NOVEL NEXT Chapter 6: a walk in the park.
Yusei decided to head out into the city to see what was out there he walked past a statue of a blue eye's white dragon.
he wondered why people were so obsessed with jack atlas as he wasn't even that hard of a duelist to defeat first off if one could manage to play negate attack and cancel any spell that could stop it they would be able to stop his boss monster's nasty effect then if they managed to play a destruction themed spell like lightning vortex or raigeki they could destroy his monster leaving him wide open for a direct attack..
the thing that pissed him off was that nobody had the guts to try it I mean sure speed spells didn't have a lightning vortex or raigeki but still it would work if one used the trap card raigeki break also using card's like remove trap and such would be useful against him.
"I've decided I'll enter the fortune cup." said a kid's voice.
"no you wouldn't even make it past the preliminaries besides you aren't even old enough to have a duel runner's license." said another kid's voice.
"she's right boy." said a sinister voice.
Yusei rounded the corner to see a man in street clothes he had the look Yusei was all too familiar with in his past life the look of a pervert, in his past life Yusei had put down countless pedophiles barehandedly so this guy was really asking for it.
"why don't you leave the pretty girl here." said the man.
"what the hell dude." shouted the boy
"I said get boy." said the man pulling back to punch the boy but Yusei grabbed his arm and popped it out of joint.
"Ung" the man grunted
"chill out homeboy." he said.
"i don't know who you are but you are dead." said the man turning to punch Yusei but Yusei dodged to the side of the man's dislocated arm and delivered a one two punch at his chin and temple before delivering right hook to the man's jaw.
"woah did you see that Ruka." asked the boy.
"he saved us Rau." said Ruka.
"you two get back." Yusei said his instincts on high alert.
and his instincts were right as three of the guys friends came to his aid.
"you are dead." said the boys
Yusei popped his knuckles and his neck before preparing to defeat is enemies.
the first guy came at Yusei, but Yusei punched him with a Seiken then kicked him with a front stomp kick.
the second guy came to kick Yusei but Yusei dodged it and countered with a spinning elbow to his neck.
the third guy came at him going for a combination of punches and kicks but Yusei parried his punches and then countered with a snaping straight punch before delivering a backfist into his right temple then delivered a swift spinning hook kick to the same temple causing it to bust open.
"now get out of my sight and take your perverted friend with you." he said.
"you were awesome big brother." said rau.
"rau we don't know if we can trust him." said ruka.
"ha it's alright I just couldn't sit idly by and let him get away with this." i said.
"so was that karate or maybe it was kung fu." asked rua.
"it's actually a mix of six different martial art's Wing Chun Karate Wushu kickboxing boxing and jujutsu." i said.
"i see are you a super hero!" asked rau.
"that's for me to know and for you to find out." said Yusei.
"well thank you." said ruka.
"well come with me and I'll teach you some self defense." i said
the twins fallowed Yusei to his place and he showed them some basic moves from the styles of boxing kickboxing and jujutsu he also told Rua to focus mainly on doing pushup's and lunges while he told Ruka she should try running to and from school to build up her immune system which they had informed Yusei about.
not that he didn't know about it already
it was then that Ruka's dragon and his two dragons responded towards one another and their signer marks appeared.
"woah so your a signer as well." she asked.
"I recon so." said Yusei
"hey maybe you could defeat the w-" Rau began but was taken back by the appearance of Yusei's D-wheel.
"no way i remember seeing this thing on the news!"
apparently Yusei's little test flight had been posted on the 9 O'clock news.
"well crud." said Yusei.
"so did you build this D-wheel to fly." asked Ruka.
"that's so cool." said Rua.
"Wan to see something even cooler?" asked Yusei.
Yusei put on his helmet activating the retractable faceplate and then climbed onto the D-wheel he flipped a switch and it converted into an armor.
"HO-LEE CRAP." shouted Rau.
"yeah pretty cool huh." said yusei with a metalic voice.
an hour later
"well we'll see you later yusei." said the twins outside the tops which yusei had driven them to then he road back to his apartment
the next day yusei went out for a stroll he heard the cry of a young man.
"it's her it's the witch." shouted a boy.
and it was then and there that Yusei met his future waifu
