energy at this stage.

Reaching the high-tier seven-dimensional level, Zane finally understood why both Uatu and the Celestial Judge Arishem had mentioned the seemingly insurmountable gap between seven and eight dimensions.

Thus, Zane's interest in the Celestials of the Watcher's so-called *616 Prime Universe* had greatly diminished.

Instead, he wanted to explore farther and broader universes, where there might be more intriguing things to discover.

Now that he had the *Eye of Observation*, Uatu had explained that possessing it allowed one to freely traverse any dimensional universe.

Coupled with the mission to "rescue the Fulcrum," Zane had both personal and practical reasons to venture into dimensional universes beyond the Prime Universe.

However, before departing, he had to resolve all lingering matters in the Prime Universe.

As this thought deepened, Zane became increasingly lost in contemplation.

At that moment, the communicator left by the Watchers chimed.

Zane scanned it with his consciousness and saw an unfamiliar Watcher respectfully hovering in outer space above his current planet.

"Greetings, esteemed Mr. Zane. I am Watcher Ortlando. Our lord's daughter has specifically instructed me to invite you to the Starlight Fortress for a meeting."

Zane had discussed with Uatu that while he was now effectively acting as the Watchers' lord, he didn't want to expose his position prematurely.
