I guess now I understand how the card worked, it made me supernatural and a werewolf to boot.

I haven't shifted yet though, I was in the middle of the town and luckily though I managed to find a hotel that was cheap enough to allow me to stay for $100 a week, I paid for 4 weeks and now I was left with $600.

I would need to find a way to make more money soon.

The hotel room I was renting wasn't as bad as I thought it would be though, decently clean with one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and even a balcony to look out at the night.

As soon as I had privacy and was 'safe' enough to look through my documents I also found that I had an admission letter to attend Beacon Hills.

A part of me immediately wanted to throw that shit out the window, but I stopped myself and thought for a moment.

Getting close to the main cast would give me enough room to mess up the plot, in turn activating my blessing and also I wanted to see exactly what was so different about this world from that of which I knew.

' Oh well, let's check it out and see whether we keep at it or do our own thing.'

So with that thought and not being sleepy I decided to instead experiment with my powers.

[Siphon] I already thought I got a good grasp of it, it helped that it was also pretty instinctive to use that ability.

What ability I was truly hoping to use though was the [Transformation—Werewolf] ability.

The fact that this ability had a level counter while my [Siphon] didn't, intrigued me. This meant that it could be further improved.

This had my attention all for the simple fact that I loved grinding, whether it be in games or in doing simple tasks, I loved the thrill of improvement.

The only other thing I could grind were my skills, which I couldn't because I didn't have the equipment to grind those skills up so that left me with only one option.

So breathing in I raised my right hand and stared at it, focusing deep into myself I found a primalistic force inside me just begging to be used.

So simply tapping into that force I relished in a sudden euphoria that hit me, then came the instincts guiding me.

So with a mental tug at that force, I watched as my nails elongated at breaking speeds, forming claws, sharp menacing claws.

" This....this is easier than I thought it would be." I mumbled to myself before throwing myself directly into the grind where I tapped deeper into that primal force inside me and with each try I felt myself getting closer and closer to something.

This went on until the morning when I felt extremely tired for some reason, so opening my status I saw the reason.

It seems that using my transformation used up my MP, which made sense now that I thought about it. It also seemed that using too much of my MP tired me out.

' It's times like these I wish I had a more gamer-like system, an MP Potion would have been great right about now.' I thought with a sigh.

Scrolling down my status to look for any changes I grinned as I immediately spotted one.

Grinding through the night paid off.

I had managed in a single night to achieve a Half-Shift with some practice, this granted me a lot of strength than in my base form and I'm pretty sure it was also why I was so low in MP.

I would probably need to find a way to increase my [Mana] stat to increase my Mana capacity.

But that was for another day, now I was gonna take a nap.

Luckily for me today was Saturday, one day left before I would meet the Main Cast and hopefully fuck up their lives enough for my blessing to activate.

So with a last glance at my status, I grinned before falling into the embrace of the sandman.
