Game of Thrones-The Black Lord

Chapter 14: Mercenaries

(Third Person POV)

"Are you fucking fools?!" a golden-headed dwarf bellowed as he threw a cup of wine at a man who had a sword strapped to his side, "You fucking imbeciles!!"

They were in one of Baelish's brothels, they had ran all the way from Flea-Bottom following the sudden incident with Rhaegon and The Mountain who were fighting until the City-Guard intervened.

"Milord." one of them said, a ginger, "I....."

Tyrion Lannister, the Dwarf of Casterly Rock, got off the bed he was on, where three women were covering themselves with the sheets. He had an enraged look on his small little face as he wore a robe.

"You fucking idiots DARED to throw an insult to my Niece, The Princess." He said, "All while you were drunk and shitfaced with nothing but whores surrounding you!!! Now, Ser Rhaegon, of all fucking people, is seeking blood and when he finds out the mercenaries that said such insanities are employed to me, he'll plunge his blade into my dwarf fucking chest!!!"

The brunette man merely shifted, "I didn't say it." he said

Tyrion looked at him, "What?" He said, "Your name was said, Bronn!"

Bronn shrugged, "I didn't say it." He said and gestured to the other man, "It was this fucking idiot who did. Frankly, I was shocked to hear it come from his mouth."

Tyrion looked at the other who had his head hung, "Is this true? Were you the only fucking fool that said it?" He said, "Allen!"

"I was drunk." Allen said, "I...."

"It doesn't fucking matter if you were drunk!!!" Tyrion bellowed, "You still fucking said it!!"

"Well, I didn't." Bronn said, "Why would I said such a thing, I've seen the Princess in person. Her eyes are purple, like the King's. She's a Targaryen."

"Oh yes, yes she is." Tyrion said, "But the word was still said!! King Rhaegar is a kind and just man but make no mistake, he's as fierce as his younger sister when it comes to his daughters. Myrcella is good, she's pure, and undeserving of such words!! She is my fucking Niece, Allen!!!"

He grabbed the cup from the ground and threw it at the sellsword's feet again, his face distorted with nothing but anger.

"Milord...I..." Allen said

"Cersei will have my fucking head because of your stupidity!" Tyrion shouted, "Rhaegar is my friend, yes, but he won't think twice of punishing me for this and my Father will gladly throw me in a fucking dungeon!! Bronn, do you have any proof that you didn't say it?"

Bronn looked at one of the whores on the bed, "They were there." He said, "They can vouch for me."

Tyrion looked at them, "Is this true?"

The women were quiet and merely looking away.

"W-Who's gonna take the word of whores?" Allen said as he looked at them, "We're both as good as dead, Bronn."

"Fuck you." Bronn said, "I'm not dying because of you."

"Whores and sellswords will speak the truth when they're in front of The Black Lord." A voice said

Behind the mercenaries, a massive man appeared, walking past them. He had black armor with dog-shaped shoulder plates, a greatsword on his back, and longsword on his side. His face was scarred with burnt marks as his dead eyes looked at the little lord.

This was Sandor Clegane, The Hound.

"Clegane." Tyrion said as the Hound stood before him, "Don't tell me you were there too."

"No." He said, "I was with you and your brother, remember. It was the night that Littlefinger threw a Brother Party."

Tyrion rubbed his face, "Fuck." He whispered, "I swear.....the only thing I can do is give them up..."

"W-What?" Allen said, "You're selling us out?"

"I wasn't there, fucking imbecile!" Tyrion scowled, "You were the fools that said it."

"I told you I didn't say it." Bronn said, "I swear it."

As they said this, they heard several women gasping loudly. The mercenaries stepped away from the door-way as a figure emerged through it.

It was Rhaegon, covered in blood as he held his dagger in his hands.

"Fuck..." Tyrion muttered, "Did you not see him on your way in, Clegane?"

"No." The Hound said as he stood behind Tyrion

Rhaegon stood there, a few feet away from the mercenaries as he looked at Tyrion Lannister, "Hm." He said, "Fifteen minutes."

Tyrion frowned, "Pardon me?"

"That is how long I fought the Mountain for." He said as his serious eyes looked at the Dwarf, "Before that toad, Slynt, and your brother appeared with the City Guard to break the fight off. I gave your brother a nice little scar on his cheek, Sandor. A couple on his arms and leg too. His armor is quite thick."

He pointed the dagger at the Hound who merely stared at him.

Tyrion chuckled nervously, "Whose blood is that?" He asked regarding the dagger that red with blood

"Oh, one of Clegane's men." He said, "I threw it at his head, killing him instantly. Rather nasty sight, his brains all over the blade when I pulled it out."

"Ser Rhaegon, I wish to say that I was not involve-" Tyrion started

"Quiet." He cut him off as he pointed the dagger at Bronn, "You are?"

"Bronn." Bronn told him

Rhaegon then looked at Allen, "That makes you Allen?" He said

Allen nodded slowly without saying a word.

"I was told Allen so drunkenly said something treasonous about my cousin." Rhaegon said before looking back at Bronn, "But it is not sure if you did, Bronn."

Bronn shook his head, "I didn't." He said it, "I swear it."

"Anyone to vouch for that?" Rhaegon said, "Besides Lord Tyrion, he has an alibi of that night. He's free from judgement."

Tyrion let out a sigh of relief, "Uhm..." He said, "One of the ladi-"

"Shut up." Rhaegon told Tyrion, "Bronn?"

Bronn gestured at the whores, "They were there."

Rhaegon looked towards the whores on the bed and pointed the dagger at them, "You, redhead." he said to one of them, "Come here."

The woman reluctantly got off the bed and slowly walked over to Rhaegon as she looked down, tears in her eyes as she was nothing but nervous.

"You...." Rhaegon said as he lifted her chin up, "You don't look like a liar, are you a liar?"

"N-No...Milord...." She said

"Ser." Rhaegon said, "I am a Knight."

"N-No....Ser..." She said

"Hm...." Rhaegon said, "You were there, on the night my cousin was called a bastard?"

The girl shed tears and nodded, "Y-Yes, Ser...." She said softly

Rhaegon gestured to the mercenaries, "Who said it?" He asked calmly, "Was it the ginger? Or was it the brunette? Speak truthfully, whatever you say, you will not be harmed. Unless of course, you said the words yourself."

"Ser Rhaegon-" Tyrion started

Rhaegon pointed the dagger at him, quieting him instantly.

The girl slowly pointed towards Allen who scowled.

"Fucking bitch..." He muttered

Rhaegon nodded, "So Bronn is innocent?" He asked

She nodded slowly, "Yes, Ser." She said

He then looked at the other women, "And you all can confirm that?" He asked them

They all nodded as they nervously looked down.

"Hm." Rhaegon said as he walked over to the mercenaries, "Is that so....?"

Bronn nodded, "Aye." He said, "I ain't a fool. I wouldn't call her anything of the sort."

Rhaegon looked at him, "Is that so?" He said, "Well...."

In a swift motion, Rhaegon swung his dagger at Allen's throat, cutting it open as he clutched it while he bled and collapsed to his knees. This action shocked everyone in the room with the exception of The Hound who expected it. Sandor Clegane knew what kind of fierce man Rhaegon was, even in his young age.

Rhaegon then pushed Allen down to the ground with his boot as the sellsword slowly lost the light in his eyes, "Typical scum." He said, "Die in the same place you decided to insult my Princess in. And let this be a lesson to you.....ladies of the night...you hear anyone say anything regarding my cousins, you report to the Crown. Treason will not be tolerated."

He then walked over to Tyrion who was looking at Allen's body, "I..." He said softly, "Was that necessary?"

"Yes." Rhaegon said, "And as for you, Lord Tyrion. I suggest you keep better company than these sellswords. You're a foot over the line with your Father. I cannot keep protecting you from him like this. You've avoided his and your sister's Ire today."

He then turned around and walked away, leaving them in the room staring at the body of the mercenary.

"He is right." The Hound spoke, "The Little Lord should be smarter than this."

Tyrion then looked at him, "You....." He said, "You're quite disappointed he didn't kill your brother, aren't you?"

"Matters not." Sandor said,

"I don't give a shit."
