Harem With Venom In Marvel/Dc

Chapter 22: Chapter 22 Ghost Spider

Gatling, positioned inside the armored vehicle, desperately fired his weapon. The dense bullets shot out like a ferocious metal whip, aiming directly at the center of hatred.

However, the moment the bullets made contact, they bounced off, scattering countless sparks into the air.

Hatred did not care about the incoming rain of gunfire. His massive body stood firm, as immovable as a mountain. The bullets that struck his greenish-gray skin left faint white marks for only a brief moment before disappearing entirely.

With heavy footsteps, he marched forward, shaking the ground beneath him. Bullets that should have been fatal were nothing more than the sting of a mosquito to him.

As he moved, chaos erupted around him. Buildings crumbled from his collisions, and glass shattered into countless pieces.

Innocent civilians screamed in terror, running for their lives. But many were crushed beneath falling bricks or caught in the debris. Some were even trampled underfoot by the monster. The streets became stained with blood.

He roared in fury, swinging his massive arms. Without hesitation, he lifted a parked car from the roadside and hurled it toward the fleeing crowd. The car tumbled through the air, spreading even greater panic.

"Call a real opponent! Bring me the Hulk!" His deafening roar reverberated through the city as if he intended to consume it with his rage.

The battlefield had become pure chaos. Screams, sobs, and desperate cries echoed through the streets, turning the scene into a living hell.

"Look at me."

Seeing that bullets were useless, nearby soldiers quickly prepared a bazooka and fired.

Hatred sneered at the incoming missile, his contemptuous gaze glimmering. Instead of dodging, he arrogantly reached out, attempting to catch the projectile.

The missile struck his bony chest, triggering a violent explosion of flames.

Fire engulfed his body, but in mere seconds, his wounds healed completely, leaving him unscathed.

The soldiers watched in stunned silence, unable to comprehend what they had just witnessed.

Hatred grinned menacingly, stepping toward them with overwhelming pressure.

When he encountered vehicles blocking his path, he simply kicked them aside as if they were nothing.

Inside a hovering attack helicopter, General Ross grabbed his radio and shouted, "Soldiers, fall back now!"

The troops responded immediately, retreating from the battlefield.

"Lower me down," a calm but firm voice demanded.

Bruce Banner turned to General Ross with unwavering determination in his eyes.

Just as Ross was about to approve, a voice interrupted from behind.

"General, someone else just joined the fight."

Ross quickly looked down, his eyes scanning the battlefield eagerly.

One of the armored vehicles had lost a wheel, causing it to slow down amidst the congested streets. Hatred easily caught up to it.

Lifting his leg, he delivered a powerful kick, sending the armored vehicle flying like a ball.

It soared through the air, tumbling in an arc before crashing down nearly 30 meters away.

At that perilous moment, a white blur leaped onto the roof of the vehicle.

She stood there effortlessly, carrying two soldiers in one arm while shooting a web with the other. The web latched onto a nearby streetlamp, allowing her to swing down and land safely.

BOOM!

The armored vehicle crashed into the ground, erupting into a massive fireball.

"Get out of here!"

A young woman, clad in a black-and-white spider suit, glared at the monstrous figure before her.

"Ah! Be careful!"

The two rescued soldiers quickly scrambled to their feet and retreated.

"Oh? A little bug dares to challenge me?"

Hatred grinned maliciously. He did not mind toying with this insignificant insect before the Hulk arrived.

"If you think you're strong, come and get me, you ugly monster!"

Gwen Stacy had been out with her family, enjoying dinner, when she was suddenly caught in this disaster.

To be honest, she was not strong enough to take on such a massive foe head-on.

A single attack from him could potentially cripple her.

But she had no choice.

Her gaze drifted toward the police officers evacuating the citizens. Among them was her father.

If she did nothing, he would die.

Taking a deep breath, Gwen locked eyes with Hatred.

"Alright, big guy. Let's do this!"

She shot out her webs, clinging to a nearby skyscraper, and swung through the air. Moving swiftly, she weaved around Hatred, constantly pestering him.

Irritated by her taunts, Hatred swung his enormous arms wildly, trying to grab the nimble "little bug."

Gwen skillfully evaded his attacks, occasionally launching webs to restrict his movements.

"You're way too slow!" she taunted while dodging with ease.

Hatred roared in fury, chasing after her relentlessly. Gwen used the environment to her advantage, darting between vehicles and buildings, forcing Hatred to destroy everything in his path.

Her agility allowed her to dodge his devastating blows repeatedly.

At one point, she landed on his back, shooting a web straight at his eyes. As he struggled and flailed in rage, she swiftly leaped away.

"Come on, dumb brute!"

Hatred bellowed in rage, blinded by her tricks, and charged after her.

Gwen continued to swing between skyscrapers, creating obstacles with her webs to slow him down.

Though Hatred plowed through them with brute force, Gwen took the opportunity to maneuver around him, leaping above his head and delivering a sharp kick.

"Tch, that didn't even tickle!"

Hatred grew even more furious, accelerating his charge.

Gwen smirked as she ran. "Come on, keep up, you big oaf!"

Her voice echoed through the streets as she successfully lured him away from the civilians.

The farther, the better.

Swinging around a corner, her eyes suddenly widened in shock.

Chino and his two lovers were standing right there!

Why hadn't they left yet?

Chino looked up and met Gwen's gaze.

Behind her, the heavy stomping of Hatred grew louder. It was too late to escape.

"Chino, run!"

Gwen's voice carried desperation and determination.

In that moment, she made up her mind.

She dropped down from the sky, landing between them and Hatred.

Her green sneakers scraped harshly against the pavement, leaving deep marks as she came to a halt, standing as a shield in front of Chino.

Using her webs, she quickly reinforced the surrounding walls.

In an instant, a massive web barrier was erected, forming a solid defensive line.

But Hatred charged forward without hesitation, tearing through the webs as if they were nothing.

His enormous fist swung down toward Gwen, crackling with raw power.

She knew she could not dodge in time.

Gritting her teeth, she crossed her arms in front of her chest, bracing herself for impact.

Quote of the Chapter:

"True bravery is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to act despite it."
