NOVEL NEXT Chapter 17: suppose it's official now
Well, I guess I'm officially back to writing this fic again. I don't want to burn out again, not so soon at any rate. So in that regard gonna try and limit chapter content to about at least 1,200 words max at most. That's generously more than what I will aim for personally. Minimum number of words must be at least five hundred, so I'm gonna aim for a rough total of around 950-1,100 as my ideal max, with variable times where I may or may not go higher.
I think part of the reason I was suffering from getting burnt out aside from religiously writing GoT/ASOIAF fics going on five years non-stop was because of the fact I had a habit of doing chapters of what typically amounted to at least 1,500 words and as time wore on it took the fun out of it. Which didn't help when I got my patreon up and running that first time round. Anyway, I've got a chapter to write, but when I'm ready to publish a chapter again watch for two things.
This note and the last two notes will get deleted and watch for when the dates beneath chapters 1-14 change to something more recent. That'll be your clues for when you can safely assume I'm approaching the point of publishing.
I do still have p-atreon commitments of course, but I'm going to try and limit myself to writing two different chapters at once. This fic being the only one to be somewhat regular.
