Honkai Star Rail Starting With Judgement of Shamash

Chapter 93: Chapter 93 The Ice Emperor

The wind howled through the mountains, growing colder with each gust as frost began to cling to the ground, thickening with each passing second.

With a thundering crash, a massive creature collapsed into the snow, sending a flurry of white powder ten feet into the air.

The creature, towering over them all, was a hulking beast with a shell as hard as steel—a natural fortress, impervious to ordinary attacks.

But now it lay still, defeated, with one figure standing atop its fallen form: Orion Astra.

"Captain Orion! The team is assembled, and everyone is safe!" A soldier called, the relief clear in his voice.

Orion nodded, his calm, steady gaze sweeping over his team. In the short time they'd been on this mission, he'd become their trusted leader, the one they all looked to.

"Stay sharp. We move with the main force," Orion instructed firmly. His even tone carried through the frigid air, reassuring each soldier.

His words seemed to anchor them, a quiet confidence radiating from him that made them feel ready for whatever lay ahead.

For years, Orion had led an army on the front lines of Jarilo-VI, a place where the fight never seemed to end.

His presence on the battlefield was undeniable, and his voice carried the weight of experience.

Commanding respect with every order, he was a leader whose decisions were never questioned.

It took almost no time for his squad to trust him, knowing that his guidance would always lead them through the chaos of battle.

Teams like Orion's were spread across the war-torn landscape, each facing the relentless onslaught of Honkai Beasts.

The situation was dire. With a potential Hawaii disaster looming, MOTH had deployed over 1,000 specially equipped soldiers to combat the looming threat.

Every hand was needed for this major emergency—there was no room for hesitation.

Each soldier was armed with high-tech weapons and advanced combat gear, but the most crucial tool in their arsenal was the specially designed dagger.

The "Type 001 Honkai Impact" was a formidable weapon developed by MOTH, engineered specifically to cut through the thick, reinforced armor of the Honkai Beasts.

Despite the challenges in perfecting the material for firearms, this dagger had been a game-changer on the battlefield.

Even with all their cutting-edge technology, it was the skill and precision of the Fire Chaser MOTH soldiers that truly set them apart.

Their training allowed them to strike with lethal efficiency, taking down the scattered Honkai Beasts with ease.

Orion, for his part, had already taken down five massive Honkai Beasts with nothing but his dagger, the beast's towering forms crumpling to the ground before his troops.

Each kill was a testament to his unyielding strength and the trust his soldiers placed in him.

The Honkai Beasts, called "Chariots," were usually a major problem for the average MOTH soldier. They could cause massive shockwaves just by moving, making it hard for regular soldiers to stand. Even tanks couldn't stop their charges. But now, this powerful beast couldn't even touch Orion.

Orion danced around threats with quick, smooth movements. Using his dagger, he could strike at the core of the Honkai Beasts, defeating them in one swift attack.

Despite his feats, Orion didn't look tired at all. His soldiers began to see him as a hero of MOTH.

Other squads faced some losses, but Orion's team hadn't lost a single soldier.

They were now approaching the outskirts of the industrial town, but strangely, not many Honkai Beasts had appeared.

"Something's off," Orion thought. "In a major Honkai event like this, there should be more enemies."

Orion suspected something was wrong. It was understandable that regular people didn't know much about Honkai, but the Fire Chaser Moth, who had been fighting them for years, should have noticed this oddity.

"Stay alert, everyone. Our enemies might be hiding," Orion warned his team.

Sure enough, the Fire Chaser Moth command also noticed the low number of enemies and found another clue.

"This track looks like it was made by a Russian armored vehicle," one of Orion's soldiers said after spotting strange marks in the snow.

"There's more here too. It looks like more than one vehicle."

"There are also traces of something heavy. Someone's been here before us."

This information was sent to the command center. The empty streets added to the tension, but the team had no choice but to keep moving forward. As the first team on the scene, they needed to find the enemy's location and power before the Honkai energy spread.

Suddenly, Orion noticed a change.

"No! The Honkai energy is spiking—it's an ambush!" Orion's voice cut through the tension, his sharp instincts immediately detecting the shift. The air itself seemed to grow heavier, a sense of unease pressing in around them like a tightening grip.

His eyes scanned the horizon, every sense on high alert. "Everyone, brace yourselves!" he ordered, his voice steady but urgent.

The soldiers reacted quickly, weapons raised and stances ready, but even they could sense the difference in the air. This enemy was unlike any they had encountered before.

From the snowy expanse ahead, a dark shape loomed, its outline barely visible against the blizzard. The soldiers squinted, their breath clouding in the frigid air, as the massive figure drew closer, its movements eerily silent despite its enormous size.

Suddenly, a sharp cry echoed through the air. "ROOOOOAR!" The ground beneath them rumbled as jagged ice spikes erupted from the snow, piercing the earth with deadly precision, trapping the soldiers in place.

Panic surged as they struggled to move, their limbs frozen in place by the sharp, biting cold.

The creature revealed itself—a colossal beast, its body a deep black with faint blue veins of light pulsing beneath the surface, like a living shadow.

It was a monstrous blend of ancient terror and something far more terrifying. Four massive horns jutted from its head, pale and menacing against the stark white landscape.

It resembled an ancient triceratops, but its size was beyond anything the soldiers could have imagined.

Over sixty feet long and easily hundreds of tons, it moved with an eerie stealth, its bulk belying its ability to sneak up on the team without warning. The snow around it seemed to part, as though the world itself was reluctant to confront the nightmare emerging from the storm.

"How did it get this close?" one soldier gasped.

"Spread out! Move!" another shouted.

It was hard to believe a monster this large could be so quiet. The creature's mouth began to glow with pale blue energy, and the temperature around it dropped so low that soldiers nearby began to show signs of frostbite.

This was the emperor of ice, the ruler of cold and snow—an Imperial Honkai Beast named "Parvati."

A beam of light shot into the sky, breaking through the clouds, and sunlight began to shine down on the battlefield.

"Get out of the way!" someone yelled. The creature was targeting Orion, who still stood calmly in the snow, ready for the fight of his life.

"Orion!"
