Evil Uchiha Itsuki

Chapter 214: Chapter 213: The Battle

Itsuki suddenly felt a gaze watching him.

He turned his head, looking around, until his eyes locked on a white bird.

It hovered steadily in the air, large in size, but...

That kind of bird shouldn't exist around here!

Deidara!

A smile appeared on Itsuki's lips.

The Akatsuki members finally showed up.

I've been waiting for this for a long time!

Let them fight against the Konoha people!

I'll reap the rewards from behind.

Of course, I might also get dragged into it, but that's fine.

Even if it's a three-way battle, it's better than being plotted against by everyone.

Itsuki understood well that right now, he was the strongest one.

Anyone else would be plotting how to deal with him.

...

"Hey, Sasori-senpai!"

Deidara had a suspicious look and said, "I feel like Uchiha Itsuki has spotted us."

"No need to doubt that!"

Sasori's raspy voice came through.

"He must have noticed us. Hmph, as expected of you, Itsuki!"

Sasori's voice was filled with murderous intent and rage.

Almost every member of Akatsuki had been dealt with by Itsuki.

Deidara was lucky by comparison.

Sasori and Kakuzu, who were more arrogant, had been handled by Itsuki to the point of sheer desperation.

One could say: they've had enough!

"Hey, Sasori-senpai!"

Deidara's voice took on an odd tone. "Look, is Itsuki beckoning us over?"

Sasori froze for a moment, looking down to see Itsuki waving at them.

"That bastard! Who does he think he is? What does he take me for?"

Sasori couldn't help but curse.

But Deidara obediently steered his white bird towards Itsuki.

"Deidara!!!"

Sasori's voice was filled with anger.

"Sasori-senpai!"

Deidara replied helplessly, "I don't want to get beaten up. It really hurts when Itsuki does it!"

"Besides, it's... quite humiliating."

Sasori: "..."

Do you think I don't know that?

Are you looking down on me?

But!

No matter what, you can't just comply like this; it makes me lose face.

Soon, the two arrived in front of Itsuki.

"Good boy!"

Itsuki patted the white bird on the head.

"Hehe, Itsuki-nii, what can we do for you?"

Deidara's smile was ingratiating.

During the internal Akatsuki battles, Deidara wasn't Itsuki's opponent.

So, Deidara had formed a misconception about Itsuki's strength.

Afterward, Deidara, being battle-hungry, had challenged Itsuki and ended up getting beaten down. After recovering, he was beaten again.

This happened several times.

Now, whenever Deidara saw Itsuki, he twitched.

It wasn't just a beating; it was several beatings, accumulating into a super painful experience!

"The Konoha people have arrived."

Itsuki smiled. "Go take care of them, or be taken care of yourselves."

"Yes!"

Deidara answered loudly.

Sasori snorted. "Why should I listen to you?"

Deidara's eye twitched.

Sasori-senpai, do you want to get beaten up again?

But Itsuki didn't make a move. Instead, he leaned in and whispered something to Sasori.

Sasori's eyes widened instantly. "Are you serious?"

"Catch!"

Itsuki tossed a scroll to Sasori. "Take it first, so you don't think I'm lying."

Sasori took it, sensed what was inside, and immediately said with excitement, "Alright, this time I'll listen to you."

"As you should."

Itsuki's lips curled into a smile.

Deidara was stunned.

What's going on?

The rebellious Sasori actually listened so obediently?

Are you really Sasori?

Just a moment ago, you were...

Unbelievable. I never imagined that even the proud Sasori would betray.

Itsuki seemed to understand Deidara's unspoken question and said directly, "It's a corpse in the scroll."

"Tch!"

Deidara frowned with some disgust.

Both he and Sasori were artists.

But on this matter, they had a significant difference of opinion.

Deidara believed art was the fleeting explosion.

Sasori believed that true art was eternal.

Therefore—

Deidara developed unique explosive ninjutsu to pursue his art.

Sasori walked the shinobi world as a puppet master.

Itsuki had given Sasori a corpse; without even asking, Deidara knew it must be the body of a powerful opponent Itsuki had killed.

For Sasori, it was of infinite value, but to Deidara... it was useless!

"Alright, off you go."

Itsuki waved dismissively.

He patted the white bird on the head, then thought for a moment and also patted Sasori's head.

Sasori : "..."

"Uchiha Itsuki!!!"

With Sasori's shout, a sharp tail needle stabbed towards Itsuki.

Whoosh!

Itsuki quickly used the Body Flicker Technique to leave, his laughter echoing in the air. "Don't be so mad. We're all so familiar with each other already; getting upset just makes you look petty."

Sasori trembled with rage.

"Petty?"

"Why don't you talk about yourself, you bastard? What do you take me for?"

Don't you know you shouldn't mess with a tiger's tail?

Deidara cautiously said, "Sasori-senpai, Itsuki-nii is already gone, how about we go too?"

Sasori glared at Deidara coldly. "I just want to take a few minutes longer, is that not okay?"

"...Fine!"

It's not like I've provoked you.

Can you not look at me with those murderous eyes?

Deidara complained silently in his mind.

What did I do to deserve this?

Everyone's treating me like a punching bag.

If I were strong enough, I'd teach you all a good lesson.

"Hmph!"

Sasori snorted coldly and controlled Hiruko, striding towards the Konoha ninja's direction.

He was in a foul mood.

He would use the Konoha people as punching bags.

Except—

When the two caught sight of the Konoha ninja from afar, they both fell silent.

Jiraiya.

Nara Shikaku.

Even Hatake Kakashi.

These were all well-known shinobi in Konoha.

Not to mention, their team also included Yamanaka Inoichi, a high-ranking ninja.

The other ordinary high-ranking ninjas numbered more than five.

They wanted the two of them to go up against that?

Damn it.

We'd get wiped out instantly.

"Uchiha Itsuki!"

Sasori growled through clenched teeth. "Is he trying to get us killed?"

Deidara was equally speechless. "There's no way we can win this."

Putting everything else aside—

Jiraiya alone was enough to give them a hard time.

That was one of the Legendary Sannin of Konoha.

Not to mention Konoha's strategist, the shinobi world's strongest tactician, Nara Shikaku.

Kakashi, skilled in Lightning Release, was already a sharp spear.

Yamanaka Inoichi's sensory and genjutsu abilities were also troublesome.

And combined with the other shinobi...

In Deidara and Sasori's minds, a thought suddenly popped up... Was this lineup really just for capturing the Three-Tails?

Could it be that they also wanted to take care of Uchiha Itsuki at the same time?

Itsuki wanted them to deal with the Konoha shinobi. The more they thought about it, the more it made sense.

These damn bastards—none of them could be trusted.

Deidara and Sasori exchanged a silent look.

Deidara thought for a moment, then slowly spoke, "You promised Itsuki-nii. If you don't do it, the consequences will be severe."

Could you just take Itsuki's stuff like that? If anyone dared to play around with him, take the money but not do the work, it just meant they'd lived too long.

Didn't you understand that?

Did you want to learn the hard way?

Sasori frowned. "I understand, no need for you to remind me."

Deidara shrugged, "How about..."

After listening to Deidara's plan, Sasori looked a bit puzzled.

"You actually know how to use strategy?"

"You look down on me?"

Deidara frowned.

He had once been trained as the Fourth Tsuchikage by the Third Tsuchikage, for years.

Who was this old ghost looking down on, really?

Then again...

The guy in front of him was also once trained as the Kazekage, so he couldn't be bothered to say more.

The Konoha shinobi, led by Jiraiya, reached the lakeside without encountering any resistance, which struck them as strange.

"Lord Jiraiya..."

"Don't worry about it."

Jiraiya's gaze was sharp. "Focus on sealing the Three-Tails. Leave the rest to me."

He patted the large scroll on his back.

This time, he was counting on it.

"Understood!"

The group spread out, their hands slowly forming seals.

They needed to lure the Three-Tails out first and then seal it.

As for choosing a Jinchuriki, that wasn't their concern. They just needed to bring the Three-Tails back.

As their power grew...

The Three-Tails hiding in the lake began to feel uneasy.

It instinctively swung its tail.

The lake's surface rippled immediately.

"No doubt about it, it's here!"

Jiraiya's eyes lit up, and he shouted, "Increase your power, quickly!"

"Buzz!"

The four Jonin intensified their power output.

Yamanaka Inoichi silently monitored the surroundings.

Kakashi and Shikaku stood beside Jiraiya.

"Shikaku-san, do you think it's possible?" Kakashi asked softly.

"If no one interferes, it's possible."

No interference...

Kakashi sighed internally. It seemed impossible for that person not to show up.

He had sent out a notice a long time ago; by now, he was probably hiding in the shadows, silently watching them.

Realizing this, Kakashi's gaze around them sharpened.

The matter of the Three-Tails could not afford any issues.

This was one of Konoha's few remaining chances.

"Buzz!"

The Jonin continued enhancing the power of their seal.

Their power flowed through the scroll, reaching into the lake, eventually locating the Three-Tails and beginning to seal it.

The key to this was Senju Tobirama.

Back in the day, though Hashirama Senju balanced power by freely distributing the tailed beasts to other villages—

Tobirama had kept a secret—he preserved a portion of each tailed beast's power.

He had even sliced off parts of their bodies.

As one of the top scientists in the ninja world, wasn't that just normal?

"Roar!"

An enraged roar echoed.

The massive Three-Tails appeared before them.

It glared furiously at Jiraiya and the others, swinging its tail hard at them.

"Boom!"

A loud crash rang out.

The Jonin quickly leaped away, leaving a deep mark where they had been.

"Lord Jiraiya..."

"Don't worry, I'm here!"

Jiraiya spoke coldly. "Continue the sealing!"

"Yes!"

The group resumed their sealing.

The Three-Tails didn't keep attacking but instead fixed a cold glare on Jiraiya and the others.

Suddenly!

It opened its mouth, and a Tailed Beast Bomb formed.

"Boom!"

Seeing the incoming Tailed Beast Bomb, the Jonin nearly screamed.

"Dodge!"

"Careful!"

"A Tailed Beast Bomb?!"

A chorus of exclamations erupted.

They narrowly evaded, though they still ended up covered in dirt and ash.

This was partly because the Tailed Beast Bomb was formed within the Three-Tails' mouth, reducing its power. Otherwise, it would have been enough to eliminate those attempting to seal it.

"Roar!"

The Three-Tails continued roaring and began moving toward them.

"Hmm?"

Jiraiya frowned. "Why? Why aren't those people taking action? Do they think we can't seal the Three-Tails with so many of us?"

"Never mind them."

Kakashi said, "Let's seal the Three-Tails first. As for the rest, it doesn't matter. Once the seal is successful, it won't matter if they show up later."

"True!"

Jiraiya split off a clone to help the four Jonin in sealing the Three-Tails.

He himself, along with Shikaku Nara and Kakashi, kept watch around them.

They couldn't believe Itsuki would just sit by and let them seal the Three-Tails.

The Three-Tails was strong!

However!

The four Jonin were no pushovers either.

Especially with Jiraiya's clone exhibiting extraordinary strength.

This made everyone present subconsciously look at Jiraiya's real body.

If even a clone was that strong, what about the real body?

Little did they know, Jiraiya was struggling to hold on.

He hoped that his clone could crush all those hidden, covetous eyes.

Therefore, the clone's power was unleashed in full force.

The only question was, would it be effective?

Finally!

They managed to contain the Three-Tails within a barrier, ready to begin sealing.

Just then, Kakashi felt something off.

Inoichi noticed it too.

Both of them shouted almost simultaneously, "Watch out!"

On the shoulders of the four Jonin working on the seal, small white spiders crawled out.

They stretched lazily.

And then—

"Boom!"

"Aaah!"

Agonizing screams echoed.

The four Jonin responsible for the seal screamed in pain as the bombs went off.

Jiraiya's clone was also destroyed by the explosion.

"Who is it!?"

Jiraiya's face twisted in anger.

"Roar!"

The Three-Tails let out a furious roar and lunged at Jiraiya.

Just a moment ago, this guy had nearly captured him. He wasn't going to let him get away.

"The seal failed!"

Jiraiya got up and fled to the distance, shouting, "Shikaku, I'll draw this guy away! Quickly think of a way to seal it again!"

"Understood, Lord Jiraiya!"

Watching Jiraiya lead the Three-Tails away, Shikaku Nara felt helpless.

What could he do?

The four Jonin responsible for sealing were already injured.

Moreover—

Whoosh!

The Konoha ninjas immediately leaped aside, warily watching the newcomers.

"Quick reflexes!"

Sasori and Deidara approached slowly, coldly eyeing the Konoha shinobi, especially the wounded ones. "Hello, Konoha shinobi. We're here to kill you."
