Chapter 39: LAURA'S WEDDING
-Levi POV-
"Sigh. Mr. Ackerman, I'm going to tell you this once only, and please listen carefully. Your brother and I are dating now, so please don't disturb me anymore." Haruka said that calmly, and I was clearly shocked.
"What did you say?" I asked him again. I know I heard them clearly, but I still couldn't believe them.
"I believe I told you I'm going to tell you only once. Levi Ackerman, I'm dating your brother right now, so please don't interfere with my life anymore." He said that again, following my request. "Break it off." I told him coldly.
"Huh? What nonsense are you talking about? You have no right to tell me what to do." He stares straight into my eyes.
"I said break it off!" My voice is an octave higher than before. He was a bit startled.
"Who are you to tell me what I should do?! You keep telling me to break it off. Break it off. For what reason are you telling me this?!" He raised his voice too, but I can sense he's trying to hold back his tears right now. I didn't mean to hurt him or make him cry. Levi, you're going overboard again.
"Mr. Auclair, I don't want you to get hurt later." This time, I speak to him softly, trying to hold back my anger. Louis really did go too far this time.
"You keep saying the same thing. What proof do you have to tell me that Louis is going to hurt me?" He asked me a question that I don't even have an answer to. At least not now.
"I don't have proof. But I'm saying this for your own good. I just… I don't want you to get hurt, Mr. Auclair. You know I care about you." I said that softly. I'm looking at him with a sad gaze.
"Then you have no right to say that, Levi. If you really care about me, then leave me alone. Don't interfere with my life anymore. Please, just let me be happy. I'll excuse myself now, sir." With that, he left my room.
"Ugh! You're useless, Levi!" I look at the paper bag that was once in Haruka's hand. He left it here. You deserve that, Levi. You keep making him sad, let alone making him happy.

-Laura's Wedding-
-Haruka POV-
Laura's wedding is being held at the Ackerman Group's newly built hotel. This hotel was my first project with Mr. Ackerman two years ago, and now the grand opening will be held alongside Laura's wedding. Now, here I am, at the hotel hall with my family, attending Laura's wedding. As soon as we enter the hall, all eyes are on us, especially when my grandmother is also here.
We walk through the hall aisle and sit at the table reserved specifically for the Auclair Family. They even reserve the front table for our Family. Isn't this a bit too much? I look around the hall, clearly looking for Louis.
"Senpai. You're here." A familiar voice spoke behind me.
"Louis. You look good." I look at him and smile. He's wearing a navy blue suit. It really suits him. Since the ladies are wearing pastel blue and the gentlemen are wearing navy, I guess their theme is blue.
"Thank you, senpai. You too. I guess I was right to choose this one for you. It goes well with your light skin tone." Louis grinned. I'm wearing a white suit that was chosen by Louis the other day. I'm glad he likes it.
"Thanks to you." I said that with a smile.
"Right. I'll have to go now. The ceremony will start soon. Enjoy yourself, senpai. I'll announce something later, you better be here with your family." He winked at me and left the table.
"You look happy, onii-chan." Hanabi spoke as soon as Louis left the table.
"Am I? Well, maybe." I grinned at her, and she just looked at me with an annoyed face.
"Ugh. I'm going to find Lauren." She said, standing up from her chair, ready to leave.
"Hanabi, the ceremony will begin soon. Maybe you shouldn't." I looked at her, and she just sighed.
"Alright, then." She sat back and just looked around.
"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. As all of you know, I'm the chairman of Ackerman Group, and I'm delighted to welcome all of you here this evening to celebrate my granddaughter's big day, her wedding. Please enjoy yourself here during the wedding. Now I'll pass the mic to the host of this reception ceremony.
"Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Now, let's welcome the husband and wife, the beautiful bride and groom of this ceremony, Mrs. Laura Ackerman, and her love of life, Mr. Dylan Moore." The host of the ceremony announces the entrance of the bride, and everyone is giving them very big applause.
The bride is wearing a white dress like a princess, and her prince is wearing a black tuxedo. They walk through the aisle towards the bridal dais. I'm sure everyone is stunned looking at them. They really are a perfect match.

I'm done eating, and now I just walk around the hall because I don't know what to do. Louis might be busy right now, so I don't want to disturb him.
"Look, he's the second young master of the Auclair Family." While walking around, I heard a voice speaking not too far away from me.
"I heard he rarely shows himself in public. I wonder why." The other guy said, Tch. This is why I hate coming to places with many people like this.
"Right. I heard he's not even working as a doctor at their Family Hospital. No one knows what he's doing right now." Another person has joined in now.
"Really? But people said people around the world were dying to make him work with them. I wonder what he did." I guess that rumours sure spread fast and never die.
"Tired of hearing something like that every single time?" A voice spoke behind me, and I turned my back.
"Harumi onee-san. What are you doing here?" I was shocked, and that question came out of my mouth.
"So rude. Did you forget that your sister is a famous actress and model in the US? I am Moore Entertainment's star, and Dylan is my friend too. Of course I'm here, you idiot." Harumi onee-san flicks my forehead. It's hurt.
"Uncle Charles!" I can hear Evaline's voice calling out for me. Yeah, my sister's daughter. She's with her father, Nicholas Evans.
"It's been a while, Brother Nicholas. Good to see you, and you too, Evaline." I bowed and took Evaline from him.
"Good to see you too, Charles." He smiles.
"Well, Haru-chan, where are the others?" Harumi onee-san asks.
"I told you not to call me that in public. Everyone is at the table. Hanabi is talking with Lauren. Hanaka aniki didn't come because he had emergency surgery to take care of." I answered her while Evaline was playing with my hair.
"Lauren? Oh, the bride's younger sister, right? Pity Chris for having to handle the surgery at times like this. That's why I don't want to be a doctor. They don't even have free time on weekends. Look at your brother, for example. Luckily, you're not working as a doctor anymore." Harumi onee-san said that.
Harumi onee-san is the first one going against my grandfather, rebelling about not wanting to be a doctor. My grandfather did not have any choice but to just let her do what she wanted. From there, the girls with the surname Auclair in the Auclair Family are free to choose what they want to do, but not for the guys. Well, I'm the exception in this case.
"Ah, Christine onee-san. You're here. Evaline is here too." Out of nowhere, Hanabi appeared and took Evaline from me. This kid.
"Hana-chan. Oh my God, my baby sister is growing more and more beautiful. Evaline, you're going to grow up as beautiful as Aunty Charlotte, okay?" Harumi onee-san said that happily. Geez, I pity Evaline for having a mother like her.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the young master of the Ackerman Family which is Mr. Louis Ackerman, has something he wanted to announce here." The host's voice attracted my attention. Is it time? Louis said he's going to announce something today.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Young Master Louis is not here right now. Please keep enjoying your time while we're looking for the young master first."
What? Louis is not here. Where has he been? I haven't seen him since the ceremony started.
"Harumi onee-san, Brother Nicholas, I'll take my leave first. I have something to do for a while." I left them behind and walked out of the hall. Where would Louis be? I looked at every room they had on that floor until I heard someone's voice from one of the rooms there. A room that's a bit far from the hall
"You, what do you take Haruka's feelings for? You're going too far, Louis!" I heard Levi's angry voice. Louis. Is Levi with Louis? I peek at the slightly opened door. They're there. Levi and Louis.
"Huh? I told you before, right? I don't give a fuck about his feelings. I don't even like men. Kissing him alone makes me feel sick already!" Louis' words make me shocked. Did I hear it correctly? Without realising it, I open the door, and they look at me with surprise.
"What did you just say?"
