Chapter 104
A lot of work.
“Oh, those kids look like plains, but they’re Deep Forest kids. Then, this is Falco. My son.”
There’s something wrong with Cyrus’ good face, such as my son.
“My son, that one my wife took with her. Of that beautiful wife. Well, you were from Deep Forest.”
Inn’s uncle was surprised but convinced by himself by connecting many things together. It’s something I remember very well, even though it happened fifty years ago.
“That’s how rare the Deep Forest one is. Uh, it was really hard to get attention.”
Edgar shrugged his shoulder.
“I’m sorry. I wish the pharmacists were at least able to send in a two-person system.”
“No, Master Sein. I couldn’t afford to let them out because Deep Forest is also spinning around the pharmacists. I have no choice. Problem is, they don’t know one thing about this town right now.”
“Oh, Edgar. I’ll hear more about that later. Will you come to my room after dinner?”
“Fine. I’m in this inn anyway.”
For a moment, the mentor frowned. I wonder why you haven’t stayed at the pharmacist’s, or church. But he didn’t pursue it any further, and for now he settled in the inn.
“Stay at my house tomorrow.”
Cyrus is inviting Falco home after a meal.
“Okay.”
Falco nodded honestly. I guess you want to see the house you grew up in.
“It’s okay if you guys come. There are few rooms, but the attic is big.”
Rick invited Shaw and Hal, as well as Leon and his mentors.
“The attic is fascinating!
“It’s huge.”
Rick seems proud.
“While I’m in town, I might let you go and stay sometime, but I won’t be back tomorrow.”
“Right.”
Rick knew he wanted to leave Falco and Cyrus alone.
“Oh, so I should stay in town”
“” Why “”
The voices of Falco and Cyrus overlapped.
“Yeah, ’cause you two talk alone or something.”
“” Nothing “”
Shaw went a little crazy because he looked like a twin too.
“When you get to Canaan town, you don’t have to escort them, and Falco and Leon need to relax a little bit.”
Same goes for the mentor, but Shaw looked away, saying that even on the way there was little need for an escort. That and Shaw had something to say too.
“Even Hal, that’s fine.”
“I?”
Hal was right about Shaw’s words.
“He’s been helping me naturally until now, but Hal’s here for some escort work. I was wondering if I’d let you work too hard.”
“What, I was here on guard duty?
Hal is surprised.
“Because Hal, you’re amazing as a healer, but you’re almost alone as a mage, aren’t you? I’m graduating from college. Aren’t you alone when you graduate?
“I knew one serving was after adulthood. Well, speaking of which, I was a magic school graduate.”
“Speaking of which, it’s not. You graduated over a year ago.”
Shaw, who says it like it’s out there, actually completely forgot, but when I thought about it, I did.
“Well, but when you’re used to studying like us, it’s not that hard in the college class itself. Shaw, Rick, maybe in a year or two, we can take prescribed classes.”
“Really? But I tease you about practice. Well, you don’t have to be in one profession to study a lot.”
Rick looked at it the first time he noticed it. That’s what Shaw said, and for the first time, I thought about that possibility.
“Few classmates could use more magic than Shaw. Maybe Rick could do more.”
Right now, Rick is not so good at magic. But with enough magic and room to work it out, Hal thinks it should work.
“Oops. I played quite a few games, and Lanobe would have read them.”
Rick seemed to have no doubt that magic would improve himself.
“Shaw, if you want to go to the magic school, I’ll follow you.”
Falco is putting his arms together and turning back to the chair. I do look great, but what I’m saying is just an overprotective parental line.
“Falco? What about hunting?
“Nothing. You can do it in the lake swamp. You don’t have to work for a year or so.”
Sure, Shaw knows he makes just enough money without having to work for years instead of a year. In the first place, Falco is eager to hunt, but he doesn’t want anything else, so the money is on the side.
“Rick, if Rick wants to go, I’ll go in the lake swamp or in the deep woods. I went to Amfa this time and thought, but it’s funny to go that way too. You can keep the cow or sell it to someone, or you can lend it to each farm. You can take Haku and Raku.”
“Cyrus, no, I’m on my own if I’m going.”
“Let’s not go together”
“Oh, yes.”
Everyone laughed at Rick, who nodded unexpectedly.
You can do one job for the rest of your life. But it’s a life that’s been around for 200 years, so can we go everywhere or do a lot of things?
It was the night I thought so.
It’s just…
“It’s time for you to listen to me.”
There was also a job left to listen to Edgar who had preceded him.
