– Before the anti-Miltia coalition attacked Milticia, he used a doll modeled after the War Angel Sancrucel to devastate the Grand Temple.
– After the battle with Milticia, he continues to work as a janitor while actively participating as a fireworks artisan. He is seen once a year in Arania.
– There was talk of creating a new honorary count for defeating the “Sword Saint,” but he declined and settled for the title of viscount. He’s nervous about receiving numerous marriage proposals from various countries.
Mine’s Player (In his thirties)
– Originally a very ordinary modern Japanese person, he was thrown into Mine’s body by a “god,” only with resistance to murder.
– Reasons he was chosen include his fondness for children, being easygoing, socially awkward, and careless.
– As Mine’s personality matures, his thinking tends to lean more towards righteousness.
Seira Fireworks (Age 8)
– A girl adopted by Mine. The granddaughter of Marquis Belgard, endowed with [Spirit Eyes]. Attributes are ice and light. She lives with Mine in a detached house on the border count’s estate. She has a very good relationship with the Belgard Marquis family.
– She has become friends with Relina Arlight and exchanges letters. She loves her big brother and fireworks. While learning from the “Sage,” she and Liela are trying to create original “fireworks” using light attribute magic.
[Original Work]: She dies in the underground of Hartelion. After the protagonist kills Gale Sol Hartelia, who took her eyes, the “spirits” start supporting the protagonist.

– He vaguely suspects that the appearance of angels in Milticia and the disappearance of the Grand Temple are Mine’s doing.
Aina Obraine (Age 35)

Alt Obraine (Age 15)

Thor Obraine (Age 4)
– Lux’s second son. He loves Liela and Seira. He also loves fireworks.
Hale Obraine (Age 58)
– Lux’s father and former border count. He was left to manage the territory, but ended up idle without any trouble, until he received a report about Stampede. He happily took defensive measures after sending Mine as an envoy from Hartelia, but it ended anticlimactically without any strong enemies appearing.
– He is desperately trying to learn [Magic Cloak] for his grandchildren’s sake.
Dahlia Obraine (Age 56)
– Hale’s wife and Lux’s mother. She lives with Hale in Ortya. She practices [Fireworks] with Liela and Seira.

– After the battle with Milticia, while many were shocked by the enormous fireworks launched by the “Sage,” he seemed to be the only one excited about it.
Kingdom of Alteria
Royal Family of Alteria
Fidel Sol Alteria (23 years old)
– The first prince of the Kingdom of Alteria. He participates in the coalition army meetings as the king’s representative. During the dispute between Mine and Blade, he judges that “Sword Saint” is at a disadvantage and persuades “Sword Saint” to withdraw.
– As a result of this incident, the reputation of “Sword Saint” declines, successfully undermining the influence of the growing noble faction.
House of Arlight
Blade Arlight (37 years old)
– Head of the Arlight Marquisate. The current “Sword Saint”. Recognized for his pride and hot-blooded temperament, he is dispatched as reinforcements to Mishinela, where he significantly contributes to pushing back the frontlines.
– Shortly before the first coalition army meeting, he becomes involved in a duel with Mine, the exiled illegitimate child, and loses easily due to a careless mistake. Although reconciled through Prince Fidel’s intervention, his behavior during the duel and his usual conduct lead to a sharp decline in the evaluation of “Sword Saint”.
– In the battle against Miltia, he directs his dissatisfaction towards Miltia, showing his prowess by defeating several “Apostles of Miltia” and cardinals.
– After the war, he seeks opportunities to retaliate against Mine but is consistently thwarted by the “Sage”. Eventually, he gives up on revenge.
– He seems bitter about the secret correspondence between Relina, Rain, and Mine.
Cain Arlight (14 years old)
– Blade’s eldest son. Due to his prestigious lineage, he has a high pride and is quick-tempered. He becomes conceited after winning a duel against the protagonist and is defeated by Karna. Later, he engages with Mine at the Herta Adventurer’s Guild but is easily defeated with one blow.
– In the defense of Arania, he fights bravely to redeem himself, including defeating a chimera, but his actions pale in comparison to Karna and Mine’s feats.
– After the battle with Miltia, he cancels his engagement with Karna and seriously dedicates himself to training.
Serina Arlight (11 years old)
Blade’s eldest daughter and Cain’s sister. During the defense of Arania, she was in the royal capital preparing for an exam. She seems to have a personality typical of the Arlight family, for better or worse.
Relina Arlight (9 years old)
– Blade’s second daughter, born from a different mother than her siblings. One of the few in the Arlight Marquisate who doesn’t harbor resentment towards Mine. She gets along well with Seira and secretly practices magic with advice from Seira and Mine.
Rain Arlight (9 years old)
– Blade’s second son, born from a different mother than his siblings. Rescued by Mine from bandits, he has a brave personality, not crying even when captured. After learning about Mine from Relina, he starts exchanging letters with him. Intrigued by Mine’s magic, he secretly practices it without Blade’s knowledge, showing considerable talent.
Fred Andil (early forties)
– Steward of the Arlight territory. A capable individual who handles negotiations with low-morale adventurers and coordinates reinforcements from various places. Among the Arlight family, he is one of the few sensible people and thus bears a lot of responsibility.

House of Hertia
Gaia Hertia (44 years old)
– Border Count of the Kingdom of Alteria. Guards the border with Hartelia and is known as one of “Alteria’s Twin Pillars” alongside “Sword Saint Arlight”. He is tall and broad in both stature and influence.
– He has a certain trust in “Guardian Obraine”, with whom the border has historically been contested, believing him more reliable than “Sword Saint Arlight”.
– He displays cunning in assessing Mine’s abilities and, despite his revenge against “Sword Saint”, subtly supports Mine.
[Original Work]: he temporarily loses Herta due to Hartelia’s sudden attack and actively participates as a main force in the counteroffensive. In the final battle, he makes significant contributions, including defeating Rosand, the strongest of “Miltia’s Apostles”.
Nord Hertia (20 years old)
– Gaia’s eldest son. Unlike his father, he is slender but possesses sufficient abilities to be the next border count. Always calm and sharp-minded, he struggles with handling Karna’s free-spirited actions.
– He leads reinforcements to Arania under Gaia’s orders but is treated unfairly, being handed various tasks by Mine.
[Original Work]: he actively participates as a main force alongside Gaia and Karna in the counteroffensive.
Karna Hertia (18 years old)
The eldest daughter of Gaia and one of the original heroines. Engaged to Cain but deeply dislikes him. Exceptionally high magic efficiency in [Body Enhancement] but can hardly use other types of magic. Not good at thinking, she’s a brute-force character who prefers to punch first and ask questions later. She displays remarkable prowess, such as defeating multiple chimeras during the Arania Defense Battle.
– After the battle with Miltia, she broke off her engagement with Cain. Later, through Mine’s intervention, she meets Nevil Belgard. Since then, she frequently visits Hartelia and seems to enjoy brawling with Nevil and Mine.
[Original Work]: One of the heroines. During the protagonist’s duel with Cain, if the protagonist wins, Cain reconciles and becomes inspired. However, if the protagonist loses, Cain becomes increasingly arrogant, leading her to completely lose patience with him. In the Karna route, she reconciles with Cain towards the end of the “School Arc,” but by then, she is already attracted to the protagonist, and with Cain’s encouragement, their engagement is successfully annulled, allowing her to finally be with the protagonist.
Other Characters (Alteria)

Some time after the end of the stampede, she conspires with other maids to assassinate Earl Perrin, who refused reinforcements.
Zeke (14 years old)
– The protagonist of the original work. A third-year student at the Alteria Royal Academy. He loses to Cain in their duel but continues to train diligently and improve his skills. He plays an active role, such as defeating chimeras in the Arania Defense Battle, gaining a strong presence. After the battle with Miltia and when the situation settles down, he continues to be involved in various troubles while further improving his abilities.
– Although he had little interaction with Mine, after seeing Mine’s [Bullet] and [Sword Mountain], he started focusing on magic training.
[Original Work]: A protagonist who attracts various luck and troubles with his keen intuition. Several strengthening events occur in the story. One of them is when he defeated Gale Sol Hartelia, who stole the [Spirit Eyes] in the underground facility in Hartelia. Since then, he has received continuous buffs for allies and debuffs for enemies with the help of the “Spirit.” However, this effect is only revealed in specific routes; in other routes, his encounter with the “Spirit” is merely mentioned. Due to Mine’s rescue of Seira in this work, he lost one strengthening event because Mine is the one now receiving support from the “Spirit.”
Commoner heroine Shal, noble heroine Diana, and commoner Roland (14 years old)
– Early members of the protagonist’s party. Third-year students at the Alteria Royal Academy. The story primarily revolves around these members in the beginning. Later, they continue to play active roles as members of the party in each heroine’s route.
– Inspired by Mine’s magic in Arania, they are apparently working on developing new magic.
Miltia Church Members
Angreum Le Miltia (82 years old)
– The Pope of the Miltia Church. Particularly ambitious among the successive popes, he seeks to control the world under the name of Miltia, sending his subordinates to various places to manipulate behind the scenes.
– His conspiracies in Hartelia end in failure, and he attempts to invade the Mishinela Kingdom. However, he faces unexpectedly swift action from the “Sword Saint” and struggles. His attempt to plan the retreat of the “Sword Saint” during the Stampede fails, inadvertently creating an opportunity for various countries to intervene.
– Even after the temple is destroyed by Sancrucel, he tries to resist but is defeated by the “Sword Saint” and the “Guardian,” and is captured along with cardinals and other family members.
[Original Work]: He uses political schemes over forty years as pope to expand the ecclesiastical territory. Using Gladiol, he tries to control the royal family of Hartelia as puppets and aims to unify the continent, but fails due to the protagonist’s actions. Finally, he dies in battle against the protagonist’s counterattack force that invaded Miltia.
Angela (29 years old)
– The saintess of the Miltia Church. She once vied for the position of saintess against Sasha and others. After Milticia fell, she was captured while ranting in a semi-mad state.

Sasha (31 years old)
– Former saintess candidate of the Miltia Church. Once highly anticipated for the future but then she discovered the dark side of the church and resigned from the saintess candidacy. She later operated an orphanage in Hartelia but learned about the underground facilities of Hartelion, completely cutting ties with the church.
Lumina (13 years old)
– A second-year student at the Royal Academy of Hartelia. A former saintess candidate and one of the heroines in the original work. Fed up with the competition among saintess candidates, she quits the church. After enrolling in the Royal Academy, she won the martial arts tournament two years in a row. Due to her looks, she is extremely popular among male students.
Olivia (deceased at 15 years old)
– A saintess candidate of the Miltia Church. Regarded as the closest to becoming the saintess, she sensed trouble from Sylphietta behavior and used the [Teleportation] circle to the Vingul territory with supporters and holy knights under the guise of searching for Gladiol. She died in an explosion shortly thereafter. Rumors in the church suggest she eloped with a guardian holy knight.
[Original Work]: She becomes the saintess of Miltia in the middle of the “War Arc.” Possessing the appearance and ability befitting a saintess, but with a terrible personality. She fights against the counter-attack forces with the Pope but is defeated and killed.
Sylphietta (16 years old)
– Former saintess candidate of the Miltia Church. From Mishinela, she left the church after Miltia invaded Mishinela. Possessing [Spirit Sense], she is a big fan of both ‘miko’’ and ‘spirits.’ Misinterpreting Mine as the ‘beloved child’ from fragmented words of the spirits, she is a clumsy girl.
– After the battle with Miltia, she meets Seira shortly thereafter, but her enthusiasm scares Seira off. However, it seems they managed to get along somehow later.
[Original Work] :One of the heroines of the original story appearing only towards the end of a certain route. She is knowledgeable about legends and traditions of ‘miko’ and ‘spirits,’ supporting the protagonist’s battles. There are no clumsy elements.
Other Characters
Elc Markkulkur (over a thousand years old)
‘Sage’ and ‘The Only Elf’
– Originally a single ‘spirit.’ A thousand years ago, in the ‘Last Holy War,’ he broke the restrictions of the ‘spirit’ to use powerful magic and eliminate enemies to protect his ‘beloved child’ Diene His appearance during that time became the legend of ‘War Angel Sancrucel,’ but the angelic form was merely imagined by later generations.
– Having committed a great sin as a ‘spirit,’ he was punished to spend a thousand years as an elf, an intermediate existence between ‘spirits’ and humans. He was also forbidden from intervening in all events related to the Miltia Church.
– Originally a ‘spirit,’ he can unconsciously sense magic power. His natural inclination towards fun and enjoyable things remains unchanged, so he became deeply absorbed in magic research to avoid facing Miltia.
– One time, having acquired [Future Vision], he learned about the birth of a girl, Seira, who resembled his ‘beloved child,’ Diene, and the tragedies that would befall her. After conversing with the ‘god’ and understanding this world, he was given a chance as someone who defied reason.
– However, he only defied the world’s logic as set in the “Alteria Chronicles Original,” so the reward was merely an excuse for ‘God’ to intervene in the original work.
– After the fall of Miltia, he has been frequently sighted in Hartelion. Complaints poured in from various quarters due to his extravagant fireworks displays in Hartelion.
[Original Work] :He appears at critical points in the story, often hinting at something profound or providing clues about magic, a mysterious figure. Only in certain routes does the background of the “Sage” become clear. Despite trying every means to save Seira, all efforts ended in failure. Even attempting revenge against Miltia was impossible due to prohibition from the “God.” Amidst despair, noticing Zeke who avenged Seira’s enemies, the Sage found a loophole by becoming their enemy, thereby empowering Zeke and his companions. After Zeke defeats Miltia, the Sage appears before them and is ultimately slain after a fierce battle.
God
– The god of this world. Enjoys interesting things. Acts as the boss of the “Spirits.” Displeased that the future was determined in the form of the “Alteria Chronicle,” intervened in the original story using the premise that the “Sage” disrupted the world’s order.
– Apart from Mine’s player, the only entity able to interfere in the story.
– Seems to have slightly increased the number of individuals with explosive attributes.

– Years later, she participated in the battle known as the “Last Holy War,” where just before the clash, the spirit Kulkur disrupted the order, devastating the enemy forces. As a result, she came to be known as the “Miltia Priestess” for performing miracles.
– To preserve the memory of Kulkur, who disappeared after the battle, and to prevent the misuse of the Spirits’ power, she created the legend of the “War Angel Sancrucel.”
Ludger
