I, The Celestial Dragon, Rule The Heavens Through The Double Gate

Chapter 19: Five Elders: One-Pot Plan!

In fact, Stussy did nothing to Saya.

She merely spoke about certain topics.

Stussy informed Saya Takagi where they come from.

She told Saya Takagi that this world would eventually merge with theirs.

Then, she explained that their world was filled with seas and pirates.

Later, she reminded Saya Takagi that a weak existence like hers was fortunate to lead a stable life in a pirate world, but if unlucky, encountering pirates could result in a dire fate.

If that was all, it might have ended there.

But finally, Stussy casually mentioned that as long as Kaos likes you, gaining immense power was easy.

Saya Takagi was not foolish.

Her parents held significant social status, and she received an elite education. So even though Stussy's words were simple, Saya still secretly verified them with some Marines behind her.

The response she received was consistent with what Stussy had said.

Moreover, her world was already plagued by a doomsday outbreak.

If the two worlds merged, wouldn't that mean facing both zombies and pirates?

There was no room for doubt.

Saya Takagi immediately understood the importance of strength.

Thus, she made a decision.

Of course, there was another factor related to Saya Takagi herself.

She worried about her parents and wished to protect them.

Alone, she did not possess that capability.

But if she could secure Kaos's protection, it would be achievable.

Due to various reasons, Saya Takagi resolved her course of action.

This led to her appearance in Kaos's tent.

After listening attentively,

Kaos couldn't help but marvel at the sharp psychological insight Stussy had in manipulating a girl like Saya.

Truly, she was a woman suited to leading Happy Street.

It seemed that in the future he should just relax and let Stussy send pretty girls to his bed to have sex with them. Thinking about it, Stussy said before entering the tent that she had prepared a gift for him. Now, as he looked at the beautiful and shy Saya cleaning him, he liked the gift. He had some expectations for the gifts she would give him in the future.

As Saya shyly cleaned His Highness, Kaos gently patted her face and spoke calmly, "Do you want my protection? I can offer it to you, but only to you."

"As for your parents, I can arrange for their rescue, but when the worlds merge, they won't have the privilege of staying by my side. Do you understand?"

Upon hearing these words,

Saya Takagi nodded.

Knowing Kaos's true identity allowed her to understand how high his status was.

With Kaos's status, servants could follow him.

But expecting their families to come along?

That was a fantasy.

Still, Saya Takagi felt satisfied securing her own protection.

At the very least, staying by Kaos's side would potentially grant her strength, enabling her to protect her parents on her own later.

After washing up,

Kaos led Saya Takagi out of the tent.

Stussy and Saeko Busujima were waiting at the entrance.

"Let's go, back to the base," Kaos commanded.

Stussy nodded in acknowledgment.

Meanwhile, Saeko Busujima and Saya Takagi couldn't help but feel their hearts race with anticipation.

Because soon, they would enter the new world.

When they arrived at the central gate of the camp, both women followed closely behind Kaos and stepped through.

A momentary wave of dizziness struck.

When the two opened their eyes again,

The first thing they saw was an enormous square,

surrounded by heavily guarded soldiers.

"Your Highness!"

Upon seeing Kaos, the soldiers saluted respectfully.

Kaos nodded and walked directly toward the location of the Five Elders.

On the way, he instructed Stussy to lead the two women to his castle.

Shortly after,

Kaos arrived at the meeting with the Five Elders.

"You've returned so soon, what happened?" one of the Five Elders inquired.

Kaos nodded and took a seat in front of the elderly leaders. "Well, I have gained some gains by killing a few people from the original source. Next, I can integrate parts of another world into our world. I can choose the location after the fusion."

"So, where do you intend to start?"

Hearing this,

Surprise flickered across the faces of the Five Elders.

"Did you find those figures so quickly?"

Kaos chuckled, "Luck was on my side."

"Luck is also a form of strength, but planning this move will require precision."

One of the Five Elders asked, "What's the scale of the integration?"

Kaos considered it.

In reality, the doomsday zombie world wasn't very large, less than half the size of Earth.

Yet, in terms of threat, it was still substantial.

However, the initial integration would cover only a partial area.

The mergeable size was roughly the span of a city.

After conveying this to the Five Elders, they began contemplating.

Moments later, one of them sneered, eyes glinting with a cunning idea. "For this kind of area, I believe I have a fitting suggestion."

"Oh?"

The others turned their attention, awaiting an explanation.

The elder spoke calmly, "In the doomsday world, there are still governments, correct?"

"Yes," Kaos confirmed.

"If so, even during an apocalypse, the leaders of those nations would have established secure camps, likely housing significant numbers of military and scientific personnel."

"The military aspect is secondary; what truly matters are the scientists."

"A new world holds promise, but its vastness also demands time for development."

"In our world, obtaining modern weapons such as Nuclear weapons, aircraft, tanks, etc., often takes extended effort."

"So, why not seize it all at once?"

The elder picked up an ashtray from the table and gestured with it. "Send a large team from the CP organizations to locate these established camps in the doomsday world. Once the sites are confirmed, prepare accordingly, then integrate those areas into our world."

"Position the merged areas next to the Red Line!"

"And when that happens..."

The elder's eyes met Kaos's as he uttered in a cold voice, "Subdue, conquer, rule, or eliminate—it's all in our hands!"

Hearing this,

Kaos had to applaud the ingenuity.

"Tsk, you five old men really have sharp minds."

"I must admit, it's a sound strategy."

While those camps might possess considerable firepower,

With the World Government's overwhelming strength

and meticulous preparation,

Once the merge happened,

A single burst of Conqueror's Haki could subdue all opposition.

Kaos nodded, "In that case, let's proceed with your plan."

"But there is one more thing."

As the Five Elders exchanged puzzled glances,

Kaos stated calmly, "I need to open the World Government's treasury!"
