Chapter 350: Everyone Here Is
Obito's sudden appearance on top of Ten-Tails drew the bigwigs' attention, especially Minato, who felt momentarily shocked when he sensed the sudden emergence of a Flying Thunder God mark.
Why did this person have Flying Thunder God mark on him? Wait, wasn't that Obito...? But why did Obito have Flying Thunder God Mark on him?
All sort of thoughts filled Minato's mind, but he finally arrived at a conclusion.
The moment Obito emerged, Madara seized this opportunity to forcibly control him in order to resurrect himself.
Nagasawa was too powerful. Madara couldn't afford to take unnecessary risk and immediately attain Six Paths Sage Mode.
Hashirama shouted in panic as he sent several Shadow Clones to attack Obito, "Nagasawa, go stop Madara! Don't let him resurrect!"
Nagasawa nodded, acknowledging the graveness of the situation. With his immense speed, he immediately reached Madara and delivered a powerful punch, stopping Madara from using his technique.
Nagasawa's punch instantly created a deep crater, with Madara lied inside.
In reality, Nagasawa knew that Obito wasn't controlled by Madara at all. Obito was just pretending to look like he was under control. But Madara couldn't resist the urge to show off as the most powerful person, so Nagasawa had to knock him down a peg.
At the same time, Minato finally had figured out everything. He used Flying Thunder God Technique to appear beside Obito and struck him with a kunai.
"Ah, Obito... So it really is you," Minato sighed with mixed feelings.
Obito, lying in a pool of blood, struggled to keep his eyes open. His vision was blurry, but he recognized the voice. "Sensei," he said with a hoarse voice.
Seeing Obito's condition, Minato seemed conflicted and decided not to deliver the finishing blow since Obito would die eventually.
"So you're still alive, but why did it come to this..." Minato gazed at Obito with conflicted expression on his face.
Meeting a disciple he had believed was dead should have been a joyful occasion, but he had unexpectedly found that Obito had become a villain, who even tried to kill him.
Obito remained silent, closing his eyes completely, preparing to embrace Ten-Tails that was about to enter his body.
Right when Minato was about to say something, a powerful tremor occurred with Obito on the center that sucked everything in its vicinity towards it.
This caught Minato off guard, and he was almost sucked in. Fortunately, Naruto used his Nine-Tails Chakra to to grab Minato, preventing him from being pulled in.
Sensing the change, Nagasawa didn't hesitate. He left Madara in the pit and quickly ran over to where Hashirama and the others were.
"What's happening here, Nagasawa?" Hashirama looked at Nagasawa for an answer.
"Obito is about to become Ten-Tails Jinchuriki and attain Six Paths Sage Mode," Nagasawa answered without hesitation.
"Six Paths Sage Mode?" Hashirama was somewhat puzzled. He understood the concept of becoming a Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, but what did it have to do with Sage Mode?
"Is it related to Sage Mode?" Tobirama asked.
Nagasawa shook his head and explained, "It's not exactly related. What you need to know is that after entering the Six Paths Sage Mode, Obito's strength will be on par with Sage of the Six Paths, the strongest Shinobi in this world."
"That sounds like a bad news," Hashirama furrowed his brow.
"Indeed, he'll be a formidable opponent. I have my own ranking system for Shinobi's power levels, and after entering the Six Paths Sage Mode, Obito will be at the Six Paths level. This is the highest level in my world at the moment," Nagasawa replied.
"So, what level would I be in your ranking?" Hashirama asked curiously.
"Probably at the peak of Super Kage, which is one level below the Six Paths-level. If you were your prime, you'd be very close to the Six Paths-level," Nagasawa began to influence Shinobi of this world with his own perception.
Just think, in the future during the Chuunin Exams, spectators would exclaim, "That guy has reached the peak of Kage Level; it's truly terrifying!"
"That means I won't be able to defeat him, doesn't it?" Hashirama pointed to the gradually shrinking sphere.
Obito had fully absorbed the Ten-Tails and transformed into a massive white sphere, which was slowly shrinking until it reached its normal size.
"I'm sorry to say this, but you're no match for the Six Paths Obito," Nagasawa admitted.
If it were Hashirama at his prime, he could give Obito a good fight, but in his current state, he wasn't at his full strength.
"Even big brother is not match against him?" Tobirama couldn't quite believe it. He often called his older brother a fool, but he also knew how strong Hashirama was.
"By the way, what level are you, Nagasawa?" Hashirama asked.
"Currently, I'm probably just slightly stronger than you. If I were to use Sage Mode and enter the Radiant Sun Mode, I'd be a bit stronger than Six Paths Obito," Nagasawa calmly answered.
"Am I falling behind the times? You keep talking about Six Paths Sage Mode and Radiant Sun Mode. Back in my day, we didn't have these kinds of things," Hashirama jokingly complained.
During his era, seeing someone who could achieve Sage Mode was rare, but now, just on this battlefield, he sensed several individuals related to Sage Modes, including the Six Paths Sage Mode and Radiant Sun Mode he hadn't heard of.
"Well, times have changed," Nagasawa smiled.
While Nagasawa and Hashirama were discussing power levels, Obito had finished absorbing the Ten-Tails and appeared in a new form in front of everyone.
"Sage Art: Gate of the Great God!" Hashirama instantly used the Gate of the Great God. Dozens of massive red torii gates descended from the sky and smashed down upon the newly transformed Obito, pinning him to the ground.
"It seems like even a Ten-Tails Jinchuriki can't escape the Gate of Great God," Hashirama commented, convinced that Obito was not as strong as he had initially thought.
However, as if to step on Hashirama's pride, in the next moment, all the Gate of the Great God began to crack all at once.
All the tori gates were destroyed. Meanwhile, Obito, with an expressionless face, floated into the air. Four red lights emerged from his back.
These red lights transformed into gigantic hands, each one grabbing the Four Crimson Ray Formation.
The formidable Crimson Ray Formation which had withstood Ten-Tails' Tailed Beast Ball earlier, was shaken and ultimately reduced to smithereens because of the gigantic hands Obito made with the red lights from his back.
The Four Crimson Ray Formation that was cast by the four Hokages, was forcibly broken!
"Alright, this person is indeed stronger than me," Hashirama said in a serious tone.
"Looks like we'll have to rely on you, Nagasawa. We'll assist, and you take the lead," he continued.
Nagasawa shook his head and explained, "Because I've only recently started my Sage Mode training, I'm not used to it yet. I've used up my Senjutsu Chakra during the fight with Madara just now, and I can't enter Radiant Sun Mode at the moment."
As they were talking, a black sphere flew towards Nagasawa. Even though they were in the middle of a conversation, they never let their guard down and quickly dodged the Truth- Seeking Balls Obito threw at them.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The Truth-Seeking Ball expanded rapidly, creating a massive crater more than a hundred meters wide as it struck the ground. Obito then retrieved the Truth-Seeking Balls and then flew towards Nagasawa.
According to Obito's perception, Nagasawa was the strongest among the bunch. He had also witnessed Nagasawa's overwhelming victory against Madara earlier.
Therefore, Obito considered Nagasawa the most dangerous threat and decided to deal with him first.
As Obito launched his attack, Minato, Tobirama, Minato, and Hiruzen also launched their own attacks. However, all of their attacks were easily blocked by the Truth-Seeking Balls, and Obito remained unharmed.
Just as Obito prepared to continue his advance after smashing the reanimated Third and Second Hokage into half, his body suddenly underwent a bizarre transformation.
Nagasawa seized this opportunity and asked Hashirama, "Big Brother, do you mind sharing your Senjutsu Chakra me so that I can enter Radiant Sun Mode and take him down?"
Without hesitation, Hashirama placed his hand on Nagasawa and transferred a portion of his Senjutsu Chakra to him.
Nagasawa realized his mouth slipped and called Hashirama "Big brother" without realizing it because of the previous Challenge Mission attempt, but since Hashirama didn't seem to mind, Nagasawa focused on absorbing the Senjutsu Chakra. Unlike last time, he planned to at least fight Kaguya this time.
However, doing so without sacrificing his own life would be challenging, as he wouldn't be able to sustain his Chakra after the fight with Obito and Madara.
Then, Nagasawa remembered Hashirama. Hashirama had abundant Chakra that and even Madara was after Hashirama's Senjutsu Chakra.
Although Obito's body had deformed due to fighting over control of his body with Ten-Tails in his inner world, he still retained a sliver of consciousness, so he wanted to attack Nagasawa and eliminate the most dangerous threat.
At this point, Obito's entire body had deformed, with only one Sharingan visible.
With his last ounce of consciousness, Obito threw the Truth-Seeking Balls at Nagasawa and then focused entirely on battling Ten-Tails.
Upon feeling the abundant Chakra within him, Nagasawa couldn't help but smile. While his Sage Mode was at the level of a Great Sage, it was only in the simulated space. At best, he could enter Sage Mode immediately, but he'd always be short on Senjutsu Chakra when he entered Sage Mode.
With Hashirama providing him Senjutsu Chakra, it was a completely different story. It instantly compensated for his shortcomings.
Nagasawa entered Radiant Sun Mode, radiating a bright golden aura that illuminated the dark battlefield.
As the Truth-Seeking Ball approached, Nagasawa didn't evade it; instead, he confronted it head-on.
"Sage Art: Armament!" Nagasawa used Senjutsu Chakra to activate Color of Arms Haki, covering his fists with a dark substance.
A deep, dark black, even darker than typical Color of Arms Haki, instantly covered Nagasawa's fists.
Boom!
Nagasawa's punch hit the Truth-Seeking Ball head-on.
The impact generated by this collision destroyed massive rocks, uprooted trees, and pinned nearby Shinobi to the ground.
Nagasawa's explosive power knocked the Truth-Seeking Ball back.
Explosions resounded as the Truth-Seeking Ball struck the ground near Obito, causing significant damage to approximately one-third of Obito's body.
At this point, Obito lost control over the Truth-Seeking Ball as he was struggling for control over his body with Ten-Tails.
Nagasawa didn't waste any time and swiftly created a black sword using Color of Arms Haki that was powered by Senjutsu Chakra and charged towards Obito.
At that moment, Obito had just concluded his battle with Ten-Tails and regained control over his body, entering Six Paths Sage Mode.
With a swift motion, Obito wielded the Six Paths Staff and blocked Nagasawa's slash.
Simultaneously, the Truth-Seeking Balls behind Obito transformed into sharp spikes and lunged at Nagasawa.
Nagasawa didn't evade but activated his Color of Arms Haki, allowing him to withstand the Truth-Seeking Balls' attack.
Obito was astounded. The Truth-Seeking Ball contained seven different Chakra Nature Types, and even he himself couldn't block it. Yet now, someone was stopping his Truth-Seeking Ball head-on.
Capitalizing on Obito's momentary confusion, Nagasawa swiftly unleashed a blazing strike towards Obito.
Panicking, Obito created a black sphere using a Truth-Seeking Ball to protect himself.
Crack!
Cracks began to appear on the sphere, and the sphere eventually shattered, allowing the blazing strike to land on Obito's body.
Boom!
Obito was thrown into the large crater that he made earlier when he struck Nagasawa with the Truth-Seeking Ball.
Obito took a relentless beating right after he attained his godly power. At this point, Obito's sense of superiority had vanished. He didn't take Nagasawa lightly anymore and summoned the God Tree.
As soon as the God Tree emerged, it rapidly grew to become the tallest tree on the planet, featuring a peculiar blood-red bud on top of it.
A bunch of thick roots extended in all directions, with most of them aiming at Nagasawa.
Nagasawa raised his black sword and put all his power into it, "Pilgrimage of the Burning Sun!"
The black sword emitted a bright golden light, rapidly intensifying into a towering pillar of light, as if it were about to pierce through the heavens.
Nagasawa swung his sword towards the colossal God Tree and the approaching roots.
As the pillar of light reached over a hundred meters in height, Nagasawa finally swung it with all his might.
A massive flame slash composed of golden fire instantly reduced God Tree's roots to ashes. Even with their numbers, they couldn't slow down this strike.
In the end, the strike reached the base of the God Tree, drowning it in golden flames.
However, when the smoke cleared, everyone was astonished to find that the God Tree had not fallen. It had only sustained a massive gash from the strike.
At the last moment, both Madara and Obito rushed in front of the God Tree, partially mitigating the damage caused to the God Tree.
"I'm sorry, I couldn't stop Madara just now," Hashirama apologized to Nagasawa as he approached him.
"It's alright. After all, you gave me with too much Senjutsu Chakra earlier," Nagasawa shook his head.
"Obito, you are no match for him. Resurrect me now and give me the power of the Tailed Beasts. Only then can we achieve our dream," Madara earnestly stated to Obito.
"It's too early to talk about that now. I'm just not familiar with this newly acquired power," Obito retorted.
"Stop arguing. Both of you are nothing but small fries," Nagasawa interjected, implying that neither of them was a worthy opponent for him.
