Looking at the behemoth, everyone on the ships sucked in a cold breath.

Elder Feng had a solemn gaze on his face. He realized their sect master was not exaggerating the threat around them.

If they had not been developing their military and weapons, perhaps they would have been helpless against these beasts.

At once, the five battleships spread out, forming a V shape. The deadly artillery on the ships pointed at the Ancient Sealed Kraken.

The Ancient Sealed Kraken's massive eyes looked at the humans like ants, and its massive maw opened.

A guttural sound came out from its mouth, and powerful sea waves gushed out from its mouth.

Watching the mighty sea waves roaring toward them, all the soldiers inside the ships sucked in a cold breath.

"Activate the formation!" Elder Feng shouted.

The ships swayed back and forth as if they were sinking into the raging sea.

However, the battleships maintained their position as a blue formation wrapped around them.

With the defensive formation activated, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Being inside the defensive formation gave them a semblance of security.

Elder Feng held his breath as he watched the over one hundred-meter sea wave, trying to swallow them.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The terrifying sea waves slammed into the ship's defensive formation, pushing it back.

Caught in such a powerful sea tide, everyone on the ship was sent flying back and forth, hitting the ship walls.

Elder Feng held onto the ship's railing. His expression was solemn, and he fixed his gaze on the pulsating formation protecting the ship.

Many cracks appeared on the formation as if it was going to shatter into pieces at any moment.

Elder Feng and everyone on the ship had grave expressions on their faces.

The power from the sea tide was greater than they imagined.

If the ship did not have a formation protecting them, they would have all been swept away by the powerful sea tide.

After one minute of bombardment from the powerful sea tide, the sea tide finally receded.

"Ah! Glory to the Pagoda. The formation held on," one of the ship captains said, wiping off the beads of sweat from his forehead.

Elder Feng had a bright smile on his face when he saw the attack was finally over.

"You might be an ancient sealed demon. But you've met the Pagoda race. Your death is today," he mused confidently.

"Ready for attack," he commanded.

A humming sound came from the ships as all the rail guns pointed at the Ancient Sealed Demon.

"Fire the Spirit Cannon!"

A deafening sound reverberated throughout the sea as the Lightning Bullets roared out of the Spirit Cannon.

The sound kept coming, and the always calm sea turned into a battleground.

The Kraken had a prideful expression on its face as it watched the humans: ants, and prepared to obliterate them with one of its massive tentacles when a sound came from them.

It was puzzled and confused, wondering what the humans were up to, only to get the response afterward.

Hundreds of Lightning bullets hit its massive body.

As an ancient beast that was not from the Lotus world, it had terrifying defense and regenerative ability.

Thus, only a handful of weapon conflicts inflicted an injury on its body.

But now, these weak ants managed to inflict some fleshy wounds on its body.

In a matter of seconds, its body was covered in blood.

Though they were flesh wounds, the continuous accumulation would be detrimental to its life.

It had just been released from its bondage and hadn't tasted human flesh.

Now, some puny humans dare to inflict damage on its precious body.

It roared in fury and swung three of its massive tentacles.

Watching the massive tentacles coming from the depth of the sea crashing toward them, Elder Feng had a solemn expression on his face as he shouted, "Evasive maneuvers!"

"Now the Raid Fire Guns."

The atmosphere was filled with tension as the soldiers in the ships rushed to complete their orders.

Rat-ta-ta-ta!

The Rapid Fire Guns roared to life, shooting at the incoming tentacles.

While the Rapid Fire was trying to reduce the force from the tentacle attack, the Spirit Cannon was still firing.

Even though the ships launched evasive maneuvers, they couldn't avoid the tentacle's attack!

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The ships were sent flying, sliding on the sea surface. The defensive formation around the ships shattered to pieces.

Still, the ship maintained their sail on the sea. Inside the ships, some of the unfortunate soldiers were flung against the wall, sustaining some injuries.

However, that didn't deter the captain as he issued a series of orders to repair the defensive formation.

Elder Feng clenched his teeth and shouted, "Load the Thunder-X bullets!"

Quickly, the order was relayed down the command. Men began to load the new advanced bullets into the Second generation of Spirit Cannon.

As they were loading the terrifying Thunder-X bullets into the Second-generation Spirit Cannon, the Ancient Sealed demon attacked once again. Its tentacles were like heavenly judgments crashing toward them.

"Tiger Squad. It's your turn," Elder Feng commanded.

Out of the five ships, a group of elite soldiers armed to the teeth came out.

They were dressed in the newly advanced armor suit. Watching the Tiger Squad, all the soldiers on the ships were full of jealousy as they all wished they were part of the Tiger Squad.

"Take down the demon," Elder Feng commanded.

Without uttering a word, the Tiger Squad jumped out of the ship and stepped onto the sea. They looked at the incoming attack without an ounce of fear on their faces.

The Tiger Squad consisted of only about fifty soldiers and they were divided into five teams. Each team attacked a tentacle.

Unsheathing their black swords, they soared in the air and met the tentacles head-on.

Whoosh!

Bang!

Each team's attack at the same time. Their synchronization was perfect, and deadly blue strikes came out of their swords.

When the tentacle hit the sword strike, it shattered, but the Tiger Squad were not fazed by this as they summoned bloodline power.

A black pagoda materialized behind them, and their cultivation jumped to the intermediate Golden Core realm.

Meanwhile, the Ancient Sealed Demon was stunned when it felt an oppressive power subduing its ancient bloodline. Feeling such dominance, it was shocked.

It had roamed many worlds but had never encountered a bloodline superior to its own, not until now.

'How is this possible?!' It exclaimed in its mind.

Just as it was wondering how the puny humans could have such a powerful bloodline, it felt a terrifying danger.

With their cultivation at the Golden Core realm, the Tiger Squad attacked once again. Each of their attacks was stacked on each other, brightening the sea.

Growl!

A miserable scream escaped from the Ancient Sealed Demon's mouth. Five of its tentacles had been cleaved into two, blood splashing on the sea.

"HOW DARE YOU HUMANS CUT MY BODY!" It spoke for the first time, roaring in pain.

Unfortunately for it, it forgot to notice the humming sound coming from the five ships.

The Thunder-X bullets had been loaded and were ready to unleash their carnage.
