Chapter 245: Gu Xi ran over happily toward Gu Shao when she saw him. (1)
Xu Fei looked at the two fathers from behind the two of them. One of them was a new father and the other one a father who had barely spent a few days with his son.
Xu Fei couldn’t help but grumbled to himself when he heard the two of them seriously discussing about their kids being in a relationship. Any way he looked at it, it was like one rookie teaching another rookie.
Most importantly……
One of them was teaching seriously, and the other listening seriously.
Listening to the two fathers sharing their thoughts on their children being in a relationship, the expressions on Mother and Father Dong were not much different than that on Xu Fei.
Young kids being in relationships was a legit concern for parents, but weren’t the two going a little over the board?
Finally, Mother Dong couldn't help but cleared her throat and said in an uncertain tone, “Well, you know, HSAU really tries to crack down on that. I don’t think it will be that serious.”
“For certain things, it’s best to always be prepared before they happen,” said Sheng Yi. When it came to early romance, they must nip it in the bud.
When Sheng Yi had finished saying that, Gu Shao, although he did not chime in, it was obvious that he could not have agreed more.
Seeing the solemn looks on the two, Mother and Father Dong, too, started to feel uncertain about their original stance. They started getting nervous and compared the situations that Gu Shao had described earlier with Dong Mingming’s behavior.
The two exchanged a look and decided to start observing heard upon going home.

The group of parents continued to tour the exhibition venue.
Gu Shao gave Sheng Yi a nonchalant look and asked, “Your son is in a relationship?”
“Of course not,” rebutted Sheng Yi reflexively.
That being said, recalling what his brother-in-law had mentioned and Sheng Xiuyan’s behaviors that he had observed, Sheng Yi’s face dropped.
“I don’t know for sure yet. There is that possibility, I guess,” said Sheng Yi with a deep voice.
Gu Shao raised his brows when he heard that and asked, “What are you going to do if that’s the case?”
Sheng Yi frowned when asked.
He did feel that the techniques that Gu Shao had mentioned would work; unfortunately, he would be returning to his troop day after tomorrow at the very latest and would not have the time for a long and drawn-out battle with his son.
Sheng Yi harrumphed with a straight face and said, “If I discover that he’s in a relationship, I will break his legs!”
Having said that, Sheng Yi suddenly looked over at Gu Shao, hoping to see the same look on him. “Your daughter appears to be in a relationship too?”
“No,” said Gu Shao with no hesitation. His tone was much more certain than Sheng Yi’s.
Sheng Yi, “What would you do when that happens, as a father?”
Gu Shao gave Sheng Yi a nonchalant look and said, “I’ll break the legs of that dawg.”
He did not sound like he was kidding at all.

Gu Xi and her teammates, on the other hand, had no idea that in that very short amount of time, the three of them were already labeled sufferers of early romanceand need to be kept under observation.
Their exhibition was a huge success.
Dong Mingming was responsible for demonstrating their model, managing the video and PPT, and also the live explanation.
Gu Xi and Sheng Xiuyan were responsible for the key explanation portions. One of them was responsible for the key idea explanation, the other would fill in with the technical details.
The three of them worked very well together.
And their booth had the most visitors.
On site, Gu Xi’s team got the most votes from the judges. What they didn’t know was that their project also scored very high with the experts back stage.
For the sake of avoiding another scandal like the one with Liu Dehing, the organization was extremely cautious when they confirm the list of expert judges. In addition to looking into their possible relationships with the competitors, they had also looked into their characters, morals, and reputations.
As such, the grading this time was very fair and objective. The grade that Gu Xi’s team had received had nothing to do with Gu Shao; their project had earned its mark fair and square.
