I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

Chapter 340: Hope

"By the way, do you know any exceptionally sturdy material? I want to create some training facilities for my students' training," Nagasawa recalled his purpose of coming there.

"Sturdy materials? I don't know much about materials, but I do know that there is an ancient legendary sword called the Sword of Kusanagi in Takumi Village. It's said to be indestructible and incredibly sharp. On top of that, Takumi Village also produces excellent ninja tools that are very popular throughout the world. You should be able to find someone who knows a lot about materials there," Orochimaru continued.

"Takumi Village? I see," Nagasawa nodded. While he had never been to the Takumi Village, he had heard some things about this unique village.

In addition to the Five Great Shinobi Countries, there were many small countries out there. Takumi Village was one of them. This village produced exceptionally high-quality ninja tools that were in high demand throughout the ninja world. Everyone wouldn't hesitate to spend money for the ninja tools made by Takumi Village.

So, Takumi Village was relatively prosperous among the smaller countries, and its strength was also decent. Even Tetsudai, the blacksmiths from the Golden Organization he was working with, originated from Takumi Village.

Tetsudai said that he held a high position in Takumi Village at the time, but since it was a self-proclaim opinion, its authenticity was questionable. However, Nagasawa thought it should be quite accurate, considering Tetsudai's skills were undeniable. With him around, Golden Organization could produce excellent ninja tools on their own.

With all the questions answered, Nagasawa chatted a bit more with Orochimaru about the artificial humans before leaving the laboratory.

After leaving the laboratory, Nagasawa thought for a moment and then headed to Golden Organization's base in the Land of Rivers. For him now, there was basically no distance between the Land of Rivers and the Land of Fire; he could get there almost instantly.

He had established a long-term cooperation with the Golden Organization. In exchange for the right to conduct business in Land of Fire, Golden Organization had to make ninja tools for Konoha and provide Konoha with information. Rather than calling it cooperation between Konoha and the Golden Organization, it was more accurate to say that Nagasawa was nurturing the Golden Organization.

Although the Golden Organization was just a Shinobi Organization, Nagasawa saw it as having considerable potential. Once his plan to make Konoha an independent country succeed, he could even station the Golden Organization within Konoha, effectively integrating it into the village.

The Golden Organization's base was no longer on the Silver Ore Mountain. After all, Nagasawa's punch was too powerful that most of Silver Ore Mountain was destroyed. Such a big commotion was hard to cover up.

Considering security issues, the Golden Organization mined all the Chakra ore they could find in one go and then destroyed the base before relocating to the northern region of the Land of Rivers.

They even changed their name and became known as the "Hope Organization". However, after developing for so long, the Golden Organization had already established many connections, so changing their name didn't affect much. Some ninja tool shops still sold their products under the Golden Organization brand.

After arriving at Hope Organization Organization's base, Nagasawa entered without anyone stopping him. Those who were allowed to stay in Hope Organization's real base were basically the executive members apart from Tetsudai's apprentices, and most of them had been beaten by Nagasawa at some point and had met him.

Nagasawa had just entered when a member of the Hope Organization approached him. Nagasawa took a look, and it was Kakuro Hayakawa, one of the four Hope Organization's executive members.

"Do you want me to take you to the leader, Lord Nagasawa?" Kakuro smiled and asked.

He was an impertinent person even in front of the leader, but he was really polite in front of Nagasawa. He still remembered how terrifying Nagasawa's punch was.

"How's Tsukiyakawa? Is he okay?" Nagasawa asked casually.

Previously, Tsukiyakawa had worn the newly crafted Apocalypse Chakra Armor to fight Nagasawa, which resulted in him being manipulated by the Apocalypse and burned his life force while fighting Nagasawa. After the battle, Tsukiyakawa's hair had turned completely white, and he had aged twenty years.

If Tsukiyakawa had died, Nagasawa would have been somewhat in trouble.

The Hope Organization didn't have any successors. The four executive members were mostly taken in by Tsukiyakawa and they were not united. If Tsukiyakawa died, the Hope Organization might be in disarray.

"That stubborn old man is doing fine. I guess he won't die within ten years. After all, he has been eating supplements every day," Kakuro said with a smile.

"In that case, let's go see Tsukiyakawa later. I need to talk to Tetsudai about something," Nagasawa said.

Kakuro nodded and led Nagasawa to a unique house within the Hope Organization's base. This house was located deep within the base and had a unique design that resembled a giant forge.

"Tetsudai, Lord Nagasawa is here to see you," Kakuro opened the door and led Nagasawa inside.

"Hmm?" Tetsudai, who was reading a book, glanced at the two of them and then said, "What's the matter? If it's about crafting ninja tools, you can go to my apprentices," Tetsudai replied.

"Tetsudai, do you have any expertise in materials?" Nagasawa asked directly.

"Materials? I dare not claim to be the best, but I can definitely rank among the top three in the entire world!" Tetsudai said confidently.

"I've heard that there's a legendary sword in the Takumi Village called the Sword of Kusanagi. It's not only incredibly sharp but also exceptionally sturdy. I don't need to create a divine weapon like that, but I need something as sturdy as that sword for training facilities, like dummy targets," Nagasawa explained.

Upon hearing the words "Sword of Kusanagi," Tetsudai's smile disappeared.

"What's wrong, Tetsudai?" Nagasawa asked. "You didn't just boast about your skills, did you?"

Tetsudai sighed and then said, "The Sword of Kusanagi is indeed a legendary sword from the Takumi Village. On top of sharp and sturdy, it also has various other powers."

"However," Tetsudai's tone changed, and he continued, "The creation of this legendary sword dates back a long time ago. Nowadays, nobody knows what material was used to make that sword. Many blacksmith masters have tried to figure out its composition and replicate it including myself, but all of us failed. No matter how much we researched, we couldn't figure out its material."

Tetsudai sighed. His sole purpose was to create a ninja tool that surpassed the one crafted by Takumi Village's founder, Seimei.

Given his dedication, he wouldn't miss the opportunity to study the Sword of Kusanagi. Unfortunately, like others before him, he had failed.

"However, if you're looking for a sturdy material for training purposes, I do have something that might meet your needs." Tetsudai rummaged through his room and finally took out a gray iron block roughly the size of a human head, which he struggled to hand over to Nagasawa.

"This is a new material I developed not too long ago. At first, I intended to create a material that could absorb Ninjutsu for an armor, and I didn't know what went wrong, but I get this thing instead," Tetsudai explained.

"This material is incredibly sturdy, difficult to cut, and very dense, but if I use it to make an armor, it might reduce the user's agility."

Nagasawa curiously reached for the iron block. Tetsudai was no ordinary person; he was a Shinobi, albeit not skilled in combat. Yet, even for him, it took an effort to carry this iron block, indicating its significant weight.

Nagasawa grabbed it and tossed it lightly. Though it posed little challenge for him, it was indeed heavy for an average Shinobi. He then used a Fire Release on the material, but he made sure to hold back.

When the fire was put out, the gray iron block was mostly unscathed, with only a slight blackening on the surface. Nagasawa nodded in satisfaction.

That should suffice for the training equipment for Kakashi and others.

"Do you have more of this material, or is this all you have?" Nagasawa inquired.

Tetsudai shook his head. "Since I consider this material a failure, I only have this one piece. However, reproducing it isn't difficult for me. But, as you can see, this material is extremely challenging to work with, and we lack the capability to process it."

"No problem. You just keep producing it, and I'll handle it the next time I come back," Nagasawa replied with a smile.

No matter how hard this alloy was, it wouldn't be able to withstand his Sun Breathing. His Sun Breathing's Flame had even shattered the Sage of the Six Paths' Truth-Seeking Balls.

Tetsudai nodded, reassured by Nagasawa's confidence.

Following that, the two left Tetsudai's house and headed to Tsukiyakawa's office.

Though some time had passed, Tsukiyakawa seemed to be in better shape than before, possibly due to the supplements he had taken. He had gone from looking like a seventy-year-old man to a sixty-year-old.

Despite his graying hair and wrinkles, Tsukiyakawa's red eyes were still keen. When Nagasawa entered the Hope Organization's base, Tsukiyakawa was already aware that it was the real Nagasawa, not a Shadow Clone.

After all, Nagasawa's aura was too unique and powerful, like a super-bright lightbulb, impossible to ignore.

"You're here," Tsukiyakawa said, looking at Nagasawa and Yosuke.

Kakuro sensibly closed the office door and left them alone.

Nagasawa nodded and took a seat on the office couch before saying, "You look better than I expected. I thought you might not last another two years, but now it seems you have at least a decade left."

Tsukiyakawa clearly seemed upset, and he coldly replied, "Rest assured, I'm not that easy to kill. At least not until I see hope, even if I have to live on in this decaying body."

"If anyone else heard your words, they'd probably be confused. The leader of an organization known for manufacturing and selling ninja tools is actually a pacifist," Nagasawa remarked.

Naruto Universe was indeed a mysterious place. The villains didn't strive for world domination, but rather for a genuine and lasting peace, even if it was an illusory peace within Genjutsu.

"Even if I don't sell ninja tools, someone else will if there's a demand. Where there's a demand, there's a market. I'd rather be the one selling, because at least I still have a shred of kindness and hope in my heart," Tsukiyakawa said calmly.

"Let's not dwell on that. I came here for some trivial matters, and they've already been taken care of," Nagasawa replied.

"I'm not worried about that, but do I have some questions. When will your so-called Shinobi Alliance and the peaceful world come? I don't see any signs of it," Tsukiyakawa asked.

Although he was currently working for Nagasawa, it didn't mean Tsukiyakawa wanted to be his lackey. He merely wanted to strive for a peaceful and just world.

He worked for Nagasawa because Nagasawa had promised to bring about peace and ensure that no child would suffer the same fate as Tsukiyakawa did. Tsukiyakawa's Bloodline Limit could see through deception, and he knew that Nagasawa was serious at that time and not just making empty promises or lying.

However, now he was slightly concerned, mostly because Nagasawa's power was overwhelming, making him question if he had made the correct decision.

If Nagasawa's goal was merely to use the Hope Organization to make Konoha more powerful, Tsukiyakawa would prefer to disband the organization right away.

"There are no signs? Are your eyes failing you? The signs are already here," Nagasawa smiled.

"How so?" Tsukiyakawa asked with his two red eyes fixed on Nagasawa.

"Haven't you noticed that the world has been remarkably peaceful lately? There's no sign of any of the Five Great Shinobi Countries engaging in warfare," Nagasawa explained.

Tsukiyakawa furrowed his brows, not entirely satisfied with this reasoning. He refuted, "The Third Great Shinobi War ended just two years ago, and we're still in the process of recovery. Of course, it's peaceful now. Besides, wasn't Konoha in a war with Kumogakure just half a year ago?"

He wasn't easy to fool.

Nagasawa shook his head and continued, "It's precisely because of that war that the world is so peaceful now. Konoha swiftly defeated Kumogakure and even captured their Jinchuriki and Kage. As a result, the other countries are wary of Konoha and try to recover as fast as they can. That's why we have this kind of peace. This peace won't last just a year or two; it will continue as long as Konoha remains strong," Nagasawa explained.

"You see, this isn't the kind of peace I desire. It's fleeting, and if you were to perish or if Konoha were to decline later on, we would return to the way things were. This kind of peace enforced through military might won't last long," Tsukiyakawa responded.

"It's difficult for me to explain further at this point. Just sit back and watch. In the worst-case scenario, it might take twelve years, but in the best case, maybe three or four years, and the whole world will undergo the changes you want to see," Nagasawa contemplated before speaking.

"Twelve years, huh? I can wait for that," Tsukiyakawa's frown disappeared.

In those red eyes capable of discerning truth from lies, Nagasawa remained sincere.

He hoped to witness children with or without Bloodline Limits, Shinobi or not, running and playing together without discrimination in the days to come.

Even if his children weren't part of it, it didn't matter.
