Kardashian Jenner's Bodyguard

Chapter 5: Chapter 13-14-15

Chapter 13: At the Table with the Kardashian-Jenners

The sun was shining brightly in the luxurious Hidden Hills neighborhood, and Gabriel pulled his black SUV into the wide driveway of Kris Jenner's home. The property was sprawling, with a perfectly manicured garden, a sparkling pool in the background, and modern architecture that exuded elegance and power.

Kris had invited him to a Sunday family lunch, something Gabriel was initially hesitant to accept, but her insistence accompanied by an almost maternal tone convinced him.

— "You deserve some time to relax, Gabriel. And we want to get to know you better outside of work."

Getting out of the car, Gabriel adjusted his blazer and headed for the entrance. Before he could ring the bell, the door was opened by Kendall, who was wearing a casual dress and large sunglasses.

— "Right on time!" she said, smiling. "Come on in, my mom is super excited about lunch today."

Gabriel walked in, immediately greeted by the sound of laughter and lively conversation coming from the living room. In the living room, Kris was beaming, wearing a stylish ensemble that perfectly matched the ambiance of the house. Corey Gamble, her boyfriend, stood beside her, waving at Gabriel warmly.

"Gabriel, I'm so glad you could come!" Kris exclaimed, coming over to greet him. "Please make yourself comfortable. You're part of the family today."

The sisters began to appear one by one. Kendall and Kylie greeted him first, with warm smiles.

"Look, the man who saves our days," Kylie joked, winking at him.

Kim walked up soon after, offering a firm handshake. "Thank you for everything you've done for us, Gabriel. We really appreciate it."

And finally, Kourtney, with Travis by her side, gave him a friendly smile. "Good to see you out of work," she said.

Gabriel answered them all with his calm and professional demeanor, although it was clear that he felt a little out of his element.

The only sister Gabriel hadn't met yet appeared then, Khloé Kardashian. She entered the room holding a glass of white wine and assessed him curiously.

— "So, you're the famous Gabriel everyone's been talking about," Khloé said, extending her hand. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you."

Gabriel shook her hand, keeping his tone formal.

— "The pleasure is mine, Miss Kardashian."

Khloé laughed.

— "Please, no formalities. If you're having lunch with us, you can call me Khloé."

— "As you prefer," Gabriel replied with a slight smile.

The lunch table was impeccably decorated, with fine china, shiny silverware, and fresh flower arrangements. Everyone took their seats, and Gabriel was placed between Khloé and Kim, which seemed like a strategic place for the sisters to extract more information about him.

— "So, Gabriel," Kim began as they served their appetizers. "We know you're very discreet about your work, but we're curious. Do you actually have military experience?"

Gabriel set his glass of water down before answering.

— "Yes. Before working in private security, I served in the Brazilian Navy's Amphibious Commandos. It's a unit that specializes in land, sea, and air operations."

Kendall looked at him, her eyes shining with interest.

— "That sounds... amazing. But I imagine it's dangerous too."

— "It's part of the job," Gabriel replied. "Preparation and training are essential to minimize risk."

Khloé leaned toward him slightly, smiling curiously.

— "And you've trained with other forces around the world, right? I heard someone mention the CIA and MOSSAD."

Gabriel nodded.

— "Yes, during my career, I've had the opportunity to train with the CIA, MOSSAD, Germany's BND, and several other special forces units."

Kourtney raised her eyebrows in amazement.

— "That explains why you're so good at what you do. You always seem to be one step ahead."

Kylie chimed in with a laugh.

— "He's saved our asses so many times I've lost count. I don't think I've ever felt so safe."

Corey, who had been listening with interest until then, spoke up.

— "Training with MOSSAD? That's no joke. Those guys are the best in the world."

— "They really are," Gabriel agreed. "Their discipline and focus are impressive. I've learned a lot from them."

As lunch progressed, the questions continued, though Gabriel, as always, was careful about what he shared.

— "Have you ever been in a really dangerous situation?" Khloé asked, clearly fascinated.

Gabriel paused before answering, choosing his words carefully.

— "There have been situations, yes, but most of the things I've done are classified. What I can say is that each mission has taught me something valuable, whether it's about strategy, resilience, or teamwork."

Kim nodded, respecting the discretion.

— "It seems like you have a very strong sense of duty. That's rare these days."

— "It's something that was instilled in me from an early age," Gabriel. "And also a necessity in the line of work I did."

After lunch, everyone moved into the living room, where desserts were served. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the sisters seemed less formal, laughing and joking with each other. Gabriel, though a natural observer, began to relax a bit as well, allowing himself to smile at times.

Kris, ever the warm host, sat down next to Gabriel.

— "You know, Gabriel, we really appreciate everything you've done for our family. I knew you were talented, but hearing about your experience today has left me even more impressed."

— "It's my responsibility to ensure your safety, Mrs. Jenner," Gabriel replied.

— "Oh, please, Kris," she insisted. "You're more than just an employee to us already."

Kylie nodded, raising her glass.

— "I totally agree. Here's to Gabriel, the most incredible security guard we've ever had!"

Everyone laughed and raised their glasses in a warm gesture.

When the day ended, Gabriel said goodbye to everyone with the same cordiality as always. When he reached the door, Khloé, who seemed especially curious about him, asked one last question.

— "Gabriel, if you could go back in time, would you choose this life again?"

He paused for a moment, reflecting before answering.

— "Yes. It was a difficult life, but full of purpose. And sometimes, that's what really matters."

With a respectful smile, he left the house, knowing that this day was more than just a casual lunch. He had earned the trust and respect of one of the most influential families in the world, something he never imagined when he began his career years ago.

Chapter 14: Protecting Khloé and the Little Ones

The morning sun was shining down on Hidden Hills, and Gabriel was parking his black SUV in front of Khloé Kardashian's house. He had been asked by Kris to accompany Khloé and her two children, True and Tatum, on a day of activities. Khloé wanted to enjoy a day out with the kids, and Gabriel's presence was essential to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Getting out of the car, Gabriel adjusted his understated suit jacket and headed to the front door. He rang the bell, and within seconds, the door was opened by Khloé, who was dressed in a casual but elegant sportswear outfit.

"Good morning, Gabriel! Ready for the craziness of a day with the kids?" she asked, smiling warmly.

"Always ready, Mrs. Kardashian," he replied in his usual professional tone.

Khloé laughed, shaking her head.

"Please call me Khloé. This is far from a formal event."

Five-year-old True appeared shortly after, holding her little brother Tatum's hand.

"Mommy, is he the new security guard?" True asked, childishly curious.

Gabriel smiled at her and bent down to the children's level.

"Hello, True. I'm Gabriel, and I'll be taking care of you today. How are you?"

True nodded, smiling. Tatum, still shy, just held his sister's hand tightly.

The plan for the day included a visit to Calabasas Commons, an outdoor shopping mall known for its family-friendly atmosphere. Gabriel had done his research the night before, making sure he knew the layout of the place and the entrance and exit areas.

He also reviewed the itinerary provided by Khloé, which included a visit to the bookstore, a trip to the playground, and lunch at one of the restaurants.

During the ride in the SUV, True asked Gabriel several questions, something he handled patiently.

"Are you like a superhero, Gabriel? My mommy said you're really strong."

Gabriel gave a small laugh.

— "I'm not a superhero, True. But I help keep people safe, like your mommy and you."

— "Then you are a hero," she insisted, convinced.

Khloé, from the front seat, looked at Gabriel with an amused smile.

— "She's not going to give up that easily. You better accept it."

Gabriel just smiled, keeping his eyes on the road.

When they arrived at the Commons, Gabriel assumed his usual posture, always aware of his surroundings. Despite being a family-friendly and relatively quiet space, the fact that he was accompanying a Kardashian meant that public attention was inevitable.

At the bookstore, True ran excitedly to the children's section, while Khloé held Tatum in her arms. Gabriel stayed a few steps away, monitoring the flow of people in the place. He noticed two teenagers who began to take pictures discreetly, but with a direct look, he made them quickly put away their phones.

— "You have a way with people," Khloé commented, observing the interaction.

— "It's about letting them know they're being watched. Most people back off when they realize they can't go unnoticed," he explained calmly.

At the playground, True made a point of exploring every plaything, while Tatum, still a toddler, sat on Khloé's lap, watching everything with curious eyes. Gabriel positioned himself strategically so he could have a wide view of the park.

— "Have you always been this... focused?" Khloé asked, sitting on a nearby bench while rocking Tatum.

— "Training demands it," Gabriel replied. "But it's also a matter of habit. It's hard to switch off when you've spent years on operations where any distraction can be fatal."

Khloé watched him for a moment, as if trying to decipher him.

— "Do you ever have time to relax? I mean, do something just for yourself?"

Gabriel hesitated before answering.

— "Not very often. But to be honest, I'm used to this rhythm. It's part of who I am."

— "Well, I hope that lunch my mom made the other day counted as a relaxing moment," she said, laughing.

Gabriel smiled slightly.

— "It was a nice day, yes."

At lunchtime, they went to a restaurant with outdoor seating. Gabriel, as usual, chose a table that allowed a clear view of the entrances and the surrounding crowd. He stood, watching as Khloé and the children took their seats.

— "Aren't you going to sit down?" Khloé asked, frowning.

— "I prefer to stand. It's easier to monitor the environment that way," he replied.

— "You're impossible," she joked. "At least order something to eat."

At Khloé's insistence, Gabriel accepted a simple dish, keeping his posture alert as he ate quickly.

During the meal, a group of fans approached the table, asking Khloé for pictures. Gabriel gently intervened, explaining that she was with her family and would not be taking pictures at the moment. Despite some protests, Gabriel's firm and polite tone was enough to push them away without causing a scene.

— "You really have a talent for dealing with people," Khloé said, impressed.

"It's part of the job," he replied modestly.

On the way home, True was exhausted and ended up falling asleep in the backseat next to Tatum. Khloé, now more relaxed, looked at Gabriel as he drove.

"You know, Gabriel, I wonder what your life is like outside of work. Do you have anyone? Family, friends?"

Gabriel remained silent for a moment before answering.

"Most of my life has been dedicated to work. Family and friends are hard to maintain with a lifestyle like mine. But I don't regret it. I made choices that got me here."

Khloé nodded, seeming to respect his honesty. "Well, now you have at least one group of crazy people here to worry about you," she said, laughing.

Gabriel just smiled, focused on the road.

When they got home, Khloé thanked him warmly. "Today was an amazing day, and that's largely because of you. The kids loved it, and I felt completely safe the whole time."

"It's my job, Khloé," he replied, seriously.

"And you do it better than anyone I've ever met," she said, sincerely.

Gabriel said goodbye, feeling a slight satisfaction in knowing he had accomplished his mission once again. He knew that each day brought new challenges, but moments like this where trust and security were achieved gave meaning to what he did.

Chapter 15: Among Celebrities

It was a starry night in Los Angeles, and Gabriel was adjusting his black tie in front of the mirror in his apartment. He had been called to accompany Kendall Jenner to an exclusive party in the heart of Beverly Hills.

The event promised to bring together some of the biggest celebrities in fashion, music and social media, a challenge for any security professional, but nothing Gabriel couldn't handle.

Upon arriving at the luxurious residence where the party would take place, Gabriel got out of his black SUV, discreetly greeting the security guards. He checked the room while waiting for Kendall at the entrance. Minutes later, she emerged, stunning in a tight black dress that highlighted her elegant figure.

"Are you ready to face the jungle of flashes in there?" Kendall joked, adjusting the strap of her dress.

"Always ready," Gabriel replied with a slight smile.

The party was in full swing, with loud music, colorful lights and extravagant decorations. The main hall was filled with famous guests, talking, laughing and posing for photos. Gabriel followed Kendall closely, maintaining a professional demeanor as his eyes scanned the room.

As soon as he entered, Kendall introduced him to a small group.

— "Gabriel, I want you to meet some of my friends."

First up were Gigi and Bella Hadid, both looking stunning and smiling warmly.

— "So, you're the famous Gabriel that Kendall talks about so much," Gigi said, shaking his hand. "She says you're the best at what you do."

— "Nice to meet you," Gabriel replied, keeping his tone polite.

Bella tilted her head, assessing him curiously.

— "Is he really that serious all the time?"

Kendall laughed.

— "Mostly. But I guess that's part of his charm."

Next up were Hailey and Justin Bieber. Hailey looked impeccable, as always, while Justin looked laid-back, wearing a casual designer ensemble.

— "Man, you must have some amazing stories to tell," Justin said after greeting him.

Gabriel smiled slightly.

— "Many of them can't be shared, but maybe one day."

Hailey looked at Kendall with a conspiratorial smile.

— "Now I understand why you feel so safe with him around."

— "He's the best," Kendall stated confidently.

The group expanded as Lauren Perez and Fai Khadra joined in. They both greeted Gabriel enthusiastically, curious to get to know him better.

— "So, Gabriel," Fai began, holding a glass of whiskey. "What's it like working with Kendall and her family? I imagine it's one of the most challenging jobs in the world."

— "Every job has its challenges," Gabriel replied, maintaining his usual discretion. "But the key is to always be prepared."

Lauren smiled.

— "Kendall definitely chose well. You have this... confident energy, you know? You make us feel protected just by being around you."

As the evening wore on, Gabriel remained in his strategic position, following Kendall without interfering in his interaction with the guests. He noticed that a few people were watching him curiously, perhaps intrigued by his distinguished presence.

In a quieter moment, Kendall approached with a glass of water.

— "You really don't relax, do you?" she asked jokingly.

— "That's what they expect of me," Gabriel replied, accepting the water gratefully.

Kendall smiled, leaning slightly toward him.

— "Well, I just want you to know that everyone is talking about you. I think my security guard is stealing the spotlight."

Gabriel raised an eyebrow.

— "I hope that's not a problem."

— "Not at all," Kendall said, winking at him. "You deserve it."

During the party, Gabriel had to intervene in a small incident. A paparazzo had managed to infiltrate the event, attempting to take photos of unsuspecting celebrities. Gabriel acted quickly, informing local security and escorting the individual out without fuss.

As he returned to the party, Kendall stopped him.

— "What happened?"

— "Just a paparazzo trying to blend in," Gabriel explained. "Nothing to worry about."

Kendall shook her head, impressed.

— "You really don't miss anything, do you?"

— "It's my job," he replied simply.

As the party drew to a close, many guests began to say their goodbyes. Kendall thanked each one for coming, while Gabriel escorted her out.

Gigi and Bella were among the last to leave, and they bid Gabriel farewell with warm smiles.

— "If you need any more clients, let me know," Bella joked.

— "I'll keep that in mind," Gabriel replied politely.

Justin, as he left with Hailey, gave him a friendly pat on the shoulder.

— "Keep doing what you do, man. It's inspiring."

On the way back home, Kendall glanced at Gabriel in the rearview mirror.

— "Today was intense, but so much fun. And once again, you made it look easy."

— "I'm glad you enjoyed it," Gabriel said, nodding slightly.

"Are you starting to get used to this world?" she asked curiously.

Gabriel thought for a moment before answering.

"It's still a little surreal, but I think I'm adjusting."

Kendall smiled.

"Good, because we're not letting you go any time soon."

As he safely dropped her off at her home, Gabriel felt a rare moment of satisfaction. He knew that behind the glamour and lights of the party, his work made a difference in ensuring that these people could live their lives with a little more peace of mind. And that, for him, was enough.
