High School DxD: Scattered Cherry Blossoms

Human World, Japan, Kuoh.

A couple more weeks passed since James "rescued" Lilith from Hades. And today was the day that James, Rias, Sona, Akeno, Tsubaki, Reya, and Flora would graduate from Kuoh Academy. Though, neither of the seven were particularly enthused about it, considering the things they had been through throughout the years. Gathered in their class room for the last time, they were all still looking forward to the ceremony.

"*Sigh* I'm so glad this thing called high school is finally over." James said with a relieved sigh.

"Yes, and in a month or so, we'll be sitting in university lecture rooms." Sona said, adjusting her glasses.

"Yeah." Rias said with a small smile. A moment later, however, she frowned and turned her attention to James. "But still, did you have to go to another school?"

"Well, I think the two of you and your peerages are more than strong enough to oversee Kuoh without me." James replied with a smile to Rias clearly irritated questioning.

"Even if that's true, I wanted to go to the same university as you." Rias said with a pout. "Why did you have to go all the way to Kyoto?"

"Don't act like it's that far away, Rias." Sona said while rolling her eyes. Then, she looked at James with a pout of her own. "But I do agree with Rias on one point, I wanted to go to the same university as you."

Taking a step forward with a wry smile on his face, James pulled Rias and Sona into a hug.

"Don't worry, I'll be coming back to the mansion in Kuoh almost every night." James said, patting both girls' heads as they pressed them into his chest.

"Besides, I'll be going to Kyoto University with him." Flora said with a bright smile. "So there's nothing to worry about."

"Oh please." Akeno said with an eye roll. "If you're with him all day, there's a good chance he'll be too tired to have fun with us when he gets home."

"I have no idea what you could possibly be referring to, Akeno." Flora said, pulling Akeno into a hug, rubbing her left cheek against Akeno's. "All we're gonna do is study and hang out together. Why would he be too tired for you at night?"

"Right~~." X 5

In response to Flora's seemingly innocent statement, Rias, Sona, Akeno, Tsubaki, and Reya all rolled their eyes. It was no secret that Flora's sex drive was quite high. Even if she could not quite keep up with James' stamina, there was a good chance that he would still find himself fatigued after a session with her.

Meanwhile, as the girls rolled their eyes at Flora's shameless comment, James' eyes were drawn to the glorious sight of Flora and Akeno's breasts changing shape while Flora hugged the raven-haired beauty.

'No matter how many times I see it, seeing a pair of nice titties mashed against another nice pair, I never get tired of it.' James thought to himself with a smile on his face.

"Can you two stop." Sona said, rolling her eyes again. "If you don't, James is gonna make sure that most of us are late for the graduation."

While Reya, the only virgin in the group, blushed, Tsubaki simply looked away. Meanwhile, Flora and Akeno's eyes lit up with expectation. Rias, on the other hand, had started rubbing the tent that formed in James' pants with a seductive smile on her face.

"And you, stop encouraging him." Sona said, glaring at Rias pointedly.

"*Sigh* Even on your last day as a student, you're still no fun, Sona." Rias said, rubbing James' erection one last time before reluctantly pulling away.

"Hmph!" Sona snorted. "If having a little decency in a public place means that I'm no fun, then I'm fine with that."

"Besides, Mio-Chan is James official girlfriend at school, remember?" Tsubaki pointed out, helping her [King's] argument. "What would it look like for her if James was somehow caught fooling around with another girl on campus."

Tsubaki's reasonable argument caused Rias to pout. However, she ultimately let it go. It helped that Mio was her cousin. If it had been someone else, however, Rias may have picked up where she left off out of spite.

"Speaking of Mio-Chan, I'm surprised you still haven't taken her yet." Akeno said, covering her smile with her right hand. "Come to think of it, you haven't taken Rose-Chan or Shion yet, either."

"Well…" James said with awry smile while scratching the back of his head. "Mio said that it would be a graduation present. And Rose, on the other hand, fainted from embarrassment when I tried with her a week, or so, ago. And Shion, *Sigh* I don't even know where to start wither."

"Hmph!" Rias snorted. "It's gonna be a present for who? Mio's gonna end up with her mind blown and a sloppy smile on her face when you're done with her."

"But she is giving him her virginity, so that is a pretty good present, right?" Reya asked.

"*Sigh* I guess you're right." Rias said in irritation.

"Don't mind her, Reya." Sona said. "She's just upset that because of Mio's gift, we're probably not gonna get any graduation sex tonight."

Once again, Reya blushed at Sona's bod admittance. At the same time, James looked at Sona in bewilderment.

"Why would you think that?" James asked, tilting his head in confusion.

"Because tonight is Mio's big night?" Sona asked, equally confused.

"You really expect Master to let me stay with Mio all night?" James asked with a grin. "And do you really think she won't pull all of you into whatever she has planned for the time I'm done with Mio?"

Hearing that, Rias, Sona, Akeno, and Flora's eyes lit up. The idea for how they all spent Christmas night was Scathach's, after all. So, they were now sure that they would be in for a good time tonight.

{"Would the students of the graduating class please make their way toward the gymnasium?"} Momo's voice sounded over the school's P.A. system. {"The ceremony will begin in half an hour. I repeat…"}

After the announcement, the group took one last glance around their classroom. Then, they all made their way out of the classroom and walked toward the gym.

"Well, I guess it really is coming to an end, huh?" Akeno said with a smile on her face.

"Yeah, and it's been more fun than I expected it to be." Flora said, also with a smile on her face. "I didn't expect I'd make such good friends in a new country after my parents were relocated here."

"You never expected to leave your humanity behind either, did you." Sona asked.

"Of course not." Flora admitted. "But I did hope to find a boyfriend, lose my virginity, and have lots of wild, mind blowing sex. So, I think I came out ahead."

To that, James other girlfriends chuckled.

*Smack!*

As the group continued to walk through the halls of Kuoh Academy and chat about their experiences in the school, James suddenly smacked his right palm onto his forehead, the sound startling the six girls who were walking with him.

"James, what's wrong with you?" Rias asked, upset that James' face palm made her jump.

"Is something wrong, James?" Sona asked, concern lacing her tone.

"*Sigh* I just remembered something." James said, shaking his head with a wry smile on his face.

"What's wrong?" Flora asked.

"I forgot Lucifer's corpse in the Land of the Dead." James said, a bit of annoyance in his tone. "In my defense, though, seeing Persephone yelling at Hades like that was a bit distracting."

Immediately, the girls began to giggle at the thought of Hades being scolded like a henpecked husband.

The Land of the Dead.

Sitting in his thrown room, Hades sneezed violently.

"Are you alright, Hubby?" Persephone asked, sitting in her own throne next to Hades. "Did you catch a cold? I didn't even know that was possible."

"I have no idea." Hades said with a scowl somehow appearing on his skull. "I've lived for millennia, and this is the first time I've ever sneezed before."

A moment later, hades shook his head, deciding to leave the thoughts of how a skeleton could sneeze in the back of his mind. Then, he glared at the small jar that contained a bit of muscle, hair, a fingernail, and an eyeball floating in a light blue liquid.

"Damn it, now I'm gonna have to either make a trip to the Underworld or ask that little freak to come back here." Hades said with annoyance in his tone. "Even so long after your death, Lucifer, you're still annoying me."

"Well, if you hadn't forgotten to give it to Scathach's disciple when he was here, you wouldn't have to worry about this." Persephone said with a smile. "Personally, I think you should call them back here. That way I can see Scathach again. I think we really hit it off last time."

Unbeknownst to Persephone, back at Kuoh academy, Scathach shuddered. An annoyed expression appearing on her face, for a reason she could not understand.

'Woman! Whose fault do you think it is that I forgot about the jar with what's left of Lucifer in it?' hades asked in his mind. 'If you had waited until the meeting with the devils was over, I would have remembered to put the jar on the table next to his whore of a wife. On top of that, I would have been able to show that boy his place in the world. Instead, my dignity was shattered in front of the enemy.'

Though Hades was steaming on the inside, he would never show his discontent to Persephone, he loved and doted on her way too much to do that. Instead, he could only listen to her, perceived, progress in making friends with Scathach in silence.

Human World, Japan, Kuoh.

Not long after James and the girls left the classroom, they arrived in the gymnasium. Behind the stage, were a number of folding chairs arranged for the graduating class. Finding their seats, the group continued to chat.

As time went by, more and more of the seats were filled. On top of that, the sounds of the audience could be heard from behind the curtain that was separating most of the stage from the rest of the gym. Eventually, the group of devils, with their superior senses, could hear some familiar voices from beyond the curtain.

"How long is this gonna take?" Lilith's irritated voice could be heard. "I almost figured out the entire pattern of that boss. I'll be able to beat him today, I know it."

"Come on, Mother." Cassiel said, the wry smile could be heard in his voice. "This is a big day for James. His family should be here to support him."

"Hmph! Whatever!" Lilith replied, clearly not agreeing with her "son's" statement.

Over the last few weeks, Lilith had bonded nicely with the Alaverus family. She really considered James her grandson. And she even liked Leona, considering her as her daughter-in-law. However, she never considered Cassiel her son. Much like she never considered the other 72 Pillar House's progenitors as her children. A fact that made Cassiel feel left out. Alas, there was nothing he could do about it.

"Yes, Lady Lilith." Sirzechs said, as he and Millicas walked alongside his mother and father. "They survived the boredom that his human school, so we should support them whole heartedly."

"*Sigh* Fine." Lilith said, clearly wishing to be somewhere else.

"So, when will So-Tan and Jay-Kun come out?" Serafall asked energetically. "I'm gonna cheer so hard for them."

At that moment, James and Sona felt a chill go up their spine. Then, they exchanged glances, asking each other the same question with their gazes.

"Did you tell her about this?" was the question held in the eyes of James and Sona.

As a matter of fact, James and Sona both made sure not to let Serafall know when their graduation was. From her display on Parent's Day, they knew that they were likely to be embarrassed if Serafall attended their graduation ceremony.

Unfortunately, they forgot about the presence of a certain pregnant woman who loved to make other people as uncomfortable as physically possible.

While despair flashed in James and Sona's eyes, Rias, Akeno, Tsubaki, Reya, and Flora chuckled quietly, looking forward to the mayhem that Serafall's presence would undoubtedly bring.

{"We ask that everyone please take their seats, the ceremony for this year's graduating class will begin shortly."} Xenovia's voice rang out over the gymnasium's speaker system.

Following the instructions, the family members of the graduates took their seats. A few moments later, the curtains on the stage were raised, revealing the graduating class along with the student council, the teachers, and the other relevant staff. And just as the curtain was high enough, James and the girls could see Serafall opening her mouth, undoubtedly planning to shout some embarrassing cheer for James and Sona.

"*Sigh* This is gonna be a long day." James muttered to himself under his breath.
