Chapter 282: Chapter 282: Benevolent Guardians Sect
Flying high in the sky, Wu Han sat on one of the corners sulking about how he was insulted in front of his own disciples by Xin Yan and the fact that he was left.
"To think you would have a Tier 8 Flying artifact of this quality." Seeing Noah standing at the edge of the boat, Wu Han approached him and asked out loud.
"It's not mine, it's hers." Noah pointed at Xin Yan with his eyes before looking back at the beautiful view they were flying over.
"She is your mother, right?" Wu Han asked with a sly look on his face. Noah did not even have to guess what he was thinking.
"Not what you are thinking. We are not related but related at the same time. It's complicated." Saying those words, Noah looked at the said woman, recalling the discussion they had a few days back.
Xin Yan was piloting the ship to fly at its slowest speed just so Song Liu could enjoy the ride, but everything was still too fast for her to keep up with. So she just sat at the edge of the bow, enjoying the feeling.
Shisan was sitting right beside her after much persuasion and convincing.
Elysia was sitting beside Xin Yan, invisible to everyone, silently watching Noah from far away. While doing some stacking, she was also looking out for the kind of people that attacked Noah.
She found many places that she could not see through and even a teleportation formation on the continent. She was surprised to see how much had changed from the last time she looked through herself.
"We are close, get ready to descend." Looking at the surroundings they were passing through, Wu Han announced, making Xin Yan reduce the power outlet and lower the ship.
The long wings wings-shaped paddle moved through the clouds, making the ship look like a dragon moving through it.
Noah snapped his fingers, and the seal placed around the ship disappeared.
"I wanted to ask this before, but how good is your mastery over arrays? You seem like an array god, handling such high-level arrays with a snap." Wu Han did not hide the shock he was feeling. He still remembered how he got scared in the capital city, thinking that guards might rush to capture them.
But to his surprise, everyone acted like nothing was going on.
"I am just a little better than others," Noah replied before looking down at a dome made of water-like tome invisible to ordinary eyes.
Only if someone with a strong soul sense tried to probe this array would they be able to see through it.
He could sense strong power radiating off of the glyphs floating all around the dome.
As the ship arrived at a certain distance from it, Wu Han weaved several hand signs, causing a huge hole to appear in the dome.
The ship descended inside the dome, and a clear view of the sect appeared in front of everyone's eyes.
Looking at the sight in front of them, even Song Liu had doubts if they were in the right place.
In front of them was no scene of devastation they had expected from someone who looked like Wu Han.
Instead, it was a devastatingly beautiful valley with a huge manor in the middle. Although there were not many buildings, whatever there were, it was top-notch.
"Isn't it beautiful?" Wu Han grinned, seeing the lost look on his disciples' faces. "Welcome to the Benevolent Gaurdian Sect!"
He wanted to get a reaction from Noah, but the boy was like a millennium-old tree, hard to budge. Noah was a little surprised, but he failed to show it on his face as he was busy looking at the several Qi rhymes in the area.
But hearing the name fo the sect just like the rst he chose to ignore the man. The edgy name of the sect made him feel some shivers throughout his body.
The qi rhythms were a sign of the presence of the treasures of heaven and earth. The sheer qi in the place was ten times more than it was in the capital city.
Noah started to wonder who Wu Han was and if he should look into his identity. Soon his thoughts started to drift in a different direction.
'What a good place to increase my proficiency in Alchemy!'
While Noah was busy planning his little heists, Wu Han sent a thought transmission to his disciples so that they would come and greet the new members of the sect.
Stopping the ship in the middle of the air a little high above the ground, everyone got off. Shisan, who was the last one to jump, placed Song Liu whom she held in his arms on the ground.
Xin Yan shrunk the artifact before storing it back in her ring. Wu Han started giving them a tour of the place around the mansion.
"In the mansion, there are several separate rooms; you can choose one of the rooms. I will take Song Liu to meet her two senior brothers. You can also access the library on the second floor. As for training rooms and other miscellaneous rooms, I haven't had the time to build them." After he gave Noah and the others an outline of the sect, he wanted to take Song Liu away.
"I am not letting young miss go there alone." Shisan insisted until Wu Han had to agree.
"Very well, do you want to meet them as well?" Wu Han looked at Noah and asked with raised eyebrows. He was too tired to deal with Shisan.
"Nah, I have no interest in them. We will go and settle in." Noah, Xin Yan, and Elysia entered the manor and moved towards the direction they were told to go.
While Noah was making his way down the hallway, he felt a familiar sensation washing over his body.

He could hear light but sharp stomps coming from the opposite direction he was walking away from. As soon as Noah turned around, he saw a familiar-looking animal jumping right into his embrace.
Xin Yan was ready to attack when she sensed someone moving in their direction, but she was held back by Elysia, who gestured to her to keep watching.
