DXD: Queen of Angels

(The author here in this chapter is basically explaining the making and powers of the new archangels pls tell me if you like reading about that or just skip it)

While waiting for Michael to get to me so I could explain the changes I made, I started to think of ways to get rid of the church corruption and stray devils

Then it hit me I dont need another angel protector I need a bounty hunter that gets the job done fast and mercilessly while never hurting the innocent.

I know the right base template Zarathos the Ghost Rider The Spirit of Vengeance!

But first, I need to change him to fit in this universe cause not all devils or dark beings are bad and Marvel Ghost Rider doesn't really care about that if they are a spawn of darkness or mess with his bike then he kills them without a second thought about it.

First, I changed his mindset I thought about this for a good while before I decided to use Joshua Graham's mindset, as depicted in Fallout

At the core of Zaratho's mindset is his unshakable faith. As a devout Christian, he believes in the concepts of sin, repentance, and redemption. His faith doesn't just guide his actions; it sustains him in the face of unimaginable hardship

Zarathos mindset is one of absolute discipline, He sees pain and hardship as tests of character, believing that endurance strengthens the soul. 

He adheres to a strict code of morality and behavior, While Jhe is deeply spiritual, he is also pragmatic. He understands that violence is sometimes necessary, even righteous when used to protect the innocent or bring justice to the wicked

Zarathos view of violence is deeply tied to his sense of justice. He doesn't relish killing, but neither does he flinch from it. He believes that evil must be confronted directly and decisively, even if doing so stains his soul further.

It took me three hours to create him up to my liking and for me to personally customize his looks, and powers

Now, he will serve as one of the Archangel, a Super-ArchAngel, an Angel equivalent to Super-Devils.

A prototype counter to Rizevim Livan Lucifer: that Has power that exceeds Satan-Class Devils especially causes that idiot and his gang of dumbass, Rizevim wants to invade Evie Etoulde after learning about its existence, as he set about reviving the 666 to defeat Great Red so that Rizevim and his army could pass the Dimensional Gap to enter the ExE world.

Which would speed up the exe gods finding our own world 

As I said, it's time for Heaven to get its own Super-Angels!

I placed my hand on God's System, preparing to create them. Because I had three hours while waiting for Michael to notify him about changes I made in God's system I decided to invest in organizing God's system and 'customizing' this Archangels.

While checking the System out and checking the potential of Angels. It caught my eye something interesting.

A limit. Angel's maximum potential is Twelve Winged High-Seraph-Class, thus they are not capable of pushing higher in their training. That's their cap, their max level.

No wonder all of the five Great Seraphs were all High-Seraph-Class and even some of the other Seraphs that make up Ten Seraphs are also High-Seraph-Class.

They simply cannot 'level' up anymore. The only way they could increase their overall capabilities would be with with Holy-Weapons that could amplify their Magic and so on.

And that's it. They are bottlenecked in other words.

But with me creating Super-Angels, would allow another step of allowing for Angels to reach or be born with. This is a huge improvement overall, after all, Deity-Class is a bit outdated in this era. Furthermore, as most of you should be aware Heaven currently has 10 Seraph-Class Angels which are known as Ten Seraphs since the Great War, and these Seraphs are generals of the Heavenly army and personal guards of God. But now with my new Four Archangels, the guard duty of my safety will be given to them. Thus relieving Seraphs to focus on more duties collectively.

Oh, I might have confused you all about the ranking system. I might have, let me rephrase it. 

The entire world goes with the same official ranking which is: Low-Class, Mid-Class, High-Class, and Ultimate-Class.

These four classes are official for every pantheon and factions and are globally published.

But beyond Ultimate Class is what most pantheons call: Deity-Class or God-Class. But some factions like Devils call it Satan-Class, Angels call it Seraph-Class, Dragons call it Dragon King-Class, etc.

This Deity-Class or Seraph/Satan-Class is a Class predetermined for as the name suggests people on the level of strong gods. While Ultimate-Class for people on that level of minor gods.

And then the class above Deity/Seraph/Satan-Class is Chief-God/Super-Devil. Members of this class are Sirzechs, Odin, Ajuka, Rizevim, and Zeus. And also Heavenly-Dragons are also part of this class, and Hades too.

And after Chief-God-Class there is a class made for Dragon Gods.

Dragon-Gods-Class is for as the name suggests: Great Red, Ophis, and Trihexa.

But there is a small catch, between Chief-God-Class and Dragon-Gods-Class are also some beings way stronger than Chief-God-Class but not strong enough for Dragon-Gods-Class. beings like Such beings would be Shiva and the old God Of The Bible. One managed to seal Trihexa away, other was proclaimed to be the strongest God.

they're near the dragon god's level of power but not up there..yet

But enough of that now. Not important for now.

As I said, it's time for Heaven to get its own Super-Angel!

But the last thing to do was to put in the extra abilities i want this ghost rider to have holy powers that balance his demonic and I think i did a good job personality for my first try create an angel

Core Powerset

1. Sacred HellfireDescription: The Holy Rider's flames are not ordinary hellfire—they are a divine blend of purifying holy light and searing infernal energy. These flames do not just burn; they cleanse.

Penance Stare (Sanctified Judgment)

Description: The Holy Rider locks eyes with their target, forcing them to relive every sin, act of cruelty, or moment of malice they have committed.

Divine Enhancement: Those who feel genuine remorse are given a chance to repent, while the unrepentant are struck with searing pain and the weight of their sins.

Effect: Can incapacitate even the most hardened of foes, leaving their souls exposed to divine judgment.

3. Chains of Heavenly WrathDescription: The Holy Rider wields chains forged from celestial light, imbued with both divine blessings and infernal fury.

Abilities:The chains can extend infinitely, binding enemies and restricting their movements.They deal devastating damage to unholy beings while weakening magical barriers or curses.They can also act as conduits for Sacred Hellfire, engulfing the bound target in purging flames.

4. Divine Mount

Description: The Holy Rider's vehicle is a fusion of infernal and holy design—a glowing white and gold motorcycle wreathed in Sacred Hellfire.

Abilities:Speed and Mobility: It moves at impossible speeds, capable of traversing dimensions and riding across both physical and spiritual planes.

Aura of Protection: The vehicle emits a holy aura that shields the rider and allies from harm while repelling unholy entities.

Impact: The vehicle leaves a trail of purging flames, damaging enemies and cleansing the battlefield.

Spirit of RedemptionDescription: The Holy Rider can sense the moral alignment and emotional state of others, detecting sins, guilt, and remorse with uncanny precision.

Redemption Path: The Rider can offer redemption to those who genuinely seek it, purifying their souls and even converting dark beings into allies of the light.

Purification Touch: A mere touch from the Holy Rider can dispel curses, exorcise malevolent spirits, and heal minor spiritual wounds.

6. Holy Inferno Burst

Description: The Holy Rider unleashes an explosion of Sacred Hellfire and divine energy, purging everything within a wide radius.

Effect: All unholy entities within the blast are eradicated, while allies are healed and protected from further harm.

7. Hybrid Transformation

Description: The Holy Rider's transformation is a blend of skeletal infernal imagery and angelic radiance.

Appearance: A glowing skeletal figure cloaked in Sacred Hellfire, with a halo of blazing light hovering above their head. Their armor is a fusion of blackened steel and radiant gold, exuding both fear and awe.

Passive Aura: Enemies within their presence feel the weight of their sins, growing weaker the closer they are to the Rider.

Damn I think I just made an abomination that so worse than a Nephilim which I still dont know why a half-angels and humans are abominations but whatever

I just basically made a new Lucifer half-demon, half-archangel something that should be impossible but dont worry about another rebellion i put a lot of failsafe in his very soul should he go out of control and made a blessed weapon that he's extremely weak to 

One of the failsafes is that his holy-power is connected to me so I can reverse on him both demonic and holy power the conflicting energies would create an internal and external struggle

The internal conflict would cause unbearable pain as if the being is being torn apart from the inside. Screams of agony might echo, distorted by the dual nature of the powers—half guttural and demonic, half angelic and harmonious.

Smart, isn't it??

I think I forgot to mention this but, they have seven pairs of wings! Meaning they have fourteen wings his wings of the DxD Ghost Rider are a dramatic manifestation of their dual nature—a hybrid of hellfire's fury and holy light's radiance.

The wings are massive, with a skeletal framework that resembles the charred bones of angelic wings. From these bones, blazing feathers of Sacred Hellfire and radiant flames extend outward, constantly shifting between infernal crimson, brilliant gold, and pure white.

The skeletal structure glows faintly with ancient runes etched into the bones, symbols of judgment and vengeance.

The feathers are not solid but are composed entirely of fire and energy. They flicker and shimmer, trailing embers and sparks as the wings move.

The tips of the feathers glow brighter, radiating a light so intense it can pierce through darkness and blind evil creatures

'Oh, he is here.' I thought as I noticed Michael's presence entering Seventh Heaven via elevator. 

which is funny, it seems that Heaven also has elevators that connect all 7 levels and they are made so low to High-Class Angels can travel to other Heavens as Ultimate-Class and Seraph-Class possess instant teleportation to bypass through Heavens.

But obviously, Seventh Heaven can only be accessed by Seraphs and me now. Same with Sixth Heaven.

But my thought process got interrupted by Michael's sweet voice like apple pie.

"Lady Celestia." He spoke before tilting his head slightly to show his curiosity for my call. And for the reason.

Seeing this I continued. " I made several changes to both Sacred Gear's System and God's System. These changes will greatly benefit both Heaven and Mankind as a whole." I spoke and I noticed how his eyes widened slightly. "For one, Human Wielders after being converted from Human to another race besides angels they will lose their Sacred Gear because the System will count them as 'dead'."

As I said so, his eyes widened even slightly more.

"That is incredibly good news. Mankind won't lose its best anymore to Devils particularly. And thus weakening Devil's rise in the long run." He spoke before nodding his head and approving of my decision. " They won't be happy by this, not one bit. Especially 'old ways' nobles ."

I nodded at his words. "Tuff when I make a choice the world flips a coin and devils hold their breath", if any race has the right to Sacred Gears it would be Mankind and Heaven as they were His creations to begin with."

Michael nodded in agreement while smiling at the thought of the devils getting butt-hurt over this.

"But my Lady, what changes did you make to God's system?" This is probably what piqued his curiosity the most.

I grinned.

"The changes are simple but will benefit Angels quite a bit, " At this, his eyes widened in surprise, he probably didn't expect something like this. " I deleted the Ritual needed for procreation between Angels for successful 'romance' without falling. Now, Angels won't fall if they do deeds in real love and not lust. They need to do it at 60% love and 50% lust at the minimum to not fall, If lust skyrockets above 50% then they fall."

His mind raced through my words as he tried to think of multiple ways to process it.

His calm facade faded completely off his face and a real and true smile actually appeared on his face compared to previous fake smiles he would put out.

"Shall I send this beautiful news to my brothers and sisters? My lady." He asked, asking for my permission. 

 "There is more I want to declare. I decided any fallen angel that wishes to be forgiven, will be pure again and can rise into a white angel again 

His eyes widened even more at my declaration. Why is he so surprised? I'm God's Successor reincarnate?

"Heaven is in a very bad state right now, and we need our numbers back as fast as possible and to prepare for another Great War if necessary... But I hope it will not come to it, but Devils are over-stepping their boundaries."

He agreed by nodding his head at my words, allowing me to continue without interrupting me. He is quite polite, He must be proud of Michael.

"So if another Great War comes up, Devils will win 90% with un-imaginable losses while both Heaven and Grigori will go extinct. So I came up with another way to restrict Devils. By upgrading the Evolution Tree of Angels and creating what I call now: Super-ArchAngels."

"Wait! Lady Celestia, are you insinuating that Super-ArchAngels are equals to Super-Devils?" He asked with an unreadable expression on his face.

I smirked. "Exactly, Super-Angels have Fourteen Wings. I already created one such Angels. The only thing is left is to summon him."

His eyebrows furrowed in worry.

I sighed.

"After him, I will make others They will be known as The Four Archangels and not, and they will not replace Four Great Seraphs. They will work under me as my personal guard force and Generals of Heaven. Four Great Seraphs will still have command second to mine while Four Archangels will only answer to me but will not have authority to command Seraphs."

He let out a deep sight at this. 

Did they think I was gonna replace them, seriously? New Archangels while much stronger, they lack the leadership skills of Seraphs and especially Michael, they are not replaceable.

"Relax Michael you and Four Great Seraphs will also be upgraded when I'm done designing the 2 generation of angels

"But what if. If, they fall?" He couldn't help asking I guess. In his eyes, they might be a great threat in the future if they go with Azazel's side. 

But I reassured him that I could take away their powers in such a case and put multiple failsafes in place.

"Now, come closer to me. I want you to witness a new generation of Angels that shall surge Heaven into a new era!" I spoke while motioning him to get closer to me, and he walked to be just in front of me, taking a defensive position I guess.

My cute Angels are quite overprotective of me, or at least they are not allowing me to leave Heaven without a Seraph-Class Angel with me 24/7. 

I simply placed my hand on God's System again, infusing it with my magical energy before looking for templates.

After finding the One Time Use Templates, I clicked on [Create].

The moment I clicked on it, one hand-sized sphere of light, each with different colors 'escaped' from God's System before flying in front of me and Michael, about 3 meters away.

Then each of these 'forms' started to gain colors before being filled by 'holy light' and demonic power which caused Michael to panic cause it reminded him of Lucifer before he did anything I told him to stop this was supposed to happen 

Which calmed him down but kept his guard up 

The form came together I saw my first son that I made and I did a damn good for looks The core remains the classic Ghost Rider's burning skull, but with intricate glowing runes etched into the bone. These runes shift dynamically, pulsing with magical energy and signaling active enchantments.i decided to design an advanced technology look and magic-infused enhancements that amplify their powers and create a visually stunning and intimidating presence.

The Ghost Rider's torso is clad in advanced, magically-infused exoskeleton plating, blending blackened metal and fiery accents. The armor appears almost alive, shifting with fiery veins of energy that pulse in time with their emotions.

Magical Circuitry: Gold and crimson lines of arcane runes are embedded into the plating, glowing faintly and amplifying both the demonic and holy energies coursing through their form.

Core Reactor: At the center of the chest lies a glowing core, a hybrid of a high-tech reactor and a magical artifact. This Infernal Sanctum Core radiates Sacred Hellfire, powering their abilities and enhancing their strength.

Weaponized Gauntlets:

The arms are encased in armored gauntlets with retractable blade-like claws infused with both holy light and hellfire. These claws can extend and retract at will, glowing with destructive energy.

The gauntlets feature built-in high-tech weaponry, including:Hellfire Blasters: Concentrated bursts of Sacred Hellfire for ranged combat.Energy Shields: Projected barriers capable of absorbing magical or physical attacks.

Runed Tattoos: Beneath the armor, glowing tattoos spiral across the skeletal arms, shifting and flaring up as the Ghost Rider channels their supernatural powers

High-Mobility Enhancements:

The legs are augmented with lightweight, high-tech armor designed for incredible speed and agility. The boots are equipped with Dimensional Thrusters that allow for bursts of flight or teleportation, leaving trails of Sacred Hellfire in their wake

Magical Stomp: The boots can channel hellfire into the ground, unleashing shockwaves of purging energy that crack the earth and devastates foes in the immediate vicinity.

the Archangel's eyesocket lit up eyes, eyes which themselves hold incredible power within them. Each fire pupil itself possesses a cross in it, a bit similar to my own but quite different, it's a bit sideways.

When the Archangels noticed my presence he knelt immediately.

"I greet you, Supreme Deity!" he shouted that sounding like four combined demonic voice at the same time
