After ten days of intense training, we, the Gremory servants, are ready. The showdown with Riser Phoenix is fast approaching.

It's 11:30 PM, just 30 minutes until the battle begins. Each of us is spending this time in our own way to calm our minds.

Kiba is sitting in meditation. Koneko-chan is doing light stretches with her fingerless gloves on. Akeno-san is serving us herbal tea. Asia seems tense and unable to relax. Meanwhile, Rias is wearing glasses, deeply engrossed in a tactical manual.

We're all wearing our Kuoh Academy uniforms, except for Akeno, who's in a shrine maiden outfit, which she calls her "battle attire."

"Excuse me." At that moment, Grayfia-san knocked and entered the room.

"Are you all prepared?"

"Yes, we're ready, Grayfia."

Grayfia-san nodded at Rias's reply and then activated a magic circle.

"Everyone, you will be transported to the battlefield through this magic circle. The field is disposable, so feel free to go all out."

'Wow, demonic technology is amazing.' I thought.

"Also, please remember that the heads of both families and Lord Lucifer himself will be watching this game," Grayfia-san added.

"Oh, so not just my father, but my brother will be here too."

Lord Lucifer, as Grayfia-san mentioned, is actually Rias's older brother. No wonder this Rating Game is attracting so much attention. By the way, the Fallen Angels who aren't participating in this game, like Raynare, will be watching from a different location.

Wearing her glasses, Rias began to plan. "It seems the gym will be a critical point."

The gym is located almost in the center of the field. Controlling it would give us an advantage in the attack, but losing it would put us at a significant disadvantage due to the number difference.

'Issei, Koneko, can you hear me?'

"Yes, President."

'There are about four of Riser's servants in the gym. Show them what you're made of, no matter who they are!'

"Understood!" Koneko-chan and I entered the gym. Just as Rias had said, there were already four of Riser's servants waiting for us on the court.

Ile and Nel started swinging the chainsaw around, chasing after me!

Suddenly, a staff came flying at me from the side!

"Running won't save you!" Mira charged at me, swinging her staff wildly.

I dodged the staff and chainsaw like I was in The Matrix.

"You can't win if you keep running!" Mira shouted as she kept attacking.

"Yeah, you're right. Now it's time for my counterattack!"

I dodged their attacks, touching Mira, Ile, and Nel on their shoulders, backs, and sides as I moved.

"Ah! Where do you think you're touching?!"

"Big brother, you're a pervert!"

Then, out of nowhere...

Wham!

"Oof!"

"Kyaah!"

Xuelan was sent flying by Koneko-chan's attack and crashed into me.

Ouch... But now, small magic circles appeared on all four of them. Good, everything's in place!

Just then, Rias's voice came through the communicator.

At her command, Koneko-chan and I bolted towards the gym entrance.

"Hey, wait! Are you abandoning the gym!?" Xuelan tried to stop us, but we ignored her and kept running outside.

Then...

"Divine Punishment, El Thor!!"

Kaboom!

A massive lightning bolt, charged with Akeno's full power, engulfed the gym in an instant!

"Riser-sama's Pawns x3 and Rook x1, defeated." Grayfia's voice echoed with the announcement. That's four down!

"Thank you, Akeno-san."

"Issei-kun, Koneko-chan, don't worry about me. Head to the field right away."

Looking over at Akeno-san, I noticed her breathing heavily. It seems she used up a lot of magic power with that last attack.

"Let's go, Koneko-chan!" I called out to Koneko-chan, but...

"Stay away from me, pervy senpai, hentai senpai." Koneko-chan glared at me like I was filth.

She moved ahead, trying to put some distance between us, when suddenly...
