Chapter 36: Drunk
"Professor, I want to know what happened to Harry?"
It is hard to imagine that this four-meter-tall giant would speak in such a twisted tone.
Professor McGonagall raised his head and looked at Hagrid with surprise.
She hesitated, and then replied:
"Well, Hagrid, Albus will not let me talk nonsense. Potter violated the secrecy laws and was warned. Then he was put under house arrest by his relatives. We are thinking of a way."
Almost at the same time when Professor McGonagall’s voice fell, William felt that something terrifying was happening in front of him. The giant in front of him seemed to be awakened by a tiger and became full of aggressiveness, which made him involuntarily put his hand on the wand.
"Let me take care of it, Professor."
William could hear the suppressed anger in his voice.
"No, Hagrid, believe Albus, he has a better way to deal with it."
Dumbledore’s name made the giant calm down again.
He nodded heavily, and walked towards the door in frustration, only to think of William when he was about to go out.
"Professor William, thank you."
"Let's have a drink together?"
William kind of likes this silly big guy, although this guy is impulsive and straight-tempered, but his simple personality cannot be annoying.
"I still have a bottle in my room, if you don't mind."
The two bid farewell to Professor McGonagall.
It didn't take long for William to appear in Hagrid's cabin again.
A bottle of wine called a barrel was opened and put into two glasses. Hagrid murmured and emptied the barrel, and then pushed the smaller one to William.
"Successfully find a job for you!"
The two picked up their cups and took a swig.
"The school’s black magic—well, well, I’ve never figured it out. The wizard learns self-defense magic, probably like this. The professor of this course is very dangerous."
"Dumbledore told me before I joined the job, but I couldn't help it. I was still in Azkaban at the time. No matter how dangerous it is, it is better than that ghost place."
William told a lie against his will.
"Azkaban?"
"Azkaban, I'm doing a potion business on the black market, but I messed up two orders and the market was out of stock. I had to follow the smuggling team to the Far East to make up for the loss while looking for the materials I destroyed."
William took a sip of wine and added:
"As a result, Fudge took office in the New Deal and caught smugglers severely, so I went in."
"That's unfortunate, but just come out."
Hagrid said nonchalantly—obviously smuggling was nothing to him.
"Yeah, that ghost place has everything, the most terrible is a group of dementors, looking at you coldly, just like looking at food."
William shuddered, and grabbed the wand with his hands that did not hold the glass.
One encounter like that is bad enough. He reads desperately and learns magic desperately to avoid the reappearance of that powerless situation-next time, he will never let himself fall into that kind of helpless environment again.
"Dementors are the most unlovable magical creatures! Those guys simply can't communicate well!"
Hagrid knocked off the table hard, anger and—perhaps William’s illusion, fear in his eyes.
"I tried to raise dementors, but it was almost a disaster."
Hagrid made William in awe in just a few words—that group of guys with a rotten smell, would anyone really dare to raise them as pets?
"To you, raise that guy for you!"
Hager picked it up and took a big sip, with frustration and fear, and said;
"If it weren't for Albus to come over, I don't know what would happen. The half-large dementor attacked me and made the small half of the forbidden forest lifeless. I almost felt like I was going to die there. It Even wanted to give me a kiss from a dementor—"
...
William is admired.
The term Forbidden Forest is indeed worthy of its name. He thought it was no surprise that Hagrid kept a dragon in it.
Raising dementors is more disgusting than raising mosquitoes. If this kind of creature can be raised, there is probably nothing impossible in the Forbidden Forest.
"That **** reminded me of all the unhappy things in a day. I can hardly imagine what kind of **** Azkaban is."
The two had another drink against each other.
"I don't know how Harry is now, how Dumbledore will rescue him."
Hagrid asked in a low voice, but soon he answered himself.
"Dumbledore must be fine, there is no difficulty that can overwhelm Dumbledore."
"That group of Muggles, they abused Harry all day long. You don't know what Harry looked like when I saw him a year ago!"
Hagrid took a big sip on his own, then put the wine glass on the table and turned around to look for something.
William was taken aback, then took out his wand and lightly tapped it on the wine glass.
The full mantra, simple and practical, the favorite of alcoholics-although there are various restrictions, these restrictions are not difficult in the face of swig.
"Oh, thank you."
Hagrid put back the umbrella he had just found, then took another sip from the glass.
One talking, the other listening, the story about Hagrid and Harry accompanied by wine quickly passed an hour. UU reading www.uukanshu.cóm
William is also a bit high at this time.
Fortunately, the opposite is more drunk.
"Let me tell you, Hagrid, once I opened my eyes, it was Azkaban. Do you know that kind of despair?"
"Understood." Hagrid's tongue was big.
"A cell is full of scum. The group of dementors outside are more annoying than mosquitoes. Their eyes look like they are about to eat people. They look like food every day. Every day they make you renew the unhappy things in your mind. Come once."
"Uh, uh."
"In this way, you have to rack your brains to make up stories, otherwise you will have to sleep next to the toilet, and you will not see any sunlight all day long, washing the floor, cleaning the toilet, washing clothes, dirty work, and tiring all for you. "
"I can eat and wait until I die, but I have a hiccup."
William guarded his mouth in time, and Hagrid on the opposite side could not say anything except um.
can't even talk about drunks.
William laughed at himself, poured another glass fiercely, and filled Hagrid with magic.
I got drunk once today, about three months?
After , I have to continue to learn magic to improve myself-otherwise I don't dare to get drunk casually.
With this thought, William lay directly on the table.
...
Woke up again, and Hagrid was awake as it was near dusk, but he was not much better than William—his glass was big and he drank at least seven or eight times more wine.
Rubbing his face, William and Hagrid said goodbye-Hagrid sent William back to Hogsmeade Village, and then he waved his hand and returned to Hogwarts with a drink.
"Ah—" William stretched his waist, preparing to get rid of the last hint of alcohol before going back.
The system has come to the reminder long overdue.
