NOVEL NEXT Chapter 64: 64in danmachi(danmachi) with S.P.E.C.I.A.L.(fallout) system
Some stuff will have to be adapted. I also never realy played fallout, so i will have to do some researsh
I was planing to give bell a fallout4 system and have it maxed out from the start(all perks)(gaining such system the moment he first gain a falna). Bell would still need to craft his guns, power armor, radaways, etc by himself, he will also be falna level1
The "misterious stranger" perk that helps by delivering an aditional strike when using vats will be changed into a "lucky encounter" perk that will "increase the odds that in your time of need, someone will come to save your sorry a*s". This will be to explain bell's plot armor luck, the exp boosts from inteligence and luck perk trees will also explain his rapid growth(this bell won't get the "liars freeze" cheat skill(bell will still be imune to mind altering magic because of the "drug resistance" skills))
