I could see the man's face freeze as he looked at me as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing, and after that, he turned his gaze to the ceiling with his eyes vacant and desperate, looking for some sign of hope.

After that, I approached one of my female followers who was standing nearby, and I gently rubbed her hooded head.
