Raymond found solace in the bustling city park, seeking a moment of respite from the weight of his responsibilities. As he walked along the well-trodden paths, his eyes scanned the surroundings, taking in the sights and sounds of the vibrant atmosphere.

A nearby bench beckoned to him, and he made his way towards it, taking a seat beneath the shade of a tall, swaying tree. It was there that he noticed a young boy with jet-black hair sitting a few feet away. The boy seemed lost in his own thoughts, his gaze fixed on the playground where children laughed and played , specifically on a girl.

Intrigued by the boy's presence, Raymond observed him discreetly, his curiosity piqued. There was something about the boy's demeanor that stirred a sense of familiarity within him, a glimmer of recognition that tugged at the edges of his memory.

As Raymond watched, a gentle breeze rustled through the leaves, carrying with it a sense of serenity. The boy's features, framed by his tousled black hair, held an air of maturity mixed with a hint of sorrow. It was as if the weight of the world had found a temporary respite in this serene corner of the park.

Intrigued by the boy's presence, Raymond decided to strike up a conversation. He approached him with a warm smile, choosing his words carefully to put the young boy at ease.

"Hello there" Said raymond with a stoic face

"Hi...*sigh*" Said the boy with also a stoic face but the sadness in his eyes wasn´t as easy as he thought to hide

"So ... what are you doing in this park?" Asked raymond as he looks at the park and analice it , a tendency he had aquired ever since he was free from torture

'Better to be paranoid of everything , than be taken by surprise again...' Thought raymond darkly in his mind but on his face he wasn´t showing anything

"No response huh... maybe i should bring that girl you are looking over here" Said raymond while he was getting up from the seat

However as soon as he was doing that a hand grabs him from the shoulder

Raymond face became cold and he was about to murder the person who did that unconsiously he release his bloodlust , but he stopped seeing it was the kid who grabbed him

The boy was shaking a little but all in all he was fine , which made raymond extremely curious about his identity

"NO ... i mean, no ,please" Said the boy

Raymond looked at him coldly , then at his hand , the boy inmediatly understood and took his hand off of raymond´s shoulder

" I am currently having some ... let´s call it time off " Replied the boy a little shy and trying to imitate raymond coldness

" From who if i may ask?" Asked raymond with a half baked answer already

" *Sigh* My family" Replied in low voice and with a tone of sorrow the boy

" I see ..." Said raymond while looking into the horizon and enjoying the time

The boy looked at the horizon with raymond and they sat there for an hour before departing

" By the way , what´s your name?" Asked raymond as he was curious about the boy

" Sorry , but i don´t give my name to strangers" Said the boy in with a cold face hiding his emotions that had showed earlier on

" Mmm... I see" Replied raymond as he understood and accept the answer

"Well as i don´t have your name i will be visiting this park more often , i quite like the atmosphere here and i quite like you, which is rare as i am a person with high standars "

"Well ... thanks i guess" Replied the boy as he shrugged a little

"Anyway i better get going as i have something to do " Said raymond as he got up from his seat and went his way

But suddenly he stopped look back and said

"Goodbye"

"Goodbye" Replied the boy

As they exchanged the final pleasantries, Raymond couldn't help but feel a connection forming between them, as if their paths were destined to cross.

As he was going to the mansion he thought of something that has been bothering him for a while

'Ra , are you there' Asked raymond in his mind

'Yeah ... what happened?' Replied ra

'Why do you like... act like me? , i mean , no offense but i thought it was strange' Asked raymond as he has thought about that for a while

At first he thought that ra was like imitating him a little , but now he realices that ra is acting like him or at least that´s what he thought

'Huh? , oh... that , well you see it´s pretty simple' Said ra

'As you know before all of this i was a ... "Puppet"' Said ra with cold fury as he hated that word

'Well , thanks to that explosion and after i "Crossed " with you ... I seem to change and start... again?' Explained ra with confusion

' I will put the example so that you could ... Understand better , before the explosion i was like a painting let´s say with certain coloros , after the explosion i was a white painting then after that, when i was in my let´s call it "egg" form i was adquiring your colors or personality traits that were intensified when we had done the soul contract'

'In more simple words you could think of the klyntars ( venom species) from marvel universe how they are a baby at first and as they form a bond with the first host they aquire little host personalities, the same could be applied to us but intensified by the contract' Finished explaining ra

Raymond was perplexed and he was contemplating his answer , but he realice he didn´t care at all as he was fine with ra as his partner and he preferred to ra have a similar personality as that will not bother him at all

'It´s okay , i don´t care at all , in fact , i prefer it for you to have a similar personality as that will be more convenient and i quite like you as you are now' Explained raymond as he was arriving the destroyed mansion

'Thank you... for basically not wanting me to change and for not be mad of me being in your body at first' Explained ra with gratitud
