From Overlord To Multiverse.

In the middle of the night, Hestia was making her way through the empty streets.

Quickly following a familiar path, she arrived in front of a big shop with two hammers crossing each other as a symbol.

Using her hand she started knocking on the door.

*Bam*Bam*Bam*

After some time an adventurer opened up the door and looked at Hestia.

Hestia opened her mouth and said something making the adventurer look at her in confusion before going back inside.

Not long after a tall Goddess with short red hair and an eyepatch covering her right eye appeared.

"Hephaestus!"

Hestia let out a loud cry and grabbed her hand.

Hephaestus looked at Hestia's red face with narrowed eyes.

"Do you know what time it is Hestia? Don't tell me you're here to borrow money. And are you drunk?"

"Hick! I'm not drunk!"

Hephaestus touched her forehead, seeing Hestia's bright smile she didn't know what to say.

Releasing a breath she asked in a tired voice.

"Why are you here Hestia?"

Suddenly Hestia's smiling expression disappeared, replaced by a serious one.

Hephaestus was taken aback by the sudden change.

Hestia placed her hands together and said in a loud voice.

"Hephaestus please make a weapon for Lioro."

Hephaestus blinked then invited Hestia inside and closed the door.

Hephaestus stood with her arms crossed and looked down at the kneeling Hestia.

"How long are you going to do that?"

"Till you agree to make a weapon for Lioro!"

Hestia said without raising her head.

"Who's Lioro?"

Hephaestus asked in confusion.

"He's my new child!"

"I see, so you finally managed to get a familia member..."

Hephaestus gave her a helpless look then her face turned sharp.

"But Hestia do you know how much our made-to-order equipment costs?"

"I know it's expensive, but....."

"We can talk after you've saved enough money."

"It has to be now! Please Hephaestus! I'm begging you!"

Hephaestus released a helpless sigh and then asked.

"Tell me, why are you willing to go so far?"

"I want to help Lioro!"

Hestia continued.

"I don't want him to regret joining my familia! Thinking it's slowing him down!"

Hephaestus tilted her head in confusion.

"You have...quite a high opinion of him don't you?"

"Of course! He's the best!"

An interested look appeared on goddess Hephaestus's face.

"Fine."

Hestia raised her head.

"I'll make a weapon for your child."

Hephaestus said with a smile.

"Thank you, Hephaestus! You're the best!"

Hephaestus helplessly shook her head, then moved her eyes towards the window of her shop and asked.

"By the way Hestia, does you're child has white hair and blue eyes?"

"Huh? Hephaestus how do you know?"

Hestia looked at her in confusion.

"Well..."

Hephaestus pointed at the window and continued in a weird voice.

"He's been here....for quite some time now."

Hestia quickly turned her head and looked at the window.

There she saw Lioro with his body pasted against the glass.

He looked quite....comical.

Seeing Hestia and Hephaestus staring straight at him, Lioro smiled.

"It seems I got caught."

*Puff*

A muffled laughter escaped Hephaestus's mouth.

"Were you even trying to hide Kid?"

She said while wiping a drop of tear from the corner of her eye.

Turning her head towards Hestia she said.

"Hestia you're child seems to be just like you--"

Suddenly Hephaestus stopped.

Because she saw an expression, she hadn't before seen on Hestia's face.

"He followed me because he was worried...."

Hestia looked at Lioro with warm eyes.

Lioro waved at her, still pasted against the glass.

Hephaestus looked at their interaction, before supporting her chin and smiling, then she walked up to the door and opened it up, looking at the young boy in front of her.

"I'm sorry for disturbing you at night goddess Hephaestus, but I'm looking for a runaway goddess."

"You wouldn't happen to see one would you?"

"I think I might know just the one you're looking for."

Hephaestus smiled and then glanced at Hestia before giving Lioro a closer look.

And as soon as she did.

She couldn't help but be stunned.

Lioro was good looking yes, but what attracted her was his eyes.

'This?....'

Hephaestus couldn't help but be mesmerized by them.

Her mind moved quickly.

'Inborn talent? Special ability?'

Whatever it was, she could tell it must be something extraordinary.

'He's the best!'

Hestia's words passed through her mind.

Hephaestus lightly bit down on her lower lip and glanced at Hestia with a hint of jealousy in her eyes.

"Um goddess Hephaestus can I enter?"

Lioro asked.

"Come in."

Hephaestus moved away and made way for him to come in.

Lioro entered the shop and and looked around in curiosity before turning towards Hestia who was sitting on the ground.

He offered her his hand.

"It's time to get up goddess."

Hestia smiled and grabbed his hand before getting up.

"Hephaestus look this is my child Lioro!"

Hestia said with a proud look on her face while patting Lioro's arm.

Lioro smiled and bowed towards Hephaestus.

Hephaestus returned his greeting.

Hestia pouted after seeing the scene.

"Hey, why aren't you so polite with me?"

"Hahaha."

Lioro gave a fake laugh.

Hestia narrowed her eyes in displeasure.

Seeing the scene, Hephaestus opened her mouth and said.

"Lioro was it? You came at the right time, I was just about to make a weapon for you."

Walking up to a lever she pulled it down, revealing a hidden blacksmith workshop with a burning furnace.

"Both of you will have to help me."

"Hephaestus are you going to make the weapon yourself?"

Hestia asked with shining eyes.

"I can't ask my familia for help in personal matters..."

Hephaestus selected a suitable hammer then asked Lioro.

"What weapon do you use kid?"

"A sword.", Lioro replied.

"A sword....hm....a standard choice."

Hephaestus pointed at a piece of mithril and said.

"Go and get it, kid."

Lioro quickly went forward and grabbed the ore, putting it on the anvil under Hephaestus's instructions.

"You kid stay back and Hestia come here."

Lioro calmly watched from the side as Hephaestus started hammering down on the mithril ore with Hestia by her side.

Goddess Hephaestus and Hestia were covered in sweat from head to toe making their clothes stick to their bodies, highlighting their curves.

"Hestia give me you're hair."

Hestia hurriedly plucked one out and handed it to Hephaestus.

Hephaestus took the hair and then assimilated it with the sword.

Then she stopped and looked at the black sword.

It was a sword that lacked a cross guard, the blade was covered in hieroglyphs, giving it a mysterious and enchanting look.

Holding the sword in her hand, Hephaestus turned towards Lioro.

"Here try it."

Lioro walked up to her.

Hephaestus presents him with the weapon.

Looking at its sharp edge, Lioro narrowed his eyes and raised his hand to grab its hilt.

But just when he was about to take it.

Something unexpected happened.

Lioro and Hephaestus's hands touched.

Then without any warning, Lioro froze.

Hephaestus blinked her eyes in confusion.

She couldn't understand why Lioro wasn't grabbing the sword and just staring in the air with a dull look in his eyes.

Opening her mouth she called out to him.

"Hey?...."

Lioro suddenly shook and then stared at Hephaestus with burning eyes, shocking her.

Then before she could react, Lioro went down and grabbed her legs.

"Mommy adopt me!"

Shouting in a loud voice.

Stunning both Hephaestus and Hestia.

All because of an unexpected panel that popped up.

[Conditions...found.....witness the birth of a sacred weapon...touch the god of blacksmithing...posses special classes failed!.....Failed!...]

It was glowing! It was glowing in fcking purple!
