Perhaps, that was the sole reason for him to never visit Seol , South Korea again. He never dared to look back at the past , he was a coward , he believed. He was a sensitive and emotional child , but this incident had made a rough and tough demeanour of him . He was the same from inside , the same Kook who would cry at small things and would make a fuss if he didn't get attention. But the hard concrete he built as his protection made him a rather cold and silent man . He had so many questions, so many doubts , like how did she even lose her breath when she was fine just a moment back the fact that she even said the incident that occurred with her. Was it the pain that she carried with her ? with which she stood tall to fight for the justice she wanted for her. Whatever it was , it was still undigestable.
Snapping out of his train of thoughts , Jungkook was met with Dhriya's fast steps towards him. ' sir , I have an important talk with you , can we please move at the corner ' Dhriya pants heavily. ' please , go ahead ' He looked seriously serious. ' sir , i really have an urgent matter waiting for me , I am really sorry, but the thing that right now the patient is in no hurry and that the formalities will be required to be completed first gives me a little chance to go and give my time to that matter, i never wanted to disappoint you sir but at this moment it will be very thoughtful of you-' ' yes , you can - go if you are in a hurry, the pateint formalities are yet to be done , I will postpone your first meet to later then ' he was disappointed but it didn't show up in his words. ' i will be back at sharp 5 in the evening , i will be done with the rapport forming today itself ' Dhriya was dedicated to whatever work she had, this was the very first time she gave any matter aside from medical emergencies and matter more priority. The situation itself was so calling, that if she doesn't take this chance , she won't be able to figure out anything further.
As she almost walked past him , her red thin scarf " dupatta" layed flat across his face , the place was too windy and her scarf was too thin. The fragrance , it smelled like vanilla - chocolate or was it a flower instead. His mind went blank , only the supposed fragrance and the softness of the red fabric around his sences. Within no time the fabric brushed passed his face , for that mere 7 seconds that cloth covered almost his whole face. As he took his time to catch the scarf till then the scarf flew away with her.
How cinematic, a dark gaze was held upon him. The fact that Doctor didn't notice this fellow inside the room , who was an audience to the whole show , is something he should never be conscious of. A mocking smirk and a teasing look across his beauty , oh how it would have triggered the doctor. The person wasn't able to see who that fairy was , but he knew that somewhere the doctor infront of him , who he was annoyed of since he entered ,was weak for the said fairy. How pathetic, that's exactly what he thought. Getting weak just by having a sniff and touch of somebody's worn clothes. That smirk was never to be seen again after the doctor appears to entering the room. But perhaps a mischievous glint of fun sparkled in those eyes. It would be fun .
' So , sorry to hold on to you for so long , i am going to take your notes today for formalities. So please cope up , let's start ? ' his voice was smooth and gentle. There was no reply for a second, but then the person who was till this very time hanging his head low , turns up to look at him . Jeon's breath almost hitched , it wasn't the pateints beauty , no , it was his demeanor. For the very first time , in his carrier , he had ever felt so nervous and scared. It didn't show up in his facade as always , but getting red calls from a patient was something he never expected. ' would you please introduce yourself and be considerate of your crimes to me ' calm and gentle as always. It took him 5 literal minutes to answer this , just with a nod. Oho , it's going to be a little tough for Shastri. ' so what is your name pateint number 773?' no reply. Jeon can't force if he himself didn't want it. A huff left his lips , it was annoying him now. From the past 10 minutes he tried to loosen him up a bit , but nothing worked. ' can you just tell me , that why did to choose to do that crime , what was your moto ?' dead silence. Jeon at this point was about to give up , just then an answer left him hawked. ' i wanted to live my life , they were not happy , besides i just wanted to kill them because I wanted to ?!! i just felt like doing so ' his sentence was crystal clear. No remorse , no guilt. ' okay , thank you so much for cooperating, your doctor incharge will attend you this evening - relax and have your meal '
The patient was taken into his room , a cell inside of this section of the hospital. The facilities were top notch , as only wealthy people were admitted here , the charity and funds helped them already to grow a whole empire. The incident prior in his head , wasn't leaving his mind. ' because I wanted to ?!! i just felt like doing so ' it rang like a broken radio in his head. No , he doesn't need to think about the unknown, the feelings that should be felt on such a situation , he should focus practically on the subject. It sent chills down his spine, oh the moment he held an eye to eye with him . Why was he not able to forget it ?!
' Sir , a patient is waiting for you ' work calls .
' Dara ' a tight hug , as Dhriya reached her friends residence. ' what happened Syd , you just called me to say that someone broke into your room , are you hurt somewhere?' ' she's alright Dhriya , it's just that she is so scared can you please talk to her , she's not telling me what happened ' Noah , her friend Sydney's boyfriend said. ' okay Noah , I will have a talk with her , till then can you please make something warn for her to eat '
' Syd , what is it , tell me , it's okay I am here i will be here for today ?! ' Dhriya hushes. 'Dara , I was just sleeping , was waking up late like around 10:30 , I saw a man walking around my balcony. It's a literal 67 floor building , we are in the 57th floor , how could someone climb up to me , I am so scared ' she breathed out . ' could you tell me how he looked ?' ' i didn't see his proper face , but I held onto my breath and didn't shout because I was very scared , I am sorry ' she cried out. Sydney , was a sweet and a social butterfly. Her cries felt like daggers in Dhriya's heart. ' it's okay , make sure to lock your doors and windows now onwards, I will stay with you from today onwards till you feel like you are okay, I will tell Noah to stay too , okay ? , now let's eat something first ' Dhriya's mind was fuzzed with thoughts. She was the one who was more scared. ' ah , how did he get away from your balcony than , did you see ?' there's no way he jumped. ' i closed my eyes shut due to fear , i didn't get to see that , he lurked there for around 10 minutes, since it was already so dark due to the wheather there was no light around this building and i wasn't able to catch it. ' Sydney was traumatized . ' it's okay I am here right , don't you worry ?' it was a ridiculously stupid mistery to her now . Only if her friend would have just shouted and showed a little bravery with her trembling legs she would have it clear then and there itself. But , was it a call from God , that this time she was safe , what if she would not during the next planning?
They had lunch , and Sydney slept in the arms of her boyfriend. Dhriya here was paranoid too , the condition was so. As she stepped out from the shower , she made her way towards the arm chair and sat there to comb her hair. ' is it 3 already? ' it was draining her out but she needs to be in her work by now. As she steps out of the apartment, she is met with a delivery man , hands loaded with multiple cartons. She would have been knocked out it they would have fell on her. She held her chest by her hands , her eyes bulged out, scared. ' Excuse me , sir please be careful ' She noticed the man hurrying towards an apartment next door. There were many cartons placed at the doorstep. Sydney had mentioned that there was a party next door as a new couple just shifted in the apartment last day. She did mention that they were very sweet and were a Korean couple. By Korean, she could only remember Doctor Jeon and his whole family.
She looked around for a moment and then made her way towards the elevator. As she entered it , she was pushed a little due to shoulder clashes with a stranger. Sounds of apologies could be heard from both . But the two didn't care to look into each other at that moment.
