Florida Man in Magus World: Unleashing Liberty and Freedom

Chapter 181: Florida Man Gives Public Speech to Promote Procreation to Fight Declining Birth Crisis, Calls Cops on Audience When They Request His Sperm

The reconstruction was complete. Felix landed on top of the castle and admired the view. Standing on the rooftop, he discovered many ruined houses and a half-collapsed mansion, which Felix had plowed using a tank.

Counting the number of ruined houses and wall sections in need of repair, Felix accounted for a total of 72 places, which required 72 charges of a dim-grade philosopher stone.

With the philosopher stones in stock, Felix had no issue splurging some for the sake of gaining trust. He flew over to the damaged structures and repaired them, one at a time.

Felix didn't stop there. As he believed some innocent civilians might have recently been killed by Brag Swan's troops, he visited every house and shelter, asking to see corpses and injured people in this city.

Using philosopher stones he had, he resurrected the victims, healed the injured, and restored destroyed buildings. He even blessed every priestess or paladin who seemed to be older than 25, restoring their youthful appearances.

Gold light beacon flashed every time Felix used the philosopher stone. More civilians, priestesses, and paladins witnessed the miracle.

Just in time, the captives that Felix had rescued earlier returned to the city, following the beacons of light. When they found Felix, they cheered, praising him.

"The savior is here!"

"…The benefactor." Experience more tales on m v|l e'm,p| y- r

More people noticed him. Many all followed the other's examples—Kneeling and praying to Felix, treating him as an emissary of the goddess.

The restoration lasted all night. When the sun was up, Felix finished restoring the south gate, which Diana's convoy had blasted through.

Felix stood on top of the rampart, checking the remaining charges and his stock of philosopher stones. He also updated the store, wondering if Wu Buyi had restocked his supply yet.

.

Dim Philosopher Stone (100 Charges) (9,999 In Stock)

- 10,000 Years of Lifespan

Fine Philosopher Stone (1,000 Charges) (1,470 In Stock)

- 100,000 Years of Lifespan

Sturdy Philosopher Stone (10,000 Charges) (Out of Stock)

- 1,000,000 Years of Lifespan (Pre-Order)

.

That man was quick. Felix chuckled, finding this store owner's hardworking attitude admirable and praiseworthy. Again, he wondered why people review-bombed his store to oblivion when his products were so good.

As Felix was about to empty the stock again, the system store sent him a private message.

Curious, Felix pressed it, opening the message menu. When the message popped up, he was surprised. It came from the store owner "Wu Buyi".

<Thank you for the review and the encouragement. Also, I see that you've emptied my stockpile, and I'm glad you got rid of those for me. But you see, I still have a lot, and I mean… A LOT of leftover philosopher stones in my warehouse. If you're interested, I can sell you in bulk, and I'll give you a discount. What do you say?>

Felix was interested. But half of him stopped his impulse as he might not need that many philosopher stones for the upcoming scenario quests or his daily usage.

In addition, he hoped for a more advanced philosopher stone, such as the fine-grade ones.

Fine Philosopher Stones had more charges than the dim counterpart. Its effects were closely the same, but some usage options were a lot more efficient. For example, it cost 10 charges to upgrade one item to the next tier, but it would only consume five charges for Fine-grade stone.

Felix made his decision. He chose not to accept the deal.

However, the message came with an attachment, a wholesale catalog. Since it didn't hurt to read it, Felix spent a few minutes to check it out.

.

Dim Philosopher Stone X 1,000

- 1,000,000 Years of Lifespan

Fine Philosopher Stone X 1,000

- 10,000,000 Years of Lifespan

Sturdy Philosopher Stone X 1,000

- 100,000,000 Years of Lifespan

.

At a glance, the price was a lot cheaper than purchasing them individually. He would get a 90% discount if he purchased in bulk.

Nothing was free in this world. Felix suspected that there might be a hidden condition or a shady clause that came with this deal. As Felix doubted Wu Buyi's motive, he scanned through the 1-star reviews, checking why his customers were mad at him.

[1-Star Review]

- Do not get greedy and purchase the bulk sales from this vendor. All philosopher stones are not fully charged. Those are second-hand philosopher stones.

[1-Star Review]

- Wu Buyi DM'ed me and offered me a wholesale discount. I bought a thousand sturdy philosopher stones, hoping to expand my business. But I got cracked philosopher stones among the batch. One of which exploded when I used it.

[1-Star Review]

- Watch out for shady private messages. If you need a philosopher stone, buy one from the system store. Do not accept private trades!

Sure enough, the clues were there from the very beginning. Because of his shady deals, he got review-bombed.

Still, Felix sat down and calculated the pros and cons of purchasing defective goods. Even if every philosopher stone from the wholesale only had one charge, he would get 1,000 charges to use them, which was not different from purchasing 10 fully-charged stones.

But then again, Felix would not be able to use extra perks that required multiple charges to use. At best, they were useful for small tasks or be thrown away as rewards for his subordinates.

Rewards for his subordinates?

Felix rubbed his chin. It wasn't such a bad deal if he needed something precious to give others. With that many stones, he motivated his workers to work harder, especially the dwarf. He might even need one of them to duplicate more beers.

As Felix had some cash to spend, he accepted the private trade agreement. At the bottom of the message, there was another attached file, which was a private order form. Felix opened it, and Jessica appeared, asking him.

<I see that you're about to fill out an application form. Would you like me to fill the forms for you?>

Felix nodded, "Yeah, sure. I can't read the papers anyway."

Jessica sighed, <I know. That's why I volunteer. Anyway, what are you buying?>

"If it asks what I want to buy, just fill out that I want 1,000 Dim Philosopher Stones."

<That will cost one million years of lifespan. Are you sure?>

"Do it."

<Got it.>

Jessica instantly filled out everything and submitted the form, replying to the message for Felix. And instantly, Wu Buyi replied.

[I've received your order. The items will be delivered to your system automatically.]

*DING*

As the message ended, a thousand items were deposited into Felix's inventory. However, as his inventory was always full, all items remained in the system mailbox, waiting to be transferred. Felix had seven days to claim them, or they would be gone forever.

Curious about the stone quality, Felix checked each item.

As he had predicted, all philosopher stones were not fully charged. Most of them had less than 10 charges, which was almost useless. Only two or three of them contained more than 50 charges.

Still, the transaction was worth it. All in all, he obtained more than 1,000 charges.

Once again, Felix wondered why everybody hated Wu Buyi. True, he somewhat scammed them, but the items were worth every penny.

Felix stopped exploring the system store for now. He turned around, planning to chat with Cornelia and convince her to join his territory.

Upon turning back, Felix was greeted by the sunrise. He admired the view and got emotional, forgetting where he was. Because of the sleepiness and the accumulated mental fatigue, Felix opened his arms and recited a random poem from his intrusive thoughts.

The Sun has risen, bright and big,

So is my heart, my big penis,

God's love is endless, vast and free,

So is my passion, I love those titties,

Felix sighed deeply and smacked his forehead, wondering what kind of cursed poem he had come up with. Then, he cast his gaze down.

Only then, Felix was taken aback. Down below the wall, a large crowd of priestesses and paladins gathered, kneeling in prayers and looking up to him. They all heard every vulgar word he randomly muttered.

Instead of being disgusted, the maidens blushed.

"Ah, shit."

Felix regretted everything. He wryly laughed and feigned ignorance.

"You don't hear anything. It's just a random vulgar poem. Don't memorize it and lose your innocence, okay?"

"…"

No response came from the crowd, making this more awkward. Felix was embarrassed that he tried to explain.

"I mean, men have this kind of poetic mind when they are tired. We all have dirty minds, and we have to vent our frustration one way or another. Some evil men physically assault women. Some lucky married men just ask their spouse to relieve them. Single men sometimes go somewhere secluded and get it off their chests. I, too, have those moments."

"…"

The response was deafening silent. The awkwardness in the air was killing him. Unable to hold it anymore, Felix confessed, "ALRIGHT, I'LL CONFESS! I'M SO SORRY! I WAS HORNY, OKAY?! I JUST MISS MY WIVES!"

Felix expected a backlash and was ready to accept any scolding from morally upright sisters. However, a voice from the crowd stunned him.

"If-If you don't mind, I'm willing to accept your sins. For our savior, I'm willing to dedicate my body to you."

"…Huh?"

Felix doubted his ears that he heard that right. He looked at the speaker and located a paladin beauty, who stood up among the kneeling crowd.

As if her offer ignited something among the crowd, one of the rescued priestesses stood up and shouted, making herself known, "I volunteer to serve you, benefactor! Please accept me!"

The others followed suit, "I'll embrace your sins! Please take me!"

"No! Take me! My body and my soul belong to you!"

"No, you sluts! Take me! I'm a virgin paladin! I'm confident in my firm legs and healthy body! I will give birth to your children!"

"SILENCE, YOU SKANKS! MY LORD, I HEARD YOUR CONFESSION LOUD AND CLEAR! LET ME USE MY BODY TO CLEANSE YOUR SINS!"

The commotion broke out, and the calm priestesses started screaming and yelling like a crowd of zombies in heat.

Looking at the people from above, Felix got goosebumps. He felt like he was facing a crowd of lustful Lamias instead of soothing clergywomen.

Fortunately, before the priestesses would start a civil war, Cornelia bellowed and exuded her aura.

"SILENCE!"

Her voice worked like magic. All women closed their mouths and blushed, ashamed of their previous sinful displays.

Cornelia shook her head and flew toward Felix. She landed next to him and knelt on one knee, bowing to him.

"My lord. As the leader of the Paladin Order, please punish me for their transgression."

Felix wryly smiled and nodded at Cornelia in approval. At least, this woman seemed sensible. He hoped that he could talk to someone of the opposite gender without mentioning anything vulgar or sexual-related.

"Good timing. Actually, I was about to talk to you regarding the priestess allocation and manpower-"

Cornelia looked at Felix solemnly and cut in, "In the name of Goddess Eleanor and her daughter, Goddess Esen, I have received a revelation. Lord Savior, I have been appointed as your guardian, your follower, your servant, and your slave. I shall do everything in my power to make your dream come true! Please give me an order!"

Her pledge surprised Felix. He stuttered, "Erm, I don't condone slavery, but I appreciate the gesture-"

"Say no more, Lord Savior! I understand your intention. I shall migrate everybody in this city to your sacred land right away!"

"…"

Felix was frozen. He wondered what changed her.

Was the age-reduction cream and the philosopher stone that impressive? That should be it, right?

Felix sighed, giving up on figuring out the reason. Since she would help him, there was no need to think much.

"Alright. I'll be in your care."

"Understood!"

Cornelia brightly smiled and stood up. She stripped her armor and her clothes on the spot.

Although Cornelia reverted to her physique when she was 18, she retained some of her muscles and defined abs. Combined with her thick thighs and firm quads, she could use them to squeeze Felix to death.

Felix yelped in shock as he didn't expect the commander to suddenly strip.

"HOLD IT, MA'AM! I KNOW I'M A PERVERTED BASTARD THAT BANGED TWO SNAKES, BUT HOLY SHIT! PUT ON YOUR CLOTHES!"

Cornelia snorted, "As your servant, it is my duty to relieve your stress. Don't worry, Lord Savior. I have some experience in this field. Let me relieve of your burden-"

Felix turned around and leaped to the sky, fleeing from the city. He couldn't afford to stay any longer.

Two snake wives at home were already a handful. Felix was afraid that his pelvis and hips would shatter to pieces if he took them all, especially Cornelia.
