The wolf distanced itself from yang feng and gathered a large amount of Qi into it's body that seems to have made a Qi cloke around it's body and pounced on him.

Yang feng seeing this knew that play time was over, so he also got ready to use one of the new techniques he had made.

He changed his stance a little and concentrated and when the wolf came a bit more closer to him, he punched out with his right fist.

When he punched out, a loud roar that resembled that of a dragon echoed throughout the surroundings and from his fist a phantom of a golden dragon manifested.

The golden dragon radiated an aura of superiority that demanded worship. It was filled with power and dominance. It felt so lifelike that anyone would mistake it for a real dragon.

This all was possible because yang feng had made the technique by studying his dragon source, otherwise the technique would have come of as subpar.

When the wolf heard the roar and felt the pressure radiating from the dragon phantom, it felt a fear that was ingrained in it's bloodline. It felt the fear a lower lifeform feels when it is facing a being of higher lifeform.

It also felt that it's Qi circulation had also slowed down because of the pressure, which weakened the cloak that was covering it's body.

As the dragon phantom manifested, it sped towards and collided with the wolf. This caused the wolf to be thrown back a few feets, with a few light injuries. But overall the wolf was fine.

It took a few second for the wolf to get back it's bearings, a few seconds that yang feng took advantage of. He approached the wolf with his fastest speed and threw another dragon fist attack.

The wolf that had just recovered from the attack, now faced the same attack again. Yang feng then attacked the wolf with the same move again and again, using the wolf as a punching bag to test his fist technique.

For the first four attacks, the wolf was not able to react at all and was suppressed by yang feng, not even able to protect itself.

Starting from the fifth attack, the wolf showed signs of resisting the attack and by the tenth attack it was capable enough to block the attack.

And by the fifteenth attack, it was able to evade the attack. Yang feng on the other hand was losing a lot of his Qi by using the technique again and again.

Although the technique was impressive but it also required a great amount of Qi. But yang feng didn't stop and remained persistent. After the twentieth attack he seems to have felt what he was looking for.

In the next moment, he let out another fist attack. There was no change in his movement whatsoever. But when the dragon manifested this time and launched at the wolf, who evaded the dragon phantom, it didn't desipate like the previous times.

Instead, it turned towards the wolf and again launched towards it with it's giant hand extended. The wolf not expecting this was sent back flying by the seemingly transparent five clawed hand of the phantom.

The dragon phantom then came from the other side and attacked it from it's right side without any pause, and then again attacked it from the left side.

It continued to attack it for about 15-20 times with great speed and from different angles.

This was something yang feng had been trying to do while he was still making the dragon fist technique, but he was not so successful before.

But now, under a little pressure and a good blood-pumping battle, he was able to finally comprehend it. The reason the dragon was able to move as such was because yang feng was controlling the phantom with a thread of his divine sense.

Although the technique was really good and many times powerful than the regular dragon fist, the Qi consumption of the technique was also comparable.

When the attack finished, the wolf's body was filled with several injuries and claw marks. The worst thing about the attack was that although the wolf had adapted to the dragon pressure, it was only to the extent that it could dodge the attack.

But the bloodline suppression it faced remained the same, so it was not able to use it's Qi smoothly. This lead to the current situation in which the wolf was barely able to stand after receiving the attack.

On the other hand, yang feng had also used a great amount of his Qi with the last technique and was running low on his Qi reserves. He then used some of the last Qi he still had in his body and made one last move.

"Dragon fist!"

As the wolf saw the golden dragon phantom coming it's way, it showed a angry, sad and unwilling look on it's face. The last attack had taken it by surprise and now it's wasn't able to dodge the incoming attack with it's weak body and depleted Qi reserves.

As the attack landed, the wolf was thrown backwards and then crashed into a tree. Yang feng felt the breath from the wolf slowly desipate, thus proving that it was now dead.

Even after the wolf died, Yang feng didn't put down his guard and quickly made his way towards the yang stones to recover his Qi. When he reached the stones, he started absorbing the Qi from the stones with his Qi cultivation scripture.

It took him only a few minutes to completely recover his Qi reserves, which didn't diminish the Qi inside the stone even a little.

Only after he had recovered did he let down his guard. He then looked around himself at the destruction the previous battle had at the surroundings. A lot of trees were damaged and unrooted. The earth had many cracks and small craters.

He then looked towards the yang stones and the corpse of the wolf and then put them both inside his inventory. He didn't want to absorb them right now as he had only recently brokethrough and wasn't quite familiar with his power right now.

He also didn't want to stay on the island anymore as he had already spent more than 3 months here and he still needed to do a few things.

After thinking about it for a moment, he cleared his mind and again focused on Su Yan's presence. The next moment he let out a smile as he felt her moving towards his location. 'looks like she also finished with her cultivation or she felt my presence approaching her earlier.'

He decided to meet her halfway through, so he also started to fly towards her. As if noticing this, he felt her speed up. In just a few seconds, he saw her flying towards him.

As he saw her a smile appeared on his face as he slowed down, while she continued on with the same speed. The next moment, she basically crashed into his body with her arms around his neck, hugging him tightly.

"I missed you." She said in a low voice. Hearing her words his smile widened and he replied, "But I missed you more."

As he said this, she started to giggle at his tone that sounded like a child competing with someone about doing something more or better than the other.

The two slightly loosened their hug a little, the two looked into each other's eyes. No words were needed, as their eyes conveyed their feelings and thought.

The two slowly closed their eyes and slowly moved their faces closer. The next moment their lips touched. Their kiss was slow but filled with passion and longing for each other.

The kiss ended after a few minutes after which both were breathing heavily, with Su Yan having a bright blush on her face.

It was only after they calmed down that they looked at each other carefully. As Su Yan was going through the changes she felt from him, he also examined her. He discovered that in the last three months she had advanced to the 3rd stage immortal ascension realm.

Her Qi was a lot more condensed than it was before. Not only her Qi, the cold aura she used to naturally emit had also become much stronger. Her physique had also been strengthened significantly. He estimated that according to his body realms she had reached Tier 3.

After looking through her progress he said with a smile, "looks like you encountered a significant opportunity here."

After seeing her progress, he was further convinced of his decision of bringing her here. After hearing his words, she let out a bright smile and recounted what she encountered.

When she asked him about his encounter he told her everything, not leaving a thing, thought he did tell her about the lotus, he didn't quite specify it's functions for now.

As they were engrossed in their talk, they felt two life auras approaching them from another side of the island. After a few seconds they saw two figures approaching them from afar.

Seeing them, Su Yan separated herself from his embrace and the two waited for the two figures to approach them. When the two figures of Xia Ning Chang and Meng Wu Ya reached them, Meng Wu Ya asked him, "are you two done with your cultivation?"

To Yang Feng, Meng Wu Ya's tone felt a little different then his usual tone when he was taking to him, it felt more softer then what he used when talking to him.

Although slightly confused about the change, he still replied, "Yeah, and from the looks of it so are you guys." He then turned towards Xia Ning Chang and smiled.

"You improved a lot as well huh, Sister Xia." He said with a soft smile. He wasn't just praising her baselessly, she had really improved a lot. Yang feng observed her and discovered that she had also brokenthrough to the 3rd stage immortal ascension realm.

But her body cultivation wasn't as improved as Su Yan's, 'well considering her alchemist status and how she doesn't like to fight much, this is good enough.' Yang feng thought to himself.

"This island doesn't have anything of value left for us and we have already stayed outside the sect for three months, so we should leave and return soon." He said while he was thinking to himself.

'By now, those people would have already stayed at the high heaven pavilion for like a month or more. It's also a good time to go and get that demon saint skeleton and the devil sealing chains.'

Hearing his words the three nodded and flew towards the direction of the sect. While they were flying Yang feng sneekyly approached Xia Ning Chang, when Meng Wu Ya was leading in the front.

"Hey there Sister Xia, you know in the last three months I really missed you. Did you miss me?" He asked her in a lonely tone, when he was close to her.

When she heard his words, she was happy and embarrassed, which lead to her having a blush on her face. Seeing the she hadn't answered, a mischievous and cunning light flashed in his eyes.

"So Senior Sister Xia didn't miss me." He said in a low, sad and slightly hurt tone. When Xia Ning Chang heard this, she abruptly grabbed his hand and said, "I...I didn't said th...that. I...I... really....missed...you too."

At first, her tone was a little high which quickly changed into a such a soft and low voice that if not for his high hearing he would have missed her words.

As she finished saying this, she saw the mischievous light in his eyes and understood that he was just teasing her. The thing that furthered her embarrassment was the slight giggles she heard from Su Yan, who had been observing the event with an amused expression.

The rest of the journey, Xia Ning Chang tried to ignore Yang Feng, which proved to be a fruitless endeavor as he already knew how to get her attention everytime because of how much time they had spent together.
