Chapter 55
Fifty-two.
I sigh at the sawdust, the one I can’t help but laugh. And when I looked up, Tina looked very worried about this one. Unexpectedly, Lilia’s cheek catches on.
– You were behaving suspiciously. I can’t believe I haven’t done anything but change my expression. Lilia, I’m frightened!
– Whose fault is it…?
– I’m sorry. I overdid it.
Lilia sighed inside this time and turned her attention to Tina again.
“Lilia. Are you okay? Could be tired, right…? Sorry to interrupt.”
“You don’t have to be weird. If I told you I wasn’t tired, you’d be lying, but it’s not always the same.”
I’m tired of dealing with Sakura. I’m not tired of everyday life.
– It’s too bad.
Ignore Sakura’s words. Tina seemed unconvinced, but sat back down in a rough chair.
“Just reporting the exam today?
“Oh, yeah. Thanks so much for your help, I thought I’d have to report it.”
“Yeah, that’s a good idea.”
If I hadn’t come from Tina, I would have visited the room tomorrow, too. Well, either way, I have an announcement of the results tomorrow. I would still like to visit my room because I want to hear that too.
“We’re all going to the south dining room today after this. Hey Lilia too……”
“There’s no way you can go.”
When I said pizza, right, Tina lowered her brow butt.
After the exam, is it a launch? It was marginal to Lilia, but I never thought I’d be invited. But you can’t just go south with an unspecified number of people. Going to pee would only cause problems.
– It’s a troublesome world.
– Yeah. Really.
Lilia went back to her bedroom after sending out Tina, who said she’d bring a souvenir.
The next day. Everyone looked anxious when Lilia went to class. Lilia, who now understands those feelings, sat in her seat without even giving her a bite to the expression.
“Good morning, Master Liliane”
The three surrounding people greet me. Including Saila, she still seemed anxious.
“Morning. None of the three of you are well. You must have been studying, right?
“Of course I did…”
Still, I guess it’s something of anxiety. Depending on this grade, you may be reprimanded by your parents, so naturally. They say some parents go out of their way to give school a break and call it back. When I’m off school, I feel like I’m falling over, but it’s not something Lilia cares about.
As usual in the classroom are Lilia and the other one, Chris. Chris has powerful words around her.
– Lilia. That’s the example.
– Are you gonna do that? Me?
– Hang in there!
Lilia sees the three of them. The three of them tilted their necks and Lilia rang her throat small. And
“Good morning, everybody. We’ll get it out of here.”
Teachers who came in earlier than time interrupted me and I couldn’t say anything in the end. Saira and the others return to their seats.
– Mm-hmm…
– I’m sorry…… Next time, good luck…
Maybe it was necessary in Sakura’s plan. I’m sorry and apologized, and Sakura laughed at me, okay.
– I don’t think I can do it all of a sudden either. Never mind.
– Yeah…… Thanks.
No, Sakura didn’t seem to care about it anymore, and she was thinking about what to do next.
Teachers began handing out morning greetings there as well, each piece of paper with its own answer sheet and grades by hand to each and every one of them. It just seems a little funny to watch when the students I receive are happy or depressed.
– What was Lilia’s previous grade at the place?
– Fifth in rank. There’s nothing wrong with that. There’s nothing wrong with that.
– No, because it’s amazing enough! Because it’s not impossible!
– If this doesn’t improve your grades, you won’t be able to trust Sakura.
– Don’t put that pressure on me now…
I wish you had studied more, and Sakura makes a sinking voice. As a matter of fact, I’m not going to blame Sakura, even if my grades are lower than last time. Sakura gives me the knowledge that I would not have gained if I had lived normally.
Besides, probably. Lilia herself has no anxiety whatsoever.
“Ardis.”
Called by the teacher, Lilia stood before the table.
The teacher had some difficult look as he looked at the answer at hand, but eventually turned to Lilia and broke his expression.
“Well done.”
That sounded like a heartfelt compliment. Receive answers and grades and look through.
“… eh”
– Ooh!
Lilia breathed slightly and Sakura sounded happy. Lilia could have screamed out loud too if she had no eyes. It seemed so pleasant by then. I’ve never thought about grades or anything, but this makes me honestly happy.
“Ardis.”
The teacher calls me again, and Lilia looks up. He also had a very happy smile on his face. No, this looks kind of ridiculous, doesn’t it?
“I don’t have class today. I’m just going to explain the exam questions one by one.”
“Yes, as usual.”
“That’s right. So, yeah. You won’t have to, so you can go home today.”
If you didn’t know anything, you’d think your teacher was trying to kick Lilia out. But I can tell right away from the look on the teacher’s face that it’s not.
“Can we just go straight out?
You must be noticing Lilia’s cheeks are loosening. Lilia’s smile solidified slightly, guessing that was why she was making it look ridiculous. But soon, I bowed my head small, thanking the teacher for his care.
“Then let me sweeten your words”
“Oh. Be careful.”
Not to be seen, the teacher’s mouth moved without making a sound, Lilia nodded and left the classroom behind.
