Chapter 469: Chapter 470: The Descendant Princess Syalis

As Yasuo struggled with a headache, he suddenly recalled the heroic sculpture he had seen two days ago. Could the solution lie there?

Turning to Ais beside him, Yasuo shifted his focus to Zoro in front of him and said directly: "Our styles of kendo are different, and my physical strength is greater than yours. I also have more experience. Even if I win, it wouldn't be fair. Instead of fighting, why don't we both teach this little girl our respective kendo techniques and let her decide who is better?"

"Huh???"

Zoro raised an eyebrow, clearly baffled by this suggestion. He looked at Ais, who had slender arms and legs, and couldn't help but feel irritated. "What kind of idea is that? It sounds like a hassle. Can't we just fight it out? Besides, all I can teach her is my one-sword style. That's hardly fair. Let's keep it simple and settle this with a duel."

"Nope! That's my plan. Do you agree or not? If not, I'll go back!"

"Tch, fine! You think I'm scared of this?" Zoro grumbled, glancing at Ais. He waved his hand impatiently and said, "Alright, follow me first. I need to check your basics."

"Yes!" Ais replied excitedly as she followed Zoro out of sight.

Watching their backs, Yasuo couldn't help but smirk at his cleverness.

"I'm such a genius! Solve two problems in one go. Alright, time to find Gilgamesh for a drink~" Yasuo muttered to himself, his steps light and brisk as if carried by the wind as he left.

Meanwhile, no one noticed a small figure silently sneaking into a room in Alexander's newly renovated courtyard.

This figure was an adorable little girl dressed in a princess outfit—no, she was a princess. Her name was Syalis, originating from the world of "Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle".

Her full name: Aurora Sya Lis Goodereste.

Gender: Female

Identity: Princess of the Kingdom of Camie, heir to the demon throne, a subspecies of the demon bear, and captain of the Ice Monster Guard.

Hobbies: Cute things, sleeping.

At this moment, Princess Syalis was curiously exploring her surroundings, utterly confused as to how she had ended up here.

Just moments ago, she had been peacefully sleeping in her royal chambers, only to be suddenly whisked away by some unknown demon king. Now, she found herself in an unfamiliar place, completely bewildered.

"Yawn…" Princess Syalis let out a soft yawn, still groggy from being abruptly woken.

"Where am I? Is this my prison cell? It's so plain…"

Looking around, she noticed the simplicity of the room she was in. It was one of the many unused rooms in Alexander's mansion, undecorated and unremarkable.

"So this is the demon's prison? How crude... there's not even a place to sleep," she muttered, clearly misunderstanding her situation. Assuming she was in some dungeon, she made a bold decision based on her self-sufficient nature: "Alright! I'll make myself a bed!"

Determined, Princess Syalis stepped out of the room without a second thought, not even questioning why the door wasn't locked. Her mind was too preoccupied with what kind of bed she would create.

Of course, beds don't magically appear. Even if she were to make one herself, she would need materials. As she pondered where to find the necessary wood, two voices drifted through a nearby window.

"Brother, this is the premium wood sent by Boss Alexander. It's called the king of wood in this world. Waterproof, resistant to warping, swelling, and cracking, and with a unique fragrance that repels snakes, insects, rats, and ants—perfectly suited for furniture."

Hearing this, Princess Syalis ran to the window and stood on tiptoe to peek outside. She spotted a red fox conversing with a mighty bull, and next to them was a neatly stacked pile of wood.

Wood!

Her eyes sparkled as she realized she had found the perfect material for her bed.
