Gideon Ellandor " That is alright, I am aware that I can't stay long in this facility but I would like to drop by once each month to check up on him " He said as he looked straight at the Head scientist.

Baroness Amara " *Nods* That can be arranged, I'll give you two a moment " She replied before she stepped out and shut the door behind her.

Elion Ellandor " This is it Gideon.... How are you feeling? " My Dad asked me as he looked at me.

Gideon Ellandor ' Honestly Dad I'm very scared.... But I must be strong ' " I'm fine just a little nervous " I replied as I looked downwards.

Elion Ellandor " It's okay to be nervous, But remember what I said, ' Stand tall, never waver ' even though I am far I will always be with you " He said as he held me shoulder.

Gideon Ellandor " Yes Dad.... Dad, You will visit me often right? " I asked as tears welled up in my eyes, This is the last I'll be seeing him in person for an unforeseeable future.

Elion Ellandor " Yes, Every single month " He said before hugging me of which I returned, this was the second time, the first time my emotions were a mess which made me not to feel much but hugging him again made me realize.... My Dad's Hugs .... felt warm.

After our hug we went outside the office were we met Baroness Amara standing beside the door waiting for us.

Elion Ellandor " I apologize for making you wait your highness " He said with a little bow of his head.

Baroness Amara " No worries, are you done? " 

Elion Ellandor " Yes " With that we all went toward the exist of the facility.

Upon reaching the front entrance of Genetic Research building I remained in front of the door as I watched my Dad step out and turned to look at me.

Gideon Ellandor " Goodbye Dad " I said with a weak smile.

Elion Ellandor " ....Goodbye Son " He said before he turned and walked toward the waiting driver, he looked at me once more before he entered the car and was taken away, I watched as the car put distance between us until I couldn't see it anymore, I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned to look at the owner and found Baroness Amara staring at me.

Baroness Amara " Don't worry Gideon, we will make sure you get better " She said with a smile.

Gideon Ellandor " *Nods* I'll be in your care Ma'am " I said with the best smile I could give.

My name is Amara Greystone and in my two hundred years of experience in this field of Genetic Research I have never seen anything like this, Two weeks ago Mr Elion dropped off his son in hopes of finding a way to make him better, That man had earned my respect, he used up most of his merit points [ War Points ] to get his son into this facility.

When I received the reports of the boy, I could tell that he used up a fortune just to make his son get better, I have seen parents that have abandoned their children due to some genetic mutations but he did nothing of the sort but fought to make his son's life better and for that he has my respect.

But the son's condition is something I have never seen before, His own body was killing him gradually, some of his organs are being corroded by something. Something his diagnostics results can't say, from what I have seen, it's a miracle he is still alive after his Awakening.

From the medical reports brought by Mr Elion, It is stated that almost all of his organs have been replaced before for Bioengineered Organs, All but one Organ The Brain, For some reason the brain is left untouched by whatever is corroding his organs, so why only The Brain..... The corrosion have started moving to his bones in a very small quantity, If not for the high quality of our Micro Scanner we wouldn't have noticed but unfortunately our technology isn't advanced enough to tell us the cause of the corrosion.

The boy have been kept alive till now by the supply of his father's which is not a cure but a temporary solution that prolonged his pain, This 'Corrosion' adapts and it will get to a point were his blood essence will be ineffective.

Currently the boy is in stasis and has been since two weeks ago, and today we are to wake him up.

Gideon Ellandor " *Inhale* *Exhale* Hello Ma'am " I said before stepping out of the pod, I wore a plain white short sleeve shirt and pants.

Baroness Amara " Good morning Gideon, How are you feeling? " She asked as she looked at me.

Gideon Ellandor " I feel fine Ma'am " I replied.

Baroness Amara " Good, This is Mirabelle Augustine, she's my assistant and she will be taking you to your room and will drop by to monitor your condition every single day " She said as she brought her hand towards the fairy beside her.

Mirabelle Augustine " Nice to meet you Gideon " She said with a bright infectious smile.

Gideon Elandor " Nice to meet you Mrs Mirabelle " I said returning her smile.

Mirabelle Augustine " Please call me Miss Mira, I'm not yet married " She said as she smiled at me.

Gideon Ellandor " Alright Miss Mira "
