"So uhh, any particular reason why you decided to spy on us?"

I commented nonchalantly while walking with Aqua .

"Tch," Megumin revealed herself from the nearby alley and walked towards us. "So, you're finally putting your plans in motion huh?" she said with a smirk. "You are going to ask Chekera san to make my wedding gown aren't you?"

I blinked a little and turned to Aqua. The goddess simply tilted her head in confusion.

"No actually, I'm just dropping by his place to return this," I showed her Chekera's clothes hanger.

Megumin took a step back and clicked her tongue. Her eyes scanned wildly at the two of us. She then grinned and pointed at Aqua.

"Aha! But if you're simply going to return the clothing hanger, then there's no reason to bring Aqua along! You are planning something aren't you?" Megumin put a hand on her forehead and wiggled her pointer finger. "Forgive me, but such simple plans can't possibly fool me, Kazuma!"

"Ne, Megumin, I just met Kazuma after leaving the cafe. I asked where he's going and he said to the 'number one tailor' in the village. I decided to go with him and see if I can pick up something cute for Komekko chan and Liza chan," Aqua explained. "Ano, you can come with us if you want."

Megumin clamped her mouth shut and looked down. A blush clearly visible on her cheeks.

I smiled a little and took her hand.

"Come on Megumin, if you're jealous of Aqua just say so,"

"I-I'm not jealous! I just think that you're scheming something behind my back."

"A bit too late for that, my plans have already been set to motion."

"What do you mean?"

"That means I literally don't have to do anything anymore other than wait for the special day,"

The Crimson Demon's eyes widened after hearing that. She turned to Aqua looked at her accusingly.

"You, you must know something about his plan!"

Aqua held up her hands. "Kazuma asked me to prepare a song!"

Megumin squinted her eyes in suspicion before grinning in victory. "Aha! I figured out your plan! You're going to have Aqua perform doing the wedding, aren't you?"

"Isn't that obvious? We have a bard in our party, of course I'm going to have her perform," I sighed a little and pat her head. "Listen, don't think about it too much, look, we're here,"

We made it at the tailor shop. There, we saw Chekera san drying some clothes. One of the hanger is a little bit mismatched from the rest. "Yo, Chekera san, good afternoon!"

Chekera grinned at us. "Kazuma san and Megumin too, welcome!" he greeted us normally. "Ah, my clothing hanger, are you done with it?"

"Yeah, thanks for lending it to me," I handed him the rifle and he quickly put it back to the clothing hanger. I couldn't help but chuckle after seeing that. A weapon so powerful that it could kill literally anything in one shot is being used as a clothing hanger.

Megumin stepped forward and looked at Chekera in suspicion. Beside her, Aqua already entered the shop and looked around curiously.

"Chekera san, did Kazuma ordered any special clothes from you?"

"Special clothes?" Chekera looked at me in confusion and I simply shrugged a little. "Is there something you like to be made, Megumin?"

Megumin clicked her tongue before relenting. "Can I have more cloak such as this?" she asked. "Also, I want it enchanted and made out of the most expensive material you have," she jabbed her thumb towards me. "Mr. Billionaire here will pay for it."

I rolled my eyes. "As my fiancee said,"

Megumin turned bright red and she kicked me right in the shin. Chekera on the other hand just laughed after hearing that. "Hahaha! No need to be shy Megumin, your mother already told me yesterday."

"My mom?"

Chekera nodded and walked back to his shop. "Basically announced it to the whole village, Hyoizaburo san also can't stop talking about it in the bar last night, kept saying stuff about his cute granddaughter and the rich bastard who took his daughter,"

I laughed at that while Megumin silently cursed at her parents.

The tailor shop owner shifts through an array of rolled up cloth in the shelves. "So, what should we make it from Megumin? We have Arachne Spider Silk, Albino One Hit Bear Fur, and more…"

Megumin took a closer look at all the cloth. "Do these come in colors?"

"Of course, they also come with enhancement. You can even have hyper conductive enhancement if you want, but that'll take me at least a week," Chekera grabbed a couple of rolls. "The price will also triple but I won't cut corners."

"Hyper conductive enhancement?" I asked.

"For example, using a cloak made out of the Albino One Hit Bear fur and the Arachne Spider Silk for the woven enhancements," he explained.

"Just how good will it be anyway?"

Chekera gave me a confident smile. "Customer san, I am not just the only Tailor shop in this village, I am the number one tailor in the kingdom," he made a Chuuni pose. "For I am Chekera, Archwizard who has mastered many advanced magic. Including advanced tailoring and enhancing magic!"

I turned to Megumin and she simply shrugged.

"Okay, how much?"

"One million Eris,"

"Make another one for me," I pointed at my green cloak. "Make it look like this,"

"Pleasure doing business with you, Kazuma san!"

With that Chekera hummed to himself as he grabbed the rolls of fabrics from the shelves. At the other side of the room, Aqua is browsing through a bunch of children clothes. She already has a bunch on her hands and is still looking for more.

"Ne, Kazuma,"

"What is it?"

"It's fine, isn't it? I mean… we've spent quite a lot since we get here,"

"Correction, you spent a lot."

Megumin cringed a little beside me.

"Sorry… The coffee was, well, you know why, and this one is… I didn't know it'll be that expensive,"

"Don't worry, we're on the verge on making more. I've already asked your father to make some magic items of my own design. Yes, with its own fault and debilitation. If he can do it, we'll struck even bigger than ever before."

"Are you sure?"

"Don't worry, I've already discussed this with Vanir, he's a devil of foresight remember?"

"Right, keep up the good work, Kazuma,"

Aqua came towards us with a few bundle of clothes in her hands. "Ne, Kazuma, Megumin, what do you think?"

The goddess held up different kinds of clothes in front of us. True to her words, she picked some cute clothes for Liz and Komekko. Something frilly, something thin, some tees, something sparkly, and more.

"Ah, what the heck, it's not like we're going to need a lot of money anyway,"

At the end of the day, we spent another two point three million Eris. This along with Hyoizaburo investment and the coffee the other day, leaves us at around one hundred million Eris in our mundane expense account.

Yeah, Darkness is going to have a field day after this. Good thing I don't need to spend any money after this.

"We're home," Megumin said while knocking on the door.

The door slowly opened, revealing Emperor Liz. "Ah, Otou sama, Okaa sama, Megami sama! Welcome!"

We stepped into the house and went straight to the living room.

The living room now has two brand new sofa. There's a coffee table in front of the sofa with a basket full of snacks. The walls are decorated with some beautiful paintings courtesy of Aqua wanting to show off her skills to Liz and Komekko

Darkness sat on one of the sofa. Facing her is the evil god, an undead lich, and the duke of hell.

Looks like the demon king army has come for a visit.

"Welcome back Megumin, Kazuma," Darkness said. "We were just waiting for you."

"Long time no see, Chomsuke," Megumin greeted the evil goddess.

Vanir laughed after hearing that while Wolbach just sighed in defeat.

"Is that how you're going to call me from now on?"

"Just because you've got yourself a human form doesn't mean I'm changing your name,"

We sat down on the chair beside Darkness. The crusader has that look of sympathy on her face as someone who is also embarrassed of their own name.

"I thinks that it's perfect thee," Vanir commented from his seat. "Chomsuke, was it? The goddess of wrath and sloth, Chomsuke," he laughed some more when Wolbach began blushing in embarrassment. "But if you ask moi, it's a perfect name for thou to make a new start! After thy performance in Alcanretia, it'll be hard to make a religion worshiping the Evil Goddess Wolbach, no?"

Chomsuke rolled her eyes in response. "Just, shut up, Vanir, we can talk about that later."

"Ahem," Wolbach cleared her throat and turned towards me. "So, I'm here to ask of what happened to Sylvia. I tried to bring them back for the plan but I somehow can't do it. Did you seal their soul or something? If you can, will you please bring them back?"

I looked at Megumin.

"Did you do something?"

"Do I look like someone who'd know how to seal anything?"

"Did you blow up her soul?"

"Is that even possible? Look, if anything it's you, you're the one who put her inside, quote unquote, 'her very own personal hell', maybe that did something to her soul,"

"No, Komekko was the one who killed her in the end, remember?" I asked her. "She was still alive after you cleaned it up, right?"

Wolbach face palmed and waved her hand. "Never mind, never mind, I get it, I really do yes," she took a deep breath and exhaled. "Ahh… Can't bring them back because they don't want to go back… I've warned them, goddammit…"

Oh… we traumatized her to the point of not wanting to go back.

"Do we really need them that much?"

"Sylvia is the Director of the Monster Enhancing Division. Not only that, but they were also loved by their troops and subordinates. Getting them on our side is the quickest way for us to plan a full scale revolt on the demon king army."

"I see…"

"But since we don't have them, we'll have to rely on our backup plan," Wolbach put a hand on her head and turned to Vanir and Wiz. "Well, you two have something to say, right?"

Megumin stiffened beside me and has her eyes glued on Vanir.

"What is it Vanir?"

"The preparation of step 5 is complete, we're using contingency plan D4 since we lost Sylvia, but I'm sure we can continue to step 6 without too much trouble."

Beside me, Megumin groaned in frustration.

"Glad to hear that, what about the location?"

"Lady Paradox has already prepared Point A and the rest of sub-division 2. In the meantime, we need your help to prepare Point B and the contingency plan D4."

I nodded a little. "Well, it's almost night anyway," I turned to Megumin. "You should rest and prepare yourself Megumin, tomorrow is your special day."

Megumin froze after hearing that. She turned towards me in slight disbelief and cold sweat running down her face. "Wh-what do you mean, Kazuma… sama…?"

"Tomorrow is your wedding," I gestured at Wolbach. "Chomsuke here will help you prepare for tomorrow,"

"What about Yunyun!? Does she knows about this?"

"Yunyun is in Axel," I turned to Vanir and he nodded. "Yes, she and Elena are in Axel, they've probably already handed out the wedding invitations," I told her. "Tomorrow, Wiz, Yunyun, Liz, and Lady Paradox will teleport them all to Point B."

Megumin looked at me with wide eyes. She then turned to Darkness and the crusader looked as surprised as she is. She then took a deep breath before staring at me, her expression as calm as ever before.

"Alright, then you shall make it a wedding I will never forget,"

"Got it!"
