Chapter 26: 26. The princess’s permission is not an easy matter
[You heard the invitation from Artorius. ]
[You didn't answer immediately, but looked at him in silence. ]
[This made him worry whether he had said something wrong.]
"Sorry, Mr. Ian, if you're busy, forget it." Artorius politely found a way out for himself.
"But I am still very grateful for your help."
After saying this, Artorius turned around and prepared to go back to the room in such embarrassment.
"Wait a moment." Ian tried to persuade him to stay.
"Are you... sure you want to do this?"
"If I remember correctly, the only money you have now is from selling apples, right?"
It's not that Ian is talking nonsense.
He had already searched Artorius's body under the pretext of a body search - he couldn't have any property other than what Ian had generously given him.
"Is it really okay to spend it like this?"
"No problem," Artorius said immediately, sensing that things were turning around. "Although these are the gold coins I got from selling apples, I can still spend some of them."
"Besides—"
Artorius looked directly at Ian in front of him and smiled slightly.
"If my brother and father knew that I accepted the favor but didn't know how to repay it, they would be ashamed."
The boy's eyes were sincere and straightforward, leaving Ian with no way of refutation.
After hesitating for a moment, he gave a vague answer.
"Okay, I understand."
"However, I'm not sure if I have free time. How about this? If I don't show up at the hotel door tomorrow at noon, you can just assume that I don't have free time. How about that?"
"Noon?"
Artorius nodded, and her brows revealed an attitude of "completely remembered".
"I see."
[After a few simple greetings, you and Artorius said goodbye.]
[You then noticed how late it was. ]
[You think of Morgan.]
[You hurried towards the royal court.]
[You carefully avoided the sight along the way and finally arrived safely in front of Morgan's room. ]
[You knocked gently on the door and waited for Morgan to open it for you.]
Crunch——
The wooden axis turned, and the thick door slowly opened.
However, Morgan did not appear behind the door as usual.
Ian was a little confused.
But now that the door was open, he knew that staying outside like this was not a good idea.
"My lady, I am coming in."
After Ian finished reporting this, he walked into the house.
Almost at the same time, after he entered the room, the door slammed shut.
Morgan stepped out from the darkness.
Tonight, the princess was only wearing a thin white gauze, which was an attire that was not quite suitable for autumn.
The moonlight shone through the glazed window, quietly dripping on her clean skin, and also reflecting her hazy yet almost perfect body curves.
She walked towards Ian step by step until she forced him down on the bed.
She bent down, placed one hand on Ian's ear, pinched his cheeks with the other, and rested her right knee on the soft big bed with her thin gauze dress on it.
"Ian, why are you so late today? Where have you been?"
"My lady princess, something unexpected happened."
[You explained to Morgan in a slurred voice what happened when you encountered Artorius while burying the traces.]
You didn't hide any details from her.
[Including but not limited to his handsome appearance that makes his gender somewhat ambiguous, and his very polite conversation. ]
[Morgan let go of your hand temporarily after hearing what you said.]
[But her knees became even more aggressive.]
"Why do I hear your tone?"
Morgan looked at Ian beneath him, with a hint of resentment in his blue eyes.
"It seems like you admire that person very much?"
"My Lady Princess, I confess to you." Ian raised his hands in surrender.
"Artorius is indeed very consistent with my personal understanding in many ways."
"But I need to emphasize to you that he is a genuine man, and the fire of my desire will only burn on you, my lady princess."
Morgan's mouth curled up slightly.
Her knees sank slightly into the bed - they seemed to be somewhere else.
"Ian, you are becoming more and more outspoken now."
"That's all thanks to your tolerance, Princess."
"Is that so?" Morgan's body slowly fell down and pressed against Ian's chest.
This normally inaccessible princess was now listening to the heartbeat of the knight beneath her.
She traced her fingers gently on the other's collarbone and whispered softly.
"So...did you get rid of him?"
"My Lady Princess, Artorius's situation is rather special."
Ian cooperated very well and put his hands on Morgan's waist.
It was a size so slender that it made people linger.
"At the moment, we can't just kill him. Otherwise, if he doesn't come back before the agreed date, it will be even more difficult to deal with."
"So what are you going to do?" Morgan asked.
"Well, actually he's planning to treat me back tomorrow, and I want to take this opportunity to get to know him a little better."
"Yeah?"
Morgan raised his head slightly and looked at Ian.
There was a hint of control in those beautiful blue eyes.
"Ian, you are not lying to me, are you?"
"You should know how bad it would hurt me to betray me."
"My lady." Ian did not avoid Morgan's gaze, "Although saying this may make you feel that I am a little ungrateful."
"But my body and soul belong to you. I am willing to kill anyone in this world for you, and I am willing to give up my life for you."
"Just ask——"
"Is there anyone more loyal to you than me?"
After hearing this, Morgan's knees on the bed moved down a little, no longer as stiff as before.
This caused her legs to slightly part as if she were riding a warhorse.
"Well, what you said does make some sense."
"But, Ian, there is something I want to tell you."
"My lady, what is the matter?"
"That's it—" Morgan ran a finger across Ian's cheek.
"You belong to me in more ways than just body and soul."
"Tonight, I want you to be my best warhorse, understand?"
"...Understood, Princess."
[You and Morgan spent another sweet night together.]
[You still remember her wish to hear your good morning request. ]
[So on this day, you waited until she woke up before leaving.]
[Although this makes it more difficult for you to leave. ]
[But in the end, you still arrived outside the king's court without any danger.]
[You arrived at the door of the hotel much earlier than the agreed time.]
[But you are surprised to find Artorius already waiting there.]
