Chapter 022: The Final Victor

Hoshino Ai and Hikari Kuroda both hid behind Lin Ye, trembling with fear. Knowing that Ichiro Tanaka and Miho Kamimura in Room 304 had mutated into eerie monsters left them terrified, dreading that some horrific creature might emerge from Room 304 at any moment.

Their unease grew as their eyes caught sight of the female receptionist wrapped in her black suit and stockings. The more they glanced, the more panicked they became, their legs shaking uncontrollably.

Monsters in front, monsters outside everywhere was filled with monsters. How were they supposed to get through this?

"Lin, little brother, you've finally come. Been waiting... so long."

It was Ichiro Tanaka who appeared. His hair was even thinner now, his greasy forehead reflecting the dim light. Wearing nothing but shorts, his appearance made Hoshino Ai and Hikari Kuroda quickly avert their gazes.

No one liked a greasy middle-aged man.

"Oh, I just brought Ai-chan and Kuroda-san over to join the fun," Lin Ye said calmly.

"Good, good... join us. Miho is great. You'll definitely be satisfied."

Ichiro Tanaka took a step back and gestured for the three to enter. His gaze lingered on Hoshino Ai and Hikari Kuroda, making their feelings of disgust and repulsion impossible to hide.

A few meters away, Miho Kamimura stood wearing seductive lingerie, her bare skin exposed in large patches. Even the dim lighting couldn't conceal her allure. She noticed Lin Ye's gaze and threw him a flirtatious wink, beckoning him to hurry over.

"Oh, by the way, I need to add someone. Would that be okay?" Lin Ye asked, his tone casual.

Ichiro Tanaka's response to the sudden request was nothing but enthusiastic.

"The more, the better. Everyone can play together."

"Mr. Tanaka, I'm just worried you won't be able to handle her. It might be too much."

That single word from Ichiro Tanaka brimmed with confidence and determination. He even puffed out his chest as if to assert his prowess, though his potbelly hardly made him convincing.

"Alright then, I'll go fetch her,"

As soon as Lin Ye's words fell,

Everything came to a halt.

Lin Ye, holding a girl in each arm, took a few steps back before letting them go and walking toward the eerie female receptionist.

"One likes to play,"

"One deals with the guests,"

"You two... are a perfect match."

In no time, Lin Ye dragged the female receptionist to the front of Room 304.

After positioning her properly, the moment he released Time Stop, he delivered a powerful kick to the receptionist, sending her hurtling into Ichiro Tanaka, who stood in front of her.

"Have fun."

With a heavy slam, the door shut firmly.

A split second before it closed, sharp screams and roars erupted from within.

Hikari Kuroda stood frozen, completely bewildered, not understanding what had just happened.

Hoshino Ai, however, understood but chose to remain silent. All that mattered to her was that Lin Ye had once again resolved the problem before them.

Thud, thud...

The previously unbreakable door shook under repeated impacts. The force behind them even caused noticeable bulges and distortions in the door, though it quickly returned to its normal shape.

It was clear that the door couldn't be broken through by external force.

"Woman... kill..."

"Rowdy guest... expel..."

Bang, bang, bang...Crash, crash, crash...

Even with the door separating them, the chaotic sounds of battle inside continued unabated.

The three could even hear Miho Kamimura's startled screams amidst the noise.

Inside Room 304, the sounds of the battle grew fiercer. Crashes of breaking glass, beds overturning, and the continuous roars and growls of the three combatants escalated in intensity.

Were it not for the barrier of the door, the sheer aftermath of the fight would likely pose a significant threat to them.

Hoshino Ai and Hikari Kuroda listened in fear, their only desire being to get as far away as possible.

"Lin Ye-kun, who do you think will win?"

"No idea."

"I-I hope they all lose. If they could all die, that would be ideal," Hoshino Ai said, her tone laced with hope.

As time ticked by, the sounds from Room 304 alternated between intense clashes and brief lulls, but the door showed no signs of opening. This indicated that the battle's outcome was yet to be decided.

Finally,

Another ten minutes passed.

Clack, clack, clack...

The hallway began to shake.

This time, without needing Lin Ye to say anything, both Hoshino Ai and Hikari Kuroda immediately grabbed onto Lin Ye's wrist, ensuring they wouldn't lose contact amidst the shifting terrain.

With no threat from the female receptionist, Lin Ye led the two down the dimly lit corridor bathed in an ominous red glow.

As the key card approached, the door opened.

At that moment, the sound of crisp footsteps echoed from the far end of the hallway.
