I Became a Malicious Streamer

Chapter 75

The party hall is filled with a crowd.

With such a diverse group of people gathered, it’s only natural that their personalities vary widely.

Some of the streamers who claimed to be my fans even showed interest in me.

“Um, could I get your number…?”

“Can I have your contact?”

“I’m Gang Do-hwan. My streamer name is Kepha.”

The issue is that many of these interests were of a romantic nature.

Recently, my impression has changed quite a bit.

According to those around me, the sharp, thorny aspects that made me seem intimidating have disappeared, and I seem more harmless now.

Today is a prime example of that.

Even my team members have commented on how much my image has improved, asking if something good happened.

As for Ryuah, she said she feels like hugging me tightly now that I seem softer.

It seems that the changes within me have prompted quite a significant internal shift as well.

To sum it all up, I’ve become someone people find easy to approach.

On one hand, there’s the advantage of fewer misunderstandings from first impressions, but on the other hand, these unwanted advances have become more frequent.

Take the guy in front of me who’s nervously shaking and holding out his phone.

His request for my number was met with reactions like “What a hero!” and “So cool!” from those around, but…

It’s definitely a brave move.

While all eyes are on me, I can’t help but think that getting my number as an S-level beautiful girl is a bit… weird.

“…”

However, my heart was completely at peace.

I didn’t feel good or bad.

Well, even if I felt one way or the other, I didn’t have any intention of giving out my number.

It just felt like one of those things.

Having gone through this so many times, it now feels almost routine.

I felt a pair of sharp eyes on me.

Turning my head to the side, I saw Ryuah crossing her arms with an uncomfortable expression watching me.

Next to her, Tex, Papi Joah, Cheolwoo, and others were observing my situation with gleeful faces.

I realized just a bit too late that this mysterious fan meeting, which was supposed to be with my team, had turned into only my personal fan queue.

The rest of my teammates were either enjoying drinks or happily watching me interact with the fans without meeting any of their own.

It felt like I was on a solo guerilla date.

It’s not that anything mysterious happened more than usual, but among the crowd, some went beyond just asking for numbers and outright proposed on the spot.

“Will you go out with me?”

“Sorry, no.”

With those words initiating, a bizarre scene unfolded around our table.

“Can I get a drink? I lost a game.”

“I really like you.”

“Will you dance with me?”

Men asking for drinks from losing games, suddenly confessing, and others wanting to dance.

Multitudes of villains approached me like it was a challenge to get rejected in the process.

What is this, some kind of defense game?

Before long, nearly everyone in the party hall was turned my way, drawn by our unique display.

Thanks to the cosplay from my teammates, it had turned into a bizarre personal fan meeting, and in the end, I successfully defended myself.

“Phew…”

After a long line of people, I slumped over on the table.

Meeting so many people in such a short time had drained me.

“Are you okay?”

“Yeah…”

“It must be tough, drink this.”

Ryuah, looking concerned, handed me a drink in a glass.

I was thirsty after talking so much, so I downed it without hesitation.

“…#@!…?”

As soon as I swallowed the liquid that remained in my throat, an odd sensation hit me.

What started with a sweet fruit flavor subtly expanded into something familiar.

This is, alcohol.

“Hey, hey, that’s a cocktail! It’s a strong one, you shouldn’t drink it like that!”

“A c-cocktail? Not a drink!?”

In the haze of becoming dazed, I could hear Ryuah flusteringly exclaiming her worries.

“Ji-eun, I’m sorry! I thought it was just a drink, but maybe it was a cocktail. Are you okay? Do you want to come with me to the bathroom and throw it up?”

“…I’m fine, it’s not that bad.”

Since the drinking broadcast at dawn, I had discovered my disastrous alcohol tolerance.

Since then, I hadn’t touched alcohol for fear of an accident happening.

Now that alcohol had returned to my system, my body was sending some shaky signals, but…

As long as I stayed clearheaded, there shouldn’t be any major issues.

I would stop drinking here and just drink some water and catch a breeze to feel better.

I wouldn’t even get tipsy from just one drink.

Surely nothing will happen, right?

“I-I’ll go to the convenience store and buy some hangover remedies. Just wait a second.”

I grabbed Ryuah’s wrist as she tried to stand up in a panic.

Why was she being so dramatic? I felt fine, for crying out loud.

“Hehe, don’t go…”

Holding Ryuah’s wrist, I grinned at her.

It was a smile meaning I was okay.

Separately, though, being at the party had somehow made me feel good, and I was chuckling foolishly.

Seeing my face, Ryuah’s cheeks flushed, and she looked all around nervously muttering.

“This is bad…”

*

A year-end party hosted by the platform to benefit streamers.

As time passed, the lively atmosphere of the party hall intensified, and laughter erupted from all corners.

The same went for Jackie’s team’s table.

What was unexpected was that the person leading the atmosphere at the table wasn’t someone you’d normally expect it from.

“He’s totally gone…”

Papi Joah muttered while looking at someone across the table.

At the end of her gaze sat a woman looking joyful and a man smiling awkwardly while holding a glass.

“Cheers!”

“Ch, cheers…”

The woman sitting in the center of the table wore a bright smile, sharing drinks.

The streamer Mollru.

With a faint blush on her cheeks, she poured wine for the person next to her.

Her pale skin made it instantly clear that she had already been drinking.

“Ugh…”

The man, Tex, receiving the drink from Mollru stared at the glass in his hand, as if he were afraid.

At first, he felt burdened, but it was also fun and nice.

Somehow, it felt like he had gotten to know Mollru, who previously seemed distant.

He unconsciously smiled, feeling like they had bonded a little.

But that didn’t last long.

How many shots had he had of the drink she served?

He had already crossed five glasses of wine.

Accepting with gratitude was fine for a couple of drinks, but at this rate, he’d end up like those people over there.

“Hehe… Hehe. The world is beautiful.”

“Pika… Pikachu.”

Cheolwoo was half-awake, chuckling with his eyes half-closed.

Dressed as Frankenstein, it was hard to express how terrifying he looked on the outside.

Jackie, next to him, mumbling weird things was just a bonus.

Considering that Mollru’s first target was Cheolwoo, the one with the highest alcohol tolerance, Tex felt a shiver down his spine about how much she must have fed him.

‘If I drink more, I’ll end up like that.’

Tex was also reaching his limit.

His eyelids felt heavy, and blood was rushing to his face, signaling that it was time to stop drinking.

He knew he should stop.

But…

“Why aren’t you drinking…?”

Mollru tilted her head as she held the wine bottle.

She was unbelievably beautiful.

At the same time, terrifying.

Knowing well what words might follow from her lips.

“Don’t you like the drink I pour for you…?”

“N-no! Of course, not!”

“That’s a relief.”

Tex squeezed his eyes shut.

“Enjoy it, hee.”

It felt like the devil was whispering.

He understood that following her words meant only ruin.

But right now, he had no choice but to comply.

“Ugh…”

Lost in agony, his hand trembled around the glass.

Was drinking this the right choice?

Would he be able to walk home tomorrow?

Thoughts of anguish swarmed in his mind.

“Ah.”

Then, suddenly, it all stopped.

A delicate, pale hand gently grasped Tex’s trembling hand.

Mollru, holding his hand, smiled brightly.

“Hurry.”

Then she slowly garnered his hand, raising the glass.

As the glass neared his lips, Mollru released her grip.

gulp

Tex drank the contents of the glass like it was a poison.

“Well done.”

“Cough, cough…”

Tex gasped, coughing violently.

Mollru gently rubbed his back.

“You have to drink slowly. Are you okay?”

Tex gazed at her with a smile that seemed to understand the world.

“…”

“Hehe.”

With Mollru sharing a smile with him, Tex finally buried his face on the table.

thump

“Um…? Tex? Tex? What’s wrong? Tex?”

Mollru gently shook Tex, calling his name.

Observing this were two women across the table.

“…”

“…”

Papi Joah and Ryuah locked eyes at the same time, as if they had agreed to it.

After confirming the tremor in each other’s eyes, they both felt a sense of kinship, if only for a brief moment.

“Tex must have been really tired…”

Giving up on waking Tex, Mollru glanced their way.

The two looked away from each other, as if nothing had happened.
