Power Descriptions and Levels:

-Rank F: Regular Human-level, Beginner, Entry, And Understanding- Rank F Power presents a threat slightly beyond human norms. An average individual might manage to emerge unscathed from a confrontation where power was used. The power is considered a non-threat and does not require identification if more urgent issues are present.

-Rank E: Above Human-level, Novice Skilled - A full squad of trained operatives should be able to handle Novice Power, although exceptional circumstances, context, and environment could influence the outcome.

-Rank D: Pinnacle Human-level, Adept Skilled - Additional countermeasures are necessary. A standard Rank D Powered individual, or a Rank E Powered individual supporting a squad, should be capable of managing the Adept Skilled Powered individual in question.

-Rank C: Surpassed Human-level, Expert Skilled - A standard Rank C Powered individual or a team of Rank D Powered individuals aided by a squad should be able to handle the Expert Skilled Powered individual. Operatives are advised to delay engagement. Psykers and operatives should expect complications with traditional actions.

-Rank B: Transcended Human-level, Mastery Skilled - Gathering further intelligence is required, and all parties should adopt a defensive stance or delay action until intelligence is obtained. A standard Rank B Powered individual or a team of Rank C Powered individuals should engage in pairs or trios, supported by at least two fully equipped squads.

-Rank A: Hero Human-level, Superhuman Mastery Skilled - Civilian evacuation is the top priority for all squad members. Engagement should be avoided unless it pertains to specific missions or tasks. A Rank A Powered individual should be sent or a team of Rank B Powered individuals with support should only engage with full team support to minimize complications or danger.

-Rank S: Demi-God level, Transcended Mastery Skilled - The situation is extremely complex; standard tactics are ineffective. A Rank S Powered individual with a Team composed of Rank A Powered individuals, and Rank B Powered individuals should only engage with full team support to minimize complications or danger. The Powered individual has an additional factor that can amplify their power. Powered individuals of Rank F to C and civilians should evacuate if possible and only engage with a well-defined mission and strategy. Major countermeasures are implied.

-Rank EX: Godlike Skill- Threat at a planetary level, resulting in the user's functional loss of humanity. The situation is exceedingly intricate; prayer to your God is advised. Engagement should only be undertaken by a Powered individual of Rank EX, with the support of Rank A Powered individual.
