Chapter 61: 61
"Oh, Izuku, how are you today?" Sho asked while looking shocked. Dad and Toshi were with him in the common room and it looked like Dad was helping them with their homework but there also wasn't really anyone around either. It's a good thing Kacchan isn't here right now, he just might kill him for saying my name. Really what is anyone supposed to call me?
"Morning," I yawned while rubbing my eyes. I could see them smiling as if they knew something that I didn't but I guess that doesn't really matter. Not really anyway. "Kacchan wants pudding rice, do we have any banana or strawberry flavored pudding mix?" I asked while walking towards the kitchen. Kacchan had kept us up for days so far and I'm not dumb enough not to know that it was already six o'clock in the afternoon. I am however surprised that I haven't seen anyone else yet.
I push on the door to the kitchen to see Sato already getting things out. "Did I hear you say pudding rice? I'll have some whipped up in no time. Go sit down and rest a little," he gave me a smile and I nodded, thanking him before returning to the common area and sitting next to Dad and leaning against him.
"Is young Katsuki keeping you up still?" Dad asked while adjusting his body to mine to make me more comfortable.
"A lot of cravings," I answered before closing my eyes. He really doesn't need to know that those cravings aren't always food. Nope, we don't need to have that conversation.
"Well at least he is eating now, the baby must be taking a toll on him. When is your next doctor's appointment? You never told us the due date either," I could hear the frown in his voice but I just smiled in response. It's nice having a dad that actually cares about me.
"We saw Recovery Girl yesterday and his OB the day before that," I yawned again but just let myself relax in his careful and protective arms. "The baby is healthy and we've been talking about asking about the gender instead of waiting. We have been going through so many names it makes my head spin," I pouted, everything I've said is completely true but of course the baby isn't the only thing we've been discussing.
Our classmates had internships for one thing, the eventual war with the liberation army, that thankfully seems to have been put off thanks to us cutting down the League of Villains, and then of course the League of Villains, what's left of them anyway. Then there was the dark web and El Chupacabra that we've been dealing with. Thankfully AFO's password and username was the same as it was in the future so at least we didn't have to hunt down our second target in order to infiltrate and gather intel.
"Plus there is the mission we've been working on, ah don't worry it's still just the computer stage at the moment so nothing physical, and Kacchan demanded that we do something or he was going to explode from being stuck in bed all the time," I groaned. Of course they don't need to know that the mission isn't through the Hero Commission. Nope this is deep, deep undercover. Kacchan and I are on our own, at least for now.
"Well I'm glad that he seems to be so energetic at least," Dad chuckled and Sho and Toshi looked like they wanted details but…
"Don't ask, it's top secret," I cracked an eye open to look at them only to see them pout and I giggled. "Maybe next time Kacchan and I will take you two with us? It wouldn't be that hard to get it approved," I suggested and now they were both excited. "It would make for a good internship for you both." Sadly, Kacchan and I are well aware that he won't be going on any missions for a long time and there isn't anyone I trust more than these two, well besides Dad anyway.
"Alright, alright calm down you two. I'm sure that Izuku is exhausted," Dad said seriously but the smile on his face let us all know that he was happy.
"October 16th," I smiled at him and he looked at me confused. "The due date, actually it's October 30th but Kacchan is a man so they scheduled surgery for the 16th," I smiled at him before adding. "Can you tell Mom, Aunty and Uncle for us? Somehow we think about it and it's in the middle of the night and we don't want to wake you all up just for an update." I closed my eyes and relaxed.
"Of course my boy, of course," I could hear the smile in his voice but I must have drifted off to sleep because the next thing I heard was Sato calling my name from the kitchen making me jump.
"Coming," I called back and gingerly got up and carefully stretched while walking. Hmmm, Kacchan was really so amazing, the way his body kept me mesmerized, I could go days without anything to eat without realizing it if it weren't for his cravings. I'm so glad he isn't pushing me away anymore!
"I went ahead and made three kinds of instant pudding but I have more in the fridge for later," Sato smiled and I quickly sent a text to Kacchan. He picked banana flavored and I put the rest away. "Thanks a lot Sato," I smiled before leaving again. I better hurry, Kacchan has been restless lately.

"We need to go to Paris, France," Kacchan whispered when he saw me open my eyes. Crap, can we even go to France right now? Kacchan's due date is coming up really soon.
"Someone sent us tickets to go up the Eiffel Tower and based on the chatter we've been getting on the dark web…" Kacchan trailed off. Right, we really can't skip this. "There is a minor request for us in Paris from the Royal family, they want to throw a baby shower for us?" He looked at me confused.
"Are you kidding right now?" I asked him shocked but he shook his head no. He is actually being serious. The royal family wants to throw us a baby shower? Have we even been to France before? Why would they invite us like this?
"Only one way to find out," Kacchan shook his head, obviously hearing my thoughts.
"I guess we should pack our bags?" I shrugged and he smiled.
"We could use a small vacation anyway," he winked and I couldn't help giggling. I picked up my phone and called Dad, forgetting to look at the time but it didn't really matter. It's light outside anyway.
