Before departing for our first mission to hunt down some stray devils and vampires. I was told by Griselda to meet her in the main headquarters, since apparently she has something she wants to show me.

So I went to meet her at her office and knocked the door, after which I heard an "Enter" from inside. Opening the door and looking inside, I saw a normal personal work office with no real personal belongings, except the Saint painting on the wall.

Huh, guess that's why Irina wanted one probably. Discarding those idle thoughts, I looked at Griselda waiting for her to talk.

"Ahhh, Samuel, glad to have you in my office, by the way you're just in time. Follow me" Saying so she stepped out of the office and started heading deeper into the cathedral, I just followed her without asking, knowing that if she wanted to tell me what is this about she would have already done so, instead I asked about another thing.

" So how are Xenovia and Irina doing with their training" Hearing that she smiled a little before saying.

" They are very diligent and talented children, through I suppose their social skills may need some serious work, since Xenovia is still blunt as always and Irina is too gluible for her own good" shaking her head, she continued.

" Through I suppose they'll be excited if you could atleast visit them before going, but I'm afraid Xenovia will try to fight you again to prove that Durandal is superior to Ascalon, sigh, seriously that girl" despite this, there was no mistaking the smile on her face.

" Here we are" opening the grand door in front of us while saying so, I was greeted with the site of a majestic interior of a church, several rows of seats, white pillars here and there, the statue of Christ. But the one thing that seemed out of place is the magic circle at the foot of the statue.

Looking at it and trying to analyse it, I quickly realized that this is a teleportation point, before I can say anything there was a flash of light and a figure suddenly began to appear. Feeling the light, my shadow suddenly began to stir and writhe, expand and shrink before I forcefully controlled it back to normal.

But within my accelerated thoughts, I identified why this light is different from the usual one I know. It's a light that could not blind anyone, since few could perceive it.

The sacred Light adorning God's Creations, Telesma. Seeing Griselda kneeling I quickly kneeled too, and released my thought acceleration.

After the light disappeared, I looked up to see what I am pretty sure is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She is an extremely gorgeous woman with curly blonde hair and a voluptuous figure, a beauty of inhuman level, but what truly stood out the most is the 6 pair of white wings on her back and the bright golden halo above her head.

Even though I pretty much guessed who this is, I still waited for her to introduce herself just in case. Looking at my godsmacked expression, she giggled a little before saying.

"Hello, it's nice to finally meet you personally. I'm Gabriel, one of the 4 great Seraphs, there is also no need to continue kneeling".

Looking at her aura, her complexion and all I pretty much knew she was totally different from the one in the original canon, but there is no mistaking it.

She is Gabriel, also known as the power of God and his messenger, protector of heaven, destroyer of Sodom, rules over the symbol of water and is designated as the guardian of the moon, governor of blue and protector of the rear side.

Said angel was now looking at me with a smile. With her presence, I was pretty much able to figure out the reason behind my sudden affinity increase with Water, Holy and light magic 3 years ago.

It seems that my contact with the Qliphoth is a valid enough reason to have her give me her blessing.

" It's an honour for me to be able to meet you lady Gabriel, my name is Samuel Willis, what can I do for you?" hearing this, she looked at Griselda for a moment before looking at me again and saying.

" Alright Samuel, I summoned you here because we have somethings to talk about. " Saying so she mentioned for us to sit down, which we did.

After that she begin.

" Well then, I asked you to come here to talk about your sacred gear, and what's residing in it" looking at my unchanged expression she sighed a little before saying.

" Guess you do know what it is after all. Indeed, Annihilation Maker is made of the physical manifestation of of the Qliphoth.

Just like physical manifestation of the tree of life in the 6th heaven, both trees have conceptual and physical forms, this means that other people, though very few, are able to call upon both of their powers, but it won't ever compare to that of the one originating from the physical manifestation. " having stopped to see if I'm still following, I nodded for her to continue.

" Now before we continue, we have something to tell you" Saying this, she seemed to shake a little before steeling herself and looking at me. Seeing this Griselda seemed to have realised something because she bolted right up and screamed.

" Lady Gabriel, you can't be serious!! He is still just teenager!! You aren't actually thinking of telling him about that!" Gabriel just looked at Griselda with an emotionalness face, her eyes were devoid of any kind feelings that were previously there, now just containing cold, inhuman rationality in them.
