lookism: Experiment

The sun was up, and Michael was getting ready for school. He wore a white shirt, grey pants, black shoes, and a blue tie. The shirt highlighted his muscular body.

When he arrived at the school gate, he saw many students walking around. Two boys were looking into a shop mirror while the others watched them, even some of the other boys. An unsettling thought crossed his mind: "I am not gay."

He ignored them and stood in front of his class, the Fashion Department. Then the boy from earlier approached him and asked, "Is this the Fashion Department class?" Michael replied, "Well, it is written there."

The boy laughed in embarrassment and introduced himself. "Hello, I am Daniel Park. I'm a new student." He extended his hand for a handshake. Michael accepted it and said, "Hi, I am Michael."

The teacher called them inside the classroom. As Michael and Daniel entered, all the students fell silent. Michael thought, "Hmm, very disciplined class you have here." But then all the girls screamed. He wondered why they were screaming so loudly, even though he knew he looked handsome because of his good looks and muscular physique. On the other hand, Daniel was more of a cute person than handsome.

The teacher assigned Michael to sit in the left back corner, while Daniel sat near another guy whom Michael found familiar for some reason. He wasn't sure why. As class started, he thought to himself, "Why did Father Gabriel have to do this? What did I do wrong to be sent to school?" He silently cursed Father Gabriel in his mind.

When the class ended, the bell rang for lunch. Michael went to the cafeteria, picked up his food, and Daniel approached him, asking to join him. Michael's response was obvious: he declined. He sat alone at his table and ate his food.

After finishing his meal, classes resumed, and his internal complaints about Father Gabriel continued. Soon, the school day was over.

At the dawn, he arrived at his apartment. After reaching home he went to sleep. To wake up at 1 am. His stomach was growling, and there were no snacks at home. So he decided to go to a grocery store and buy some snacks. He wore a black hoodie and black pants. A pair of sleepers.

As he entered the shop, he saw a small and fat guy at the counter with his face bruised. He then goes to take snacks from the stall. When he extended his hand to buy the last packet, a second hand approached the packet, too. They both grabbed the snack at the same time. Michael turned towards the person who holding his snacks.

As he turned he saw a beautiful lady. With a tall figure curved physique long hair. But he doesn't care. He only cares about his snacks. The girl looked at him, trying to get away from the snacks. She thought in her mind, 'Like every other man, you will give this snack to me because I am beautiful,' but that thought was crushed when Michael did not let go of the snack.

She tried to snatch it but she couldn't. Michael then said sorry but It's mine. And then snatch it away and go to the counter.

The girl tried to argue with the man. But he has already checked out.

After that Michael came out of the store and went to his apartment.

The next day

Michael woke up and got ready for his school. He then grabbed his bag and went on his way. When he reached the classroom, a huge crowd of students was already standing there, peeking through the door and window.

" What is happening?" When Michael went in, he saw Daniel standing in front of a guy named Zack Lee. Then the boy in the black sweater goes jab at Daniel, but Daniel catches it. And hit the guy back in his solar plexus.

Michael just enjoyed this amateur fight.

With popcorn in his hand. Some students asked him how did he get those, but he just ignored them. And the show was over with Daniel winning the match.

Then all the student went to their classes back. I took pity on the guy Zack Lee, who was still on the ground kneeling. I moved towards him, supported him, stood up, and took him to the infirmary. He didn't talk even a single word during this time. Anger was burning his eyes. They were burning with rage. I just left him on the bed and went to the classroom.

The bell rang and it was time for lunch. I went to the cafeteria. All around I heard about how Zack Lee was beaten with just one punch. I guess with luck. As I sat at my empty table looking around, I saw a guy wearing black all over. And a black cap, black tinted glass, and black clothes.

As people were saying his name was vin jin. A bully from the vocal department. He made his way toward Zack and started mocking him about his defeat. And then after that, all according to the original plot.

But when Vasco came, Michael heard about the Burn Knuckle group. The mission to Destroy 4 crews comes to mind. Michael thought, 'Hmm, looks like I have to take my first step, but I don't even know who they are or where they are. As Father said, they would target this place, I just have to wait.

Then, after the classes were over, Michael went his own way to his apartment. Nothing important things happened.

The next day

When Michael arrived in his classroom. And sat down at his table. He saw Zack Lee approaching him. Why is he coming towards me today? Let's see. Nearing him, Zack said, "Thanks for yesterday, sorry for yesterday not thanking you, and my name is Zack Lee." He was saying this without a thankful look on him. It seemed someone else was operating on him.

When I looked behind, I saw a girl with brown hair and glasses with a beautiful face. Who was smiling at the back of Zack Lee?

Seeing that smile, I understood what was going on. I sighed and said don't mention it my name is Michael. Then Zack said oh, Michael, I have a question how is your body so muscular. Do you also know how to fight?

Michael just chuckled and said, fighting nah, I don't know how to fight. This body was built in a gym to impress girls.

ZACK lee didn't believe it, but in the end, he left it out.

When Zack goes back to his seat, the class bell rings, and classes start with cursing Father Gabriel.

When it was the time for cafeteria. Zack pulled me to his table where he was eating with the same girl who was behind Zack before. Her name was Mira, and she was Zack's friend.

Well, Zack believed it to be more than a friend. By their closeness, I also thought it.

After that classes again started. And there was an event coming soon for first-years to perform. I was a slave that would be sold at a slave auction.

I shrugged it.

A few days passed.

J high festival was today. All the department had opened their stalls or businesses.

As time passed I watched other people's shops when I was pulled along to be sold.

Some no-names were sold at first at very low prices. Then came the boy named Eli Jang. I think he is gay. Bro, don't question my judgment. See for yourself how girlish he looks. Ok, jokes apart, he was bought for $358. Then came the burn knuckle leader Vasco aka Entai Lee.

And it was sad but he was not even bought by anyone. His looks were of a gangster. With all the tattoos and his beard, he was scaring all the girls.

Well, then came the guy Daniel Park. The crowd erupted into screams. The first bid was $250 by Zoe Park, then $1000 by Lala Kim. When the bid was just about to be over, the girl from the grocery store came and bid $2000. (Michael doesn't remember her)

Then came Michael. His muscular body and handsome face. The bids were over the board, and in the end, he was sold for $5000 to the girl from the grocery store.

While people were bidding on Michael, he had this thought in his mind, 'what am I doing to myself here? People are buying me as a slave. Wasn't slavery ended in the 19s? Why the hell is Korea allowing it?

He cleared his thoughts and walked towards his master. When they reached the parking area, girl Daniel said to her, "Thank you, I was almost sold to that girl," The girl snapped and said what do you mean you think you are handsome, so you can do whatever you want fuck off I didn't buy you that. The money was given to charity.

Michael silently observes the show while eating his popcorn. The man beside the girl was surprised at how the heck you got the popcorn out of nowhere. Michael offered him popcorn, and they both were enjoying the show now with popcorn.

Then the girl turned towards Michael. The same goes for you. You think you are handsome, and then you bully ugly people.

Michael tilted his head and said, "Huh, did I ask you to help me? I was just a slave who was supposed to get a master. I don't care if they are ugly or beautiful. And who might you be?"

The girl was embarrassed at first, but then, in anger, she said how did you forget me? You stole my snacks from the store that night, and my name is Crystal.

Michael shrugged and said I will try to remember I am Michael. Well, mypopcornsise over. I am going. The girl, in anger, turned and went inside her car. But Daniel tries to stop her by extending his hand.

But the man beside the girl grabbed Daniel wrist and stopped it midway.

Then he said what do you think you are doing. And here we say Michael again, watching an amazing show with popcorn.

Now Crystal asks him how in the 7 world you got popcorn again.

Michael said well, when there is the show to watch, there is always popcorn to eat; you want some. Crystal took some popcorn.

Now the man goes for a swift kick, but Daniel keeps his hand in front of the kick to stop it. But midway, the trajectory of the kick changes into a Brazilian kick.

With that kick, Daniel was on the ground. Michael, seeing this, remarked well, every time luck doesn't work.

Then to make it more entertaining. Vasco enters the ring. To go against Gun in place of Daniel. Both are now in wrestling posture, hmm oh got offtopic.

So Vasco arrived in front of the gun and told him to take off his glasses. Gun ignored him and gave him a punch in the face.

Vasco's nose is broken, and blood is gushing out. Gun seeing his standing, grinned and took off his glasses to show his black eyes.

Michael, in the background, comments, well, damn, this is getting interesting.

But before the fight started again, Crystal threatened the gun with her father's power. And there all the show was over. I was disappointed.

So the car drove away with a gun and crystal.

Daniel and Vasco are on the ground. Michael just walked away. After that event, it was like an original story.
