"Ninth Prince, do you think this is a good idea? Although we are not afraid of Dragon Race, our demon race won't wage war against them just for you." An old man spoke while holding a lamp in his hand. This lamp was five inches long and ten inches high.

It had a silver coating and the dragon patterned around it. These patterns were small but each pattern was made out of golden runes. While holding the lamp, his hands were shaking as he asked the young man in front of him.

It was none other than Brian, the ninth prince, of the demon race. His body grown a bit. He was much more matured and the aura around him was terrifying. He was already a Saint Rank Cultivator.

Hearing the old man's words, a cruel smile appeared on lips. He looked at the lamp and said "Actually, I want to keep this lamp. After all, it holds the soul of the dragon god. Unfortunately, if I do that I would be haunted by the dragon race."

Raphael and Lyra were the first ones to start the match. When they saw each other, they sweetly smiled and greeted each other. This was the final and both teams were full-on spirit.

In an instant, the bloody red energy circled around her body. Lyra summoned a spear in her hands. She caught the spear with a tight grip and rushed towards Raphael. Seeing this, thunder mana rumbled around his fist and Raphael shot a punch.

The thunder mana condensed into a form of fist and rushed out of his hand. The spear formed by Lyra was still carried by her. When the spear in her right hand trembled like an earthquake and suddenly shot a red light.

The red light formed a spear and vibrate with a great force.

Unlike a straight punch, her spear had more techniques. It was not only fast but also vibrates at a great speed. This vibration was very strong as it blew the thunder fist like an explosion. Thunder mana scattered around and the spear rushed towards Raphael.

Facing the spear, Raphael felt he would lose if he holds back. In an instant, his dark beast bloodline was activated. His blood started boiling as mysterious energy flowed inside his veins and suddenly condensed dark energy in his palm.

Raphael had complete faith in his dark energy, so he directly caught it and broke it into pieces. But suddenly, his instinct told him to dodge. This monster instinct was really useful because another spear light moved towards him at an extreme speed. Raphael poured his dark energy into his legs and kicked up.

His toes collided with the tip of the spear but didn't break it. Instead, the tip slid upward and passed through his face. Even though he pulled his head back, it flew up maintaining few centimeters away from his nose.

When he got back to his position, he saw another spear light rushing towards him. This time, it wasn't fast but the destruction it carried was immense. The ground beneath the spear was breaking into pieces.

Suddenly, the thunder mana condensed around his fist. Five fingers clenched together with five lines of thunder. Those thunder got coiled by the darkness. In an instant, the fist shot five lines of thunder coiled with darkness.

When shooting his punch, his carried all of his physical strength empowering the impact of his attack. But when shot, his fist didn't move and shot five dark thunder lines. They were not in the same line as he was controlling their position.

"Bang"

The first dark thunder collided with the spear tip and broke its tip. But the shaft of the spear remained. So, the next moment, second dark thunder collided with the spear shaft.

When her spear got broken, she didn't lose her fight. Instead, she condensed another spear, much more powerful than before. It was burning with intense heat and the red energy was condensed like the lava at the tip of the spear.

"Bang"

When the third dark thunder collided with it, it caused the spear to tremble. But the moment it trembled, an intense heat emerged out of the tip. The lava boiled and the intense heat caught the dark thunder.

"Boom"

The next moment, the dark thunder exploded like an explosion. The fourth and fifth dark thunder rushed towards the spear but when it reached near the tip of the spear, Raphael's eyes widen with the disbelieve in his eyes.

In an instant, both of his dark thunder burnt to a crisp, and the flaming spear was still rushing towards him. Confusion flashed in his eyes as he didn't understand what to do.

That strike was his strongest strike combing the power of dark energy and thunder mana forcefully. He had already pushed himself to the limit but still couldn't do anything to the spear.

"I admit defeat"

With no choice, Raphael sighed with helplessness and admitted defeat. He didn't understand why Lyra was so strong. In an instant, Lyra called her spear back. The flame released out of it and it settled on her hand.

She turned back and slowly walked down the stage. Each step was making her face pale. Natasha had already appeared there with healing medicine. But the beautiful teacher shook her head. She took Lyra into her embrace. Lyra slowly closed her eyes and fall unconscious.

When Natasha put her gaze at Lyra, she found her body was burning like a sun. Her blood was boiling like magma and her spiritual energy was too hot. This made her unconscious because her body couldn't hold it.

The beautiful teacher shook her hand and a bed made out of ice appeared. She created a barrier with her energy and placed Lyra inside. She shook her head and found her students were sacrificing too much for the sect.

Although this caught lots of attention, Johnny was busy elsewhere. He did attend the finals but his gaze was on his status as usual. Because within these days, a lot of things has changed.
