Under the cover of night, the Hyperion finally returned to Saint Freya Academy.
On the bridge, Ana gazed down at the peaceful and serene academy below. At first glance, nothing seemed amiss, but she suddenly felt a sense of foreboding. Something's wrong! Anti-Entropy has already invaded!
"Open the hatch, I'm going down first!"
Without hesitation, Ana gave the command directly to the crew aboard the Hyperion.
"Yes, Captain."
The response from one of the crew members momentarily disoriented Ana, as if she had been transported back to her previous life. In the game, players took on the role of the Hyperion's captain, albeit with minimal presence in the main storyline.
In reality, there was no permanent captain assigned to the Hyperion, at least not currently. Normally, Himeko served as the ship's captain, but since the Hyperion temporarily became Ana's personal vessel, that's why the crew addressed her as such.
Well, essentially making her the interim captain.
"Immediately contact the Principal and report that Saint Freya Academy is under attack!" As Ana spoke, she retrieved Abyss Flower and headed towards the hatch. Before she could step out, however, a series of explosions echoed from below within the academy grounds.
Following the trail of fire and sounds, Ana arrived at the Valkyrie Dormitory of Saint Freya Academy.
"Perfect timing!" Ana's eyes lit up, feeling relieved internally.
If her calculations were correct, this was precisely when Welt would invade the academy, intending to abduct Mei while engaging Bronya in combat.
"Hmph, Welt." Ana snorted coldly, a wry smile playing on her lips.
"You better not get caught by me, or else..."
Facing the original Welt Yang directly might have made her cautious and hesitant, but against that infuriating clone? No qualms whatsoever.
"Let Theresa handle the church situation; it's time for her growth and facing reality," Ana muttered as she leaped off the Hyperion.
"This side is mine to manage!"

At Saint Freya Academy, within the Valkyrie Dormitory:
Bronya stood firm, with Project Bunny deployed behind her, vigilantly watching the distant area shrouded in smoke.
"Should've... taken care of him, right?" she thought silently. As the master of Project Bunny, she knew well its firepower—ordinary Honkai Beasts would be instantly reduced to dust, especially at such close range.
But then, Bronya's pupils contracted as she watched the smoke gradually dissipate—only to reveal that man standing unscathed amidst the wreckage.
A mysterious force, manifesting as faint purple barriers, surrounded him. With just one glance, Bronya deduced it was these shields that blocked her little Bunny's barrage.
She gritted her teeth; if one round wasn't enough, then another would follow! I refuse to believe your defense is limitless.
"Project Shenzhou Bunny! Prepare for second volley!"
As Bronya gave the command, the cannon of Project Shenzhou Bunny began gathering light once more.
However, despite facing the imminent threat from Bronya's firepower, the man remained unusually calm, even sporting a mocking smile on his face.
He lifted his hand.
"It wouldn't matter if you fired a hundred rounds."
"As much as I'd enjoy continuing this game with you, unfortunately, time is running out..."
With those words, Bronya felt an intense sense of danger—an instinct honed by years as an assassin.
"Project Shenzhou Bunny!" She instinctively called out to the mech behind her, but it was too late.
With a subtle gesture of his hand, an unimaginable force was exerted on Bronya, eliciting a stifled groan from her. Simultaneously, Project Bunny behind her exploded instantly.
Then, with a flick of his finger, as if swatting away a tiny insect...
Bronya felt propelled by an unseen power, crashing into a wall and collapsing onto the ground.
"Ugh—"
Struggling to get up, she suddenly felt a heavy boot stomping down on her head, forcing her back against the floor. However, despite this setback, her distress signal had indeed been sent out successfully.
This time, she didn't send it to the Principal but instead to Ana, who recently joined the Far East Branch.
Bronya was aware that Ana had left the academy, yet she chose to contact her anyway. In her estimation, the adversary before her was overwhelmingly powerful, making only Teacher Ana capable of handling him...
The Principal would not be a match for him, and besides, the Principal likely already knew about the situation. Bronya needed to prioritize the entire Far East Branch's well-being.
Sensing the emitted electromagnetic signal, Welt gritted his teeth and applied more pressure with his foot on Bronya's head. Although he harbored murderous intent towards her, due to his promise to Cocolia, he refrained from delivering a fatal blow.
"You should be grateful, little girl. Before coming here, Cocolia insisted multiple times that I spare your life."
"So today, you get off easy. Be sure to thank your mom for it."
With those words, Welt threw his head back and laughed uproariously, like a villain reveling in the success of his nefarious plot. Little did he know why Anti-Entropy chose to launch their surprise attack at night.
Indeed, Theresa's combat strength was not particularly formidable—but only when she didn't go all out. If Theresa activated her Divine Grace Barrier without holding back, would any member of Anti-Entropy survive?
Cocolia remained unaware of this fact, and neither Einstein nor Tesla would enlighten this imposter. It seemed inevitable that today, he would meet his end here, regardless of whose hand dealt the final blow.
As Welt basked in his triumph, a sudden gust of wind rushed past his ear, triggering an immediate sense of impending danger. Instantly, a gravity barrier materialized beside him.
In the next instant, a fist slammed fiercely against the barrier, causing even the Honkai Energy-infused shield to tremble slightly.
The assailant, after failing with her initial strike, chose wisely not to press further and instead maintained a prudent distance. This pragmatic decision garnered some admiration from Welt towards his attacker.
Despite his arrogant demeanor, it didn't mean he solely relied on his powers. When creating this clone, Cocolia had instilled him with essential combat techniques.
"It seems Schicksal has a few decent Valkyries among their ranks."
Appreciation aside, Welt remained dismissive. After all, he was the invincible First Herrscher; what could a mere Valkyrie hope to achieve against him?
If Welt Yang were present, he might have laughed heartily before informing Welt:
Standing before him is the Red Kite Immortal, who guarded Shenzhou for millennia - a supreme powerhouse capable of defeating even the formidable Second Herrscher.
