Ch-16: The Ascendance of Power

All the guards and maids became alert and afraid, but my personal maid and childhood friends were worried about me. My room was shining brightly, and heavenly tribulations were forming in the sky as I continued to break through realm after realm.

All the energy that had appeared began flowing into my body. Those in the room were shocked but remained silent. The girls were fascinated to see their love, master, and adversary undergoing this transformation.

I closed my eyes and levitated in the air in a lotus position as my body began to change. Fog enveloped me, slowly obscuring my form as it gradually dissipated.

My childhood friends, personal maid, and slave witnessed my naked body and began to blush. My hair darkened, my skin became fairer than theirs, and my body toned with perfect musculature. My height increased by two inches.

My dragon stood proud, measuring 13 inches in length and 6.2 inches in width.

When I opened my eyes, they were black with a golden center surrounded by red. My handsome features captivated the girls.

As I descended to the floor, I asked, "What happened? Why are you all here? I specifically said not to distract me for three days."

Olivia replied, "Three days? You don't realize a week has already passed."

Shocked, I took a step forward but stumbled. "Shit!"

The girls gasped at my weakness as I struggled to regain my balance. "It seems I need to stabilize my cultivation, or I might explode."

The girls nodded in understanding and left the room.

Once alone, I thought, "Did I receive any rewards or something?"
