A/N: The winner of yesterday contest is Hymaster986.
Now today insert a GIF of Ben Grimm/The Thing Here.
---------------------
After I called the quarterly meeting to order I decided to kick things off.
"As most of you already know by now I had a magical related duel the other day. In which I emerged victorious. Gaining quite the prizes." I said.
I then fully explained to everyone present Selene now relationship in regards to me. I also told them of how I was going to make Emma a member of the Cabal and put her in charge of the Hellfire Club.
"So, thoughts? Opinions?" I asked.
Since I didn't just put together these meetings to hear reports. But also hear opinions and ideas about the matters discussed.
"Boss, are you absolutely sure this whole magical binding thing worked and that this Selene won't try and fuck us over?" Brainac asked me.
Since he is always apart of these meetings as well.
"I'm absolutely sure." I spoke without hesitation. "Besides, the Ancient One was there monitoring our duel and if she had sensed anything amiss I'm certain she would've told me by now." I explained. "Now then, any other questions?"
No one spoke up.
"Alright then." I replied. "So with my little report out of the way let's go around the table like usual." I said. I then looked at Natasha, who is sitting on my left. "Natasha, what do you have for us?" I asked her.
Since generally during these meetings we go around the table clockwise when people deliver their reports.
"The usual. Foreign powers and agencies trying and failing to infiltrate Latveria." She spoke. "But in regards to the Trask and Kelly situation my people almost have everything in place and we'll be ready to execute and handle that particular matter soon." She explained to us.
Everyone already knowing about the issue involving Trask and Kelly. Since I informed them as soon as I learned what those two fucktards were planning.
Just in case I needed to go full on scorched Earth on their asses.
But it looks like that won't be necessary.
"Good." I replied. "Denz." I said.
Since he was the next in line.
"Nothing new to report sire." He said.
"Alright then, Zora my dear. Go ahead." I spoke.
"The LDF is in top form and still expanding. The normal troops are still integrating well with the Spartans. Especially after they were given the Ambrosia Serum." She explained to me.
I nodded my head at her words.
"That concludes my report." Zora said.
"Right." I replied. "Lucia, go." I told her.
"Of course, emperor." She said. "Brainiac, bring up the data."
"You got it Ms. Bardas." He replied.
After Brainiac did several holographic reports appeared and began floating around the table in a steady pattern so all of us could view and even read them.
"As you can see from these reports the sale of our products are still going strong despite the world at large mixed opinion of Latveria." Lucia explained. "Though the super crops and fusion reactors haven't really been making any real headway with world superpowers like Russia, China, and the USA, we have seen interest in both products from some of our fellow small European nations. Several African, and South American nations as well." She spoke.
"Have any of these nations actually purchased a fusion reactor or any of the super crops yet?" I asked.
"Not yet. But I'm sure they're coming along. All it takes is one to say yes and then the rest of those countries will flock to us. No matter what the oil, coal, and other petroleum-based Industries are trying to do to keep our nation down."
"Morons." Halo muttered.
"Is there a reason we don't just kill them and all those like them? It would make our plans so much easier." Savage spoke.
"You'd think, but that's where you'd be wrong Savage." I said.
Drawing his attention to me.
"If we did things your way we'd be seen as nothing more than tyrants and monsters. But by playing the long came we can convince those that truly matter, the ordinary people, to want us to have power over them."
"No, I know my emperor. I was just saying it would be so much simplier if we could just kill all bastards like that."
"On that we all agree." I spoke.
Everyone nodding their heads in agreement.
"Anything else to your report Lucia?" I asked her.
"No."
"Okay then." I replied. "Ivy your up." I told her.
"Why thank you my lord." She replied. "The formation of the magic corps for the LDF is complete. Soon we will have a magician, or at least someone with magical knowledge, in just about every unit as you requested." She explained to me.
"Excellent." I said. "Anything else?"
"Not at the moment." Ivy replied.
So with that we moved onto Thaddeus.
"Project Thunderbolt is up and running." Thaddeus told us. "Not only that but we've already had several EVO's sign up for military service."
"All of them of age?" I asked.
Which is seventeen.
Since I will not have child soldiers on the battlefield.
As superheroes sure, since that involves a whole different set of rules, but never as military soldiers.
"Of course sir." Thaddeus replied.
Once he did came Thragg's report.
One of the ones I've most been wanting to here.
Considering the whisper I've heard in regards to his progress with the Space Force.
"Brainiac." Thragg simply said when it was his turn to talk.
"Yes, Primarch Thragg." Brainac replied.
A moment after he did the holographic globe and holographic screens were instantly replaced with a map of the sol system.
Several spots on it marked with red dots.
Along with the design schematics for five different ships.
"My emperor and colleagues I am proud to tell you today our Space Force is officially up and running. In the regards that we have just begun actual operations in space two weeks ago." Thragg explained. "Those red dots you see on the map are where we have begun resource collection for metals, including Vibranium A." He spoke.
This information putting a grin like Lloyd, the main character from one of the best Manwha for meme faces. The Greatest Estate Developer.
"Oh, that's wonderful news Thragg." Halo spoke.
"Yes. Most excellent to hear." Zod added.
"Sorry, but Vibraniun A? There are different kinds of Vibraniun?" Natasha asked.
"Yes, there are." I decided to tell her. "Most people don't know this but there is actually another major kind of Vibraniun. Which is designated as Vibranium B or Antarctic Vibraniun. It is also called Savage Land Vibraniun. Since it can only be found from what we have discovered about it in the Savage Lands." I explained.
"I see." Natasha replied. "So what makes it different from the regular Vibraniun?"
"It has opposite properties to Vibraniun A. By that I mean that Vibraniun B emits vibrations which cause fhe atomic and molecular bonds of any other metals to awaken. Vibranium B can even easily liquify other metals. Including Adamantium." I explained.
Hearing me Natasha, and everyone else who wasn't a Primarch, got shocked expression on their faces.
"Yeah. No matter what form Vibraniun is dangerous and stupidly broken." I spoke. "But enough about that topic for now, Thragg continue with your report."
"Yes." He replied. "As I was saying the red dots you see on the map of the solar system are where we are currently engaging in resource collection operations. Mostly in regards to metals. While the ship schematics you are currently looking at are the first five ships we of the space force have constructed and put into operation. First, we have our first dreadnought warship. The Khan-Class." He spoke.

"Next we have our first battle cruiser. The Timur-class." Thragg said.
"Then we have our very first destroyer. The Voltaire-class."
"Next up, our very first attack craft fighter. The Gladiator-class."
"Then finally the vessel that has proven its worth the most so far, given that is used in performing the brunt of our spacial resource collection, our very first exploratory and science vessel. The Darwin-class."

Seeing all five ships I nodded my head. Liking each and every one of their designs.
"Once again remarkable job Thragg. And if you need any additional resources just let either Brainiac or I know and you will be provided with it immediately." I told him.
"Thank you my emperor. But at the moment the space force is doing quite well." Thragg replied.
"Even in the personnel department?" Katma inquired.
"Yes. We are actually doing especially well in that regard. We have citizens signing up for training every day." He admitted. "For it seems many of them want to go into space."
"Well when going into space is along the likes of what you see in Star Wars and Star Trek I think most people would jump at the chance to experience it." I spoke.
"Oh don't forget Babylon Five." Halo said.
Since she's a sci-fi nerd like me.
Having developed it as part of her personality.
In fact all of the Primarchs have developed their own unique traits and personality quirks.
Which is great in my opinion.
Since it means their ways of thinking will move in their own directions, for the most part.
Leading them to become Primarchs overall.
Which in turn will benefit me and my burgeoning empire.
So cheers all around.
"Yes, even Babylon Five." I spoke. Agreeing with Halo. "Now then Thragg, do you have anything else you wish to share with us before we move on?" I asked him.
"Yes. Just one more thing my liege." Thragg replied. "Brainac." He said.
A moment after Thragg did all the holograms floating in the middle of the table disappeared, and were replaced with the hologram of a space station.
"I give you all what will be the first defensive platform and space station of Latveria. Balmung." He spoke.
Looking at the space station Thragg and the space force currently had in the works I felt my pants tighten a bit as I started getting an erection.
Since the space station schematic I was looking at was every sci-fi nerds wet dream.
Well actually the real one would be an alien female, but I think you get my point.
"Marvelous Thragg. Truly marvelous." I spoke.
"Thank you Lord Doom." He told me.
Once he did everyone discussed all that Thragg had just shared with us before we moved onto the next in the line of reports.
Halo.
