After about ten minutes, the irregular dough that had been stirred to the point of having crack and dough pieces stuck on the side of basin was completed, and Shiraki poured two packets of yeast into it, then brought a baking tray from the side, spread it with butter paper, and slapped the dough on it one by one, for twenty minutes, he stuffed all the fifteen baking trays into the large oven.

The fire is 280 degrees, the time is adjusted to 30 minutes, after doing all this, Shiraki began to process the meat, the meat grinder is full of horsepower, put more than 20 pieces of meat at a time and stuff it directly, and then grind for a minute or two, regardless of whether it is broken or not, change to the next batch, while the dough in the oven is baked, Shiraki has a full pot of minced meat filling in front of him.

Although the bread was baked, Shiraki planned to let it ferment in it again, anyway, it was all burnt, and it didn't make much difference if it was stuffed for a while, so he began to concentrate on marinating the meat filling, first adding honey, and then injecting it with the soul: mustard, a full fifty bottle of mustard were squeezed into it by him, and finally put two packets of salt, and the meat filling was completed.

These minced meat Shiraki didn't plan to fry it, so he directly sandwiched it into the burger raw, and it also saved the consumption of oil, what he really wanted to fry was the hamburger bun!

But before that, he needs to process the tomatoes.
