Konoha Hospital

Tsunade was wearing a sleeveless gray kimono, revealing the majestic view on her chest was. 

She noticed Jiraiya's eyes widening as he stared at her. 

Rolling her eyes, she clenched her fist and said coldly, "If you look at me again, I will gouge out your eyes." 

Jiraiya quickly snapped back to reality, his face returning to its normal color.

He covered his mouth and coughed a few times. "Ahem."

"Well, Kushina and Lindy should be fine, right?"

Tsunade opened the window, drank sake, and replied casually, "It's fine. Even if something happens after my treatment, it's not a big deal."

"That's good," Jiraiya said as he sat down in a chair.

To ensure that Kushina wouldn't have any lasting effects, Jiraiya didn't hesitate to call Tsunade back from her trip abroad.

"Tsunade-sama, so I should be able to leave the hospital today, right?" Kushina asked while lying on the bed. 

Her complexion looked good, and she didn't have any big issues. 

Being from the Uzumaki clan, her physical condition was much better than that of ordinary people. 

Additionally, because of the Nine Tails, her vitality was incredibly strong. With just a day or two of rest, she would be just fine.

Instead of worrying about Kushina, Tsunade should be more concerned about Hyuga Lindy, who forcibly broke the curse seal to save Simu. 

Fortunately, Lindy wasn't in serious trouble. Tsunade stubbed out her sake and nodded. 

"You can leave the hospital at any time, and the same goes for Lindy." 

To make it easier to care for them and minimize conversation, Kushina and Lindy were placed in the same ward.

Kushina and Lindy smiled at the same time and thanked Tsunade, saying, "Thank you, Tsunade-sama." 

Tsunade waved her hand and looked at Simu thoughtfully. 

Then she said to Jiraiya, "You idiot, don't just sit here getting in the way."

"In the way?" Jiraiya scratched his head, clearly confused by Tsunade's words.

However, when he saw Tsunade walk out of the ward on her own, he hurriedly called after her, "Tsunade, hey, wait for me!"

This left only Lindy, Kushina, Simu, and Minato in the ward. 

Lindy and Kushina had gotten along well, but the atmosphere had become a bit strange since Simu's arrival. 

Minato quickly noticed the tension and decided to leave.

"You two chat slowly. I just remembered that I need to work on my Rasengan, so I'm leaving first." 

Minato said, preparing to make a quick escape.

In this time and place, due to Simu's intervention and the absence of Kumo shinobi, Minato only saw Kushina as a teammate and partner. 

He didn't feel any jealousy; instead, he was a bit worried about Simu's current situation.

Women's issues are the most troublesome to deal with. 

He can't afford to get on their bad side, so he should just slip away quickly.

"Wait a minute, Minato, I have some thoughts about Rasengan too..."

Before he could finish, he noticed two almost murderous glares in the room. He could only comply and let it go.

"Well, no more." 

He scratched his head. "Do you two want some fruit?"

"Don't change the subject." Kushina stared intently at Simu.

His heart sank. 

Using his Observation Haki, he could guess what question Kushina was about to ask. 

It was likely about whether he liked her or liked someone else.

But he wasn't ready to face this kind of intense situation. 

Simu really wanted to say that only children make choices and that he wanted them both. 

However, he feared that Kushina would react violently. 

He never expected that as a dignified Marine Admiral, he would have to deal with this kind of problem.

Fortunately, just as Kushina was about to speak, Jiraiya came to become Simu's savior. 

"Simu, I forgot to tell you earlier—Sarutobi sensei wants to see you and Minato." 

Jiraiya opened the door and poked his head out, only to find both Kushina and Lindy staring at him.

"Uh..."

"Never mind."

Jiraiya quickly pulled his head back inside. 

Simu seized the opportunity to escape.

"I'll go see Hokage-sama first, and we can talk later if you have anything to say." 

He activated his Light Fruit ability, and his speed was faster than ever. 

In less than a second, he appeared at the door of the Hokage's office.

Seeing Simu vanish, Kushina turned her head and sighed. After finally gathering the courage to speak, he just left...

" Kushina, let's go home first," Hyuga Lindy suggested quietly.

"We can only do this." 

Kushina got up to pack her things but noticed a book on the ground.

"This book is...?" 

She thought for a moment and realized it was a book that Teacher Jiraiya had read. It was said to be his unfinished travelogue, titled "Icha Icha Paradise."

Kushina picked up the book, glanced at the illustrations inside accidentally, and blushed immediately.

This, this, this...

What is this!

Sensing Kushina's strange behavior, Lindy hurriedly asked, " Kushina, what's wrong with you?"

"Are you feeling a little unwell? How about I call Tsunade-sama?"

Kushina hurriedly stopped her: "No! I'm fine!"

Then he put the books into his backpack, packed up and left the hospital.
